Description
The invention relates to a method of manufacture
a device for treating textile fibers,
according to the preamble of
In the manufacture of ring-shaped opening rollers

The invention has for its object a method to create, with the help of eliminating the aforementioned Disadvantages in a relatively simple way opening rollers or round combs of combing machines with comparatively higher ones Downtimes can be produced.
This task is accomplished by the in the characterizing part
of
As particularly advantageous in terms of manufacturing technology it has proven according to the invention if the on punching and electrochemical deburring of the saw teeth and the pre-bending process of the toothed wire or the Wire sections corresponding to the curved surface of the Ring or round comb carrier following surface hardening process a coating by applying a diamond / Ni layer. It is particularly beneficial if the wires are first a helical pre-bending process and then subjected to the surface hardening process in the area of their saw teeth and then be wound on the ring.
Such is the case with the method according to the invention helical pre-bending of the sawtooth wire from Advantage that the latter has an inner diameter in a relaxed state having approximately the outer diameter of the corresponds to cylindrical ring, so that the sawtooth wire helix can be pushed onto the cylindrical ring or through Rolling into the groove can be fixed. That way, so to speak All-steel wire helix created as an intermediate product has a comparatively small space requirement and therefore allows a relatively convenient handling in the following Mount on the body forming the opening roller Ring.
If saw tooth wires are used to form the set, with a foot and a leaf that emanates from it have a sequence of saw teeth, and one on the cylindrical Ring provided on the outside helical groove, the one, approximately rectangular, delimited by two lateral webs Cross section that corresponds to the corresponding cross section of the adapted in the groove insertable foot of the sawtooth wire is, then it is according to the invention in a further embodiment very cheap if at least one of the grooves of the ring is on the side limiting web by radial loading such Deformation learns that ring material from the area of pressurized web in one in a flank of the in the Groove inserted foot provided over the entire Length of the sawtooth wire extending longitudinal groove pressed in becomes. In this relatively simple way, one can effective mechanical coupling of the sawtooth wire with the Reach the ring.
To begin with, the sawtooth wire helix is simple and placing it securely in the groove of the ring is the procedure further characterized in an advantageous manner Use a molded on the side of the sawtooth wire Radial loading shoulder when pushing in pre-shaped sawtooth wire into the groove.
The invention is similarly cheap for a circular comb carrier practicable with several successive wire sections, of which the foremost in the direction of action, the Teeth one compared to the teeth of the next as well as the the following sections have a greater mutual distance, after production in adapted to the curvature of the circular comb carrier Form preferably by gluing z. B. by means of a One or two-component adhesive on the round comb carrier is set. By improving the first, foremost Section becomes the round comb life in a very favorable way greatly increased, since all sections at about the same time are worn out, whereupon the change of the complete Comb is done.
