Definitions
- the invention relates to a support shoe for fastening a concrete pile on a base with a base plate, with a bolt hole and a housing, the support shoe having a plurality of anchoring members, and the anchoring members being receivable by the concrete post.
- Column shoes are generally known in concrete construction; Previously known support shoes have a rigid base plate with a housing and several anchoring members. These anchoring members are used for absorption through the concrete pile and absorb normal forces, i.e. tensile and compressive forces; the base plate is connected to the base, for example by a screw, through the corresponding bolt hole. Usually four support shoes, also called pile shoes, can be taken up by a concrete pile.
- a support shoe of the type mentioned is known.
- the base plate of the support shoe has an angled housing, an anchoring member for reception by the concrete pile being assigned to each leg of the angle.
- the bolt hole for receiving, for example a screw bolt, for connecting the base plate to the base is located approximately centrally in the base plate. Due to this special arrangement of the anchoring members not directly on the base plate, but rather on the housing, and the position of the anchoring members relative to the bolt hole, it was possible to achieve a low base plate height in relation to the prior art known at the time.
- the aim of the invention is now to provide a support shoe of the type mentioned at the outset, which can be manufactured much more easily and therefore more economically than the support shoe known from the prior art.
- the base plate can be divided into a plurality of sections by the housing, the housing having a housing base in the region of a section, wherein at least one anchoring member (front anchoring member) can be received by the housing in the region of the housing base, and wherein the at least two of the sections of the base plate formed by the housing each have at least one anchoring member (rear anchoring member).
- the anchoring members can advantageously be arranged in the region of the center of the base plate, so that only small moments occur between the individual anchoring members due to the central arrangement of the anchoring members in relation to the base plate.
- the arrangement according to the invention of the anchoring members on the support shoe on the one hand ensures that the bolt hole for attaching the support shoe to the base is accessible from the outside, namely the bolt hole is kept clear through the housing base.
- the attachment of the front anchoring member in the area of the housing base and here in particular on the housing wall ensures that more space is made available for the introduction of the normal forces on the base plate through the housing than is the case when the anchoring member is directly in the bottom plate would have been let in. That is to say, for this reason too, the base plate can have a lower height than would be the case if the front anchoring members were received directly by the base plate.
- two front anchoring members are provided, each of which can be received by the housing.
- the arrangement of the housing on the base plate thus opens up the possibility of attaching a plurality of anchoring members in the region of the housing base without the accessibility of the bolt hole for attaching the support shoe to the base being hindered thereby.
- the rear anchoring members are arranged adjacent to the housing wall in the base plate, just to keep the moments low, as already stated above, due to the distance between the anchoring members and the center of the bolt hole.
- the housing is approximately Y-shaped in plan view.
- the point of intersection between the two legs and the web of the Y-shaped housing is approximately in the center of the base plate.
- the housing base can be received by the two legs, the bolt hole being arranged at a distance from the housing base in the base plate under the housing base, as already explained elsewhere.
- the web of the Y-shaped housing projects beyond the base plate.
- an anchoring member can be received through the free end of the web. Because of this rear anchoring member is achieved that the bending moment caused by the force of the anchoring bolt in the bolt hole and the distance to the leg of the Y-shaped housing is intercepted by this rear anchoring member. That is, the length of the web, and here in particular the protrusion of the web over the base plate, is to be dimensioned such that the anchoring member arranged at the front end of the web almost eliminates the bending moment due to the distance between the leg of the housing and the center of the bolt .
- the housing consists of two sheets that are parallel in the area of the web, i. H. converge and at the end, as already stated above, the rear anchoring member is arranged on the end face.
- Each anchoring member can be designed as reinforcing steel, ie round in cross-section, and ultimately serves as reinforcement of the concrete pile.
- the support shoe designated as a whole by 1
- the Y-shaped housing designated 20 comprises the two legs 21 and 22 and the web 23.
- the Y-shaped housing 20 thus divides the base plate 10 into three sections 11, 12 and 13, with the bolt hole 15 in section 11 is arranged on a base for fastening the support shoe.
- Section 11 contains the housing base 25 held by the two legs 21 and 22 of the housing 20, in the area of which the two front anchoring members 31, 32 are arranged in the form of reinforcing steel.
- the arrangement of the reinforcing bars 31 and 32 is such that they are fixed to the legs 21 and 22, for example by welding.
