Claims (17)

  1. Verriegelungsbeschlag (40, 70) mit mindestens zwei Riegeln (12, 26) für Schiebeflügel (2) für Tür, Fenster, Fenstertür oder dergleichen, wobei dieser Beschlag (40, 70) eine verschiebbare Einheit (3, 94) aufweist, die im Innern einer Kammer (5) des Profils (6), das den vorderen lotrechten Holm des Flügels (2) bildet, in Längsrichtung (4) beweglich ist, und die einen ersten Riegelträger (7) aufweist, dessen Öffnung (8), die sich gegenüber einem entsprechenden ersten Schlitz (9 in der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) befindet, derart angepasst ist, dass sie gegebenenfalls verstellbar den Schaft (11) eines ersten Riegels (12) aufnimmt, der von der Außenseite der Kammer (5) eingerührt ist, wobei die verschiebbare Einheit (3, 94) über eine Treibstange (21, 71), die sich in der Längsrichtung (4) des Profils (6) erstreckt, mit mindestens einem Hillsriegelträger (22, 72) verschiebbar verbunden ist, dessen Öffnung (23, 74), die sich gegenüber einem entsprechenden zweiten Schlitz (24) in der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) befindet, derart angepasst ist, dass sie den Schaft (25) eines Hilfsriegels (26) gegebenenfalls verstellbar aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens ein Hilfsgehäuse (41, 77) aufweist, das derart angepasst ist, dass es in das Innere der Kammer (5) des Profils (6) eingeführt werden und direkt an der Innenseite (42) der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) über seine Vorderwand (43, 76) befestigt werden kann, die einen Schlitz (44, 75) ähnlich den entsprechenden zweiten Schlitz (24) und Mittel aufweist, um sich an der Innenfläche (42) um den zweiten Schlitz (24) herum abzustützen, und dass das Hilfsgehäuse (41, 77) einen Innenhohlraum (45, 88) aufweist, derart angepasst, dass er den Hilfsriegelträger (22, 72) verschiebbar aufnehmen kann, wobei der Innenhohlrawn (45, 88) an seiner Innenfläche und der Hilfsriegelträger (22, 72) an seiner Außenfläche jeweils korrespondierende Ausformungen (46, 47; 67; 89, 91) aufweisen, die sich in der Längsrichtung (4) erstrecken und in der Querrichtung (48) der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) des Profils (6) vorgesehen sind und derart angepasst sind, dass sie miteinander zusammenwirken, um den Hilfsriegelträger (22, 72) in der Längsrichtung (4) zu führen und den Riegelträger (22, 72) im Hohlraum (45, 88) zu halten.
  2. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hilfsgehäuse (41, 77) einen Körper (49, 79) aufweist, der im Querschnitt einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist und den Innenhohlraum (45, 88) umgibt, und ein Deckelelement (50, 87), das am Körper (49, 79) befestigt werden kann, um den Innenhohlraum (45, 88) im wesentlichen zu schließen, nachdem der Hilfsriegelträger (22, 72) in das Innere des Hohlraums (45, 88) eingeführt wurde.
  3. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Treibstange (21) derart angepasst ist, dass sie an der Außenseite und in der Nähe der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) des Profils (6) verschiebbar befestigt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderwand (43) des Körpers (49), die derart angepasst ist, dass sie gegen die Innenseite (42) der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) befestigt werden kann, dem Deckelelement (50) gegenüberliegt, und dass das Deckelelement (50) zwei Buchsen (51) jeweils mit Innengewinde zur Aufnahme von Schrauben (52, 52a) aufweist, die von der Außenseite der Kammer (5) durch Löcher (53, 24) in der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) eingerührt werden, um den Körper (49) gegen die Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) zu befestigen.
  4. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Schraube (52, 52a) ein Loch (54) in einer Lasche (55) durchsetzt, die die Vorderwand (43) des Körpers (49) in der Längsrichtung (4) jenseits des entsprechenden Endes des Körpers (49) fortsetzt.
  5. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (49) und das Deckelelement (50) jeweils Mittel (57, 58) aufweisen, die zueinander komplementär sind, um das Deckelelement (50) auf dem Körper (49) einzurasten.
  6. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderwand (43) des Hilfsgehäuses (41) einen nach außen vorspringenden Bereich (59) aufweist, dessen Außenkontur der Innenkontur des zweiten Schlitzes (24) entspricht, um über den Schlitz (24) vorzuspringen, und beiderseits des Bereiches (59) zwei Absätze (60), die sich in der Längsrichtung (4) des Profils (6) erstrecken und derart angepasst sind, dass sie sich gegen die Innenseite (42) der Vorderwand (10) des Profils (6) abstützen.
