Claims

A shower cubicle, comprising

a shower tray (1),

at least two wall panels (3) which are fixed to the tray edge (2) of the shower tray (1) and which are joined by a top frame (4), and

devices for the supply and discharge of water,

wherein the shower tray (1) comprises a honeycomb-shaped base which is delimited by six outer edges (7) of equal length, characterised in that the wall panels (3) are constructed as supporting, double-walled sandwich elements, the width of which corresponds to the length of an outer edge (7) of the honeycomb-shaped base, that at least one wall panel (3) contains a water-conveying pipeline (8) and is equipped with functional elements (9) for the distribution of water in the cubicle, and that the pipeline (8) which is built into the wall panel (3) is connected, at the bottom edge of the wall panel (3) which is fixed to the tray edge (2), to a water supply which is disposed below the tray edge (2) in a cavity of the shower tray (1) which is delimited by the tray wall (2).
A shower cubicle according to claim 1, characterised in that energy supply devices for steam and/or electrical energy are built into one of the double-wall wall panels (3).
A shower cubicle according to claims 1 or 2, characterised in that three double-walled wall panels (3) are disposed as supporting elements at uniform spacings on the periphery of the shower tray (1), wherein doors (5) or fixed transparent panels are disposed between the wall panels (3).
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the double-walled wall panels (3) are equipped with side shower heads, back shower heads, surge shower heads or bottom shower heads, individually or in combination, as functional elements (9).
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the double-walled wall panels (3) contain a panel heating system.
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that light sources are inserted in the double-walled wall panels (3).
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that a seat (16) is disposed on the inner wall of the double-walled wall panels.
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that a circulating pump is disposed in an installation space which is delimited at the top and externally by the shower tray (1), the inlet side of which circulating pump is connected to the outlet of the shower tray and feeds part of the water draining off to side shower heads, surge shower heads, bottom shower heads and the like.
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that a booster pump is disposed in an installation space which is delimited at the top and externally by the shower tray (1), or in a double-walled wall panel (3).
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that a washbasin (13) or WC (14), which is connected to a pipeline (8) built into the wall panel, is disposed on the outer face of at least one of the wall panels (3) of double walled construction.
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that bathroom furniture (15), shelves or a seat are disposed on the outer face of the wall panels (3) of double walled construction.
A shower cubicle according to either one of claims 10 or 11, characterised in that the devices (13, 14, 15) for equipping the bathroom, which are disposed on the outer face of the wall panels (3), comprise a placement area, the horizontal projection of which is constructed substantially as an equilateral triangle which is attached to and is flush with the outer edges of the wall panels (3).
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that a roof (6), which preferably comprises roof slopes, is disposed on the top frame (4).
A shower cubicle according to claim 13, characterised in that a top shower head is integrated in the roof (6).
A shower cubicle according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that one or more outer edges of the shower tray (1) is of step-free construction or is constructed with a threshold which is significantly diminished in relation to the tray edge (2), and that a multiplicity of shower trays (1, 1', 1'') with bases of identical construction is assembled to form a tray arrangement which comprises transitions which are substantially step-free between adjacent shower trays (1, 1', 1'') and which has a raised tray edge (2) at its outer periphery.