- Housing base 21 serves to shield the space above section 11 from the concrete of the concrete pile in order to be able to anchor the concrete pile together with the support shoe on the corresponding base by means of screws after completion of the concrete pile, that is to say after the support shoe embedded in the concrete post.
- the two rear anchoring members in the form of reinforcing bars 41, 42 also rest against the legs 21, 22 of the housing, but are located in the area of sections 12 and 13.
- the housing 20 essentially consists of two sheets, each sheet forming a leg 21 or 22, the two sheets running parallel to one another in the region of the web 23 or the anchoring member 60 being arranged in the form of a concrete pile at the front end thereof.
- the protrusion of the web 23 over the base plate 10 is intended to compensate for the moment caused by the distance X between the center of the bolt hole and the center of the leg 22 or 21 and the force due to the introduction of the normal force by the front anchoring members 31 and 32 arises, are compensated. This means that the size of the protrusion of the web 23 over the base plate depends on the distance from the center of the bolt hole to the center of the legs 21 and 22 and the force which is introduced into the legs of the housing 20 by the concrete piles 31 and 32.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a support shoe for fastening a concrete pile on a base with a base plate, with a bolt hole and a housing, the support shoe having a plurality of anchoring members, and the anchoring members being receivable by the concrete post.
Column shoes are generally known in concrete construction; Previously known support shoes have a rigid base plate with a housing and several anchoring members.
From DE 195 14 685.9 a support shoe of the type mentioned is known. In this known construction, the base plate of the support shoe has an angled housing, an anchoring member for reception by the concrete pile being assigned to each leg of the angle. The bolt hole for receiving, for example a screw bolt, for connecting the base plate to the base is located approximately centrally in the base plate. Due to this special arrangement of the anchoring members not directly on the base plate, but rather on the housing, and the position of the anchoring members relative to the bolt hole, it was possible to achieve a low base plate height in relation to the prior art known at the time.
The aim of the invention is now to provide a support shoe of the type mentioned at the outset, which can be manufactured much more easily and therefore more economically than the support shoe known from the prior art.
The object is achieved in that the base plate can be divided into a plurality of sections by the housing, the housing having a housing base in the region of a section, wherein at least one anchoring member (front anchoring member) can be received by the housing in the region of the housing base, and wherein the at least two of the sections of the base plate formed by the housing each have at least one anchoring member (rear anchoring member). The anchoring members can advantageously be arranged in the region of the center of the base plate, so that only small moments occur between the individual anchoring members due to the central arrangement of the anchoring members in relation to the base plate.
The arrangement according to the invention of the anchoring members on the support shoe on the one hand ensures that the bolt hole for attaching the support shoe to the base is accessible from the outside, namely the bolt hole is kept clear through the housing base. In addition, the attachment of the front anchoring member in the area of the housing base and here in particular on the housing wall ensures that more space is made available for the introduction of the normal forces on the base plate through the housing than is the case when the anchoring member is directly in the bottom plate would have been let in. That is to say, for this reason too, the base plate can have a lower height than would be the case if the front anchoring members were received directly by the base plate. Advantageously, two front anchoring members are provided, each of which can be received by the housing. The arrangement of the housing on the base plate thus opens up the possibility of attaching a plurality of anchoring members in the region of the housing base without the accessibility of the bolt hole for attaching the support shoe to the base being hindered thereby.
According to a further feature of the invention it is provided that the rear anchoring members are arranged adjacent to the housing wall in the base plate, just to keep the moments low, as already stated above, due to the distance between the anchoring members and the center of the bolt hole.
According to a special feature of the invention it is provided that the housing is approximately Y-shaped in plan view. Here, the point of intersection between the two legs and the web of the Y-shaped housing is approximately in the center of the base plate. The housing base can be received by the two legs, the bolt hole being arranged at a distance from the housing base in the base plate under the housing base, as already explained elsewhere.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the web of the Y-shaped housing projects beyond the base plate. Here, an anchoring member can be received through the free end of the web.
According to a further feature of the invention, the housing consists of two sheets that are parallel in the area of the web, i. H. converge and at the end, as already stated above, the rear anchoring member is arranged on the end face. Each anchoring member can be designed as reinforcing steel, ie round in cross-section, and ultimately serves as reinforcement of the concrete pile.
The invention is explained in more detail below by way of example with reference to the drawings, the figures and various perspective representations of the support shoe according to the invention.
According to FIGS. 1-2, the support shoe, designated as a whole by 1, has the
The two rear anchoring members in the form of reinforcing
The