  7. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, wobei das Hilfsgehäuse (41) so angepasst ist, dass es über einen Schlitz in der Vorderwand (10) des Profils (6) in die Kammer (5) des Profils (6) eingerührt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Schrauben (52, 52a) zur Befestigung des Hilfsgehäuses (41) eine Klemmschraube (52a) ist, derart angepasst, dass sie sich an der Innenseite (61) der Hinterwand (62) der Kammer (5) des Profils (6) abstützen kann.
  8. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hilfsgehäuse (41) vorzugsweise an seinem Deckelelement (50) elastische seitliche Laschen (63) zur Abstützung an den Seitenwänden (64, 65) der Kammer (5) aufweist, um das Hilfsgehäuse (41) in der Querrichtung (48) im Innern der Kammer (5) zu zentrieren, und elastische hintere Laschen (66) zur Abstützung auf der Hinterwand (62) der Kammer (5).
  9. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Treibstange (71) derart angepasst ist, dass sie in das Innere der Kammer (5) eingeführt werden kann und sich parallel zu den seitlichen Wänden (64, 65) der Kammer (5) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hilfsriegelträger (72) die allgemeine Form einer verlängerten flachen Stange hat, die auf einer ihrer Hauptflächen vorspringend einen massiven Block trägt, in dessen Innern die Öffnung (74) im Hilfsriegelträger (72) vorgesehen ist, und dass die Öffnung (74) des Hilfsriegelträgers (72) vor einer Aussparung (75) mindestens in derjenigen der Vorder- und Hinterwände (76, 78) des Körpers (79) des Gehäuses (77), die als Vorderwand (76) des Hilfsgehäuses (77) dient, mündet.
  10. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (79) mindestens zwei Bereiche (81) aufweist, in denen jeweils ein Gewindeloch (82) vorgesehen ist zur Aufnahme einer entsprechenden Schraube (83) zur Befestigung des Hilfsgehäuses (77) an der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) des Profils (6), und dass jeder dieser Bereiche (81) ein vorspringendes Mittel (84), wie beispielsweise ein Nietelement, aufweist, das derart angepasst ist, dass es eine Verüefung (85) im Riegelträger (72) durchsetzt und mit einem entsprechenden Loch (86) im Deckelelement (87) zusammenwirkt zur Befestigung des Deckelelements (87) am Körper (79) des Hilfsgehäuses (77), nachdem der Hilfsriegelträger (72) in das Innere des Innenhohlraums (88) des Gehäuses (77) eingeführt wurde.
  11. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hilfsgehäuse (77) an jedem seiner längsgerichteten Enden eine Öffnung (89) für den Durchtritt eines Endes (90) des Hilfsriegelträgers (72) aufweist, derart ausgestaltet, dass eine Verbindung mit einer Treibstange (71) möglich ist.
  12. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er femer ein Hauptgehäuse (95) umfasst, derart angepasst, dass es in das Innere der Kammer (5) des Profils (6) über einen entsprechenden Schlitz (14) in der Seitenwand der Kammer (5) und des Profils (6), das die Innenwand (15) des Schiebeflügels (2) bildet, einführbar ist, und eine Haube (96), die so angepasst ist, dass sie einen identischen, in der anderen Wand (29) der Kammer (5) vorgesehenen Schlitz (97) abdeckt und an ihrer Innenseite zwei Ausformungen (98) aufweist, die beide mit einem Gewindeloch (98) zur Aufnahme einer Schraube (100) versehen sind für die Befestigung des Hauptgehäuses (95) und der Haube (96) am Profil (6) des Schiebeflügels (2), wobei das Hauptgehäuse (95) ein Profil mit einem im wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt ist, wobei der Außenrand (103, 104) jeder von dessen Seitenwänden (107, 102) im wesentlichen rechtwinklig gegen die andere Seitenwand (102, 101) umgebogen ist, um die verschiebbare Einheit (94) zu fuhren.
  13. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Einheit (94) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie an einem längsgerichteten Ende (108) einen Schlitz (109) für den Durchtritt der entsprechenden Schraube (100) für die Befestigung des Hauptgehäuses (95) und eine mit einem Loch (111) versehene Lasche (110) trägt, um diese Lasche (110) mit einer Stange (71) mit Hilfe eines Befestigungsmittels, wie beispielsweise eine Schraube oder eine Niete (112), zu verbinden, während das Hauptgehäuse (95) nur teilweise in den entsprechenden Schlitz (14) eingeführt ist, um das Befestigungsmittel (112) über den anderen Schlitz (97) einrühren zu können.
