Gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß der Signalzustand der elektrisch abfragbaren Registerstifte durch wenigstens eine im Zylinder angeordnete Lichtquelle sowie wenigstens einen stationär angeordneten und der Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit vorgeordneten Lichtempfänger übermittelbar ist. Bei der Verwendung von sichtbarem Licht ergibt sich als Vorteil, daß der Schaltzustand der vorzugsweise als elektrisch isoliert gegenüber dem Zylinder bzw. der Klemmschiene angeordneten Registerstifte auch beim manuellen Wechseln bzw. Ansetzen von Druckformen für eine Bedienperson erkennbar ist. In diesem Falle ist die Lichtquelle bevorzugt im Bereich der Klemmeinrichtung und vorzugsweise auch in der Nähe des entsprechenden Registerstiftes angebracht. Dabei kann vorgesehen sein, daß durch eine Lichtquelle die registergerechte Anlage der Druckformen an beiden Registerstiften gemeinsam angezeigt und an einen entsprechenden stationären Empfänger übertragen wird. Vorzugsweise wird aber der Schaltzustand der elektrisch abfragbaren Registerstifte getrennt und unterscheidbar nach A- und B-Seite einzeln abgefragt und durch entsprechende Signalgenerierung (Codierung) an den stationären Lichtempfänger übertragen. Durch die stationäre Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit ist somit feststellbar, an welchem der Registerstifte die Druckform anliegt und an welchem dies nicht der Fall ist. In einem als Form- bzw. Plattenzylinder ausgebildeten Zylinder 1 sind axial voneinander beabstandet zwei elektrisch abfragbare Registerstifte 2.1, 2.2 angeordnet. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sei angenommen, daß diese Registerstifte 2.1, 2.2 als elektrisch isoliert gegenüber der Klemmschiene bzw. dem Zylinder 1 angeordnet sind, so daß diese als durch Kontakt mit der Druckplatte (metallische Druckplatte / Druckform) betätigbare Schalter wirken. Entsprechend sind die Registerstifte 2.1, 2.2 als Schalter dargestellt. Die Schaltsignale der elektrisch abfragbaren Registerstifte 2.1, 2.2 sind einem im Zylinder 1 angeordneten Treiber 4 zuführbar, dem eine Lichtquelle 5 in Form einer Leuchtdiode oder eines in anderer Weise ausgebildeten Leuchtmittels nachgeschaltet ist. Claims (7)