  14. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Einheit (94) an ihrem anderen längsgerichteten Ende (113) Anschlagmittel (114) aufweist, um, wenn das Hauptgehäuse (95) vollständig in den entsprechenden Schlitz (14) eingeführt ist, komplementäre Anschlagmittel (15) aufzunehmen, die am Ende (116) einer zweiten Stange (71) vorgesehen sind, um der verschiebbaren Einheit (94) zu ermöglichen, die zweite Stange (71) in ihre Verschiebungsbewegungen in beide Richtungen mitzunehmen, und Mittel (117), um die komplementären Anschlagmittel (115) in ihrer Position im Eingriff mit den Anschlagmitteln (114) der verschiebbaren Einheit (94) zu blockieren.
  15. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (117) zur Blockierung der komplementären Anschlagmittel (115) der Stange (71) in ihrer Position im Eingriff bezüglich der verschiebbaren Einheit (94) bewegliche Mittel sind, die derart angepasst sind, dass sie von der Außenseite der Kammer (5) über den durch die Haube (96) abdeckbaren Schlitz (97) betätigt werden können.
  16. Verriegelungsbeschlag nach Anspruch 15, wobei die verschiebbare Einheit (94) eine abnehmbare Platte (118) aufweist, derart ausgestaltet, dass sie die Steuerung der Verschiebungsbewegung der verschiebbaren Einheit (94) von der Außenseite des Flügels (2) mit Hilfe eines Schlüssels (119) ermöglicht, der einen Schließzylinder (120) eines Schlosses (121) betätigt, an dessen Ende eine Scheibe (122) mit einem exzentrischen Finger (123) befestigt ist, der sich in axialer Richtung erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Ende (116) der Stange (71) zwei Zungen (127) aufweist, derart angepasst, dass sie sich beiderseits der entsprechenden Schraube (100) zur Befestigung des Hauptgehäuses (95) erstrecken und verschieben, wobei jede Zunge (127) an ihrem Ende ein nach außen vorspringendes Element (128) aufweist, derart angepasst, dass es in Eingriff mit einer komplementären Einkerbung (129) in einem entsprechenden seitlichen Flügel (130) der verschiebbaren Einheit (94) kommt;
    die abnehmbare Platte (118) derart angepasst ist, dass sie jede Zunge (129) in ihrer Position im Eingriff in der entsprechenden Einkerbung (129) blockiert, und an ihrem Boden (126) in Berührung mit dem Boden (131) der verschiebbaren Einheit (94) eine Öffnung (132) aufweist für den Durchtritt eines Zapfens (117), der drehbar um einen am Boden (131) der verschiebbaren Einheit (94) befestigten Finger (133) montiert ist, wobei die Öffnung (132) im Boden (126) der Platte (118) einen verdünnten Rand (134) hat, derart, dass die Drehung des Zapfens (117) um den Finger (132) möglich ist, um die Platte (118) am Boden (131) der verschiebbaren Einheit (94) zu blockieren.
  17. Hilfsgehäuse (41, 77), derart angepasst, dass es einen Hilfsriegelträger (22, 72) verschiebbar aufnimmt, der derart angepasst ist, dass er seinerseits einen Hilfsriegel (26) aufnehmen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es angepasst ist für den Einbau in einen Verriegelungsbeschlag mit mindestens zwei Riegeln nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, der eine verschiebbare Einheit (3, 94) aufweist, die in der Längsrichtung (4) im Innern einer Kammer (5) des Profils (6) beweglich ist, das den vorderen lotrechten Holm des Flügels (2) bildet, dass das Gehäuse (41, 77) derart angepasst ist, dass es in das Innere der Kammer (5) des Profils (6) eingeführt werden und direkt an der Innenseite (42) der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) über seine Vorderwand (43, 76) befestigt werden kann, die einen Schlitz (44, 75) aufweist, der dem entsprechenden zweiten Schlitz (24) ähnlich ist, und Mittel zur Abstützung auf der Innenseite (42) um den zweiten Schlitz (24) herum aufweist, und dass das Hilfsgehäuse (41, 77) einen Innenhohlraum (45, 88) aufweist, der derart angepasst ist, dass er den Hilfsriegelträger (22, 72) verschiebbar aufnimmt, wobei der Innenhohlraum (45, 88) an seiner Innenseite und der Hilfsriegelträger (22, 72) an seiner Außenseite jeweils komplementäre Ausformungen (46,47; 67; 89, 91) aufweisen, die sich in der Längsrichtung (4) erstrecken und in der Querrichtung (48) der Vorderwand (10) der Kammer (5) des Profils (6) vorgesehen sind und derart angepasst sind, dass sie miteinander zusammenwirken, um den Hilfsriegelträger (22, 72) in der Längsrichtung (4) zu führen und den Riegelträger (22, 72) im Innenhohlraum (45, 88) zu halten.
