Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a press arrangement for treating a material web, especially paper or cardboard web.
The aim of the invention is to be as inexpensive as possible, simple in construction held compact press assembly of the type mentioned to create a particularly low operating costs optimal web guidance and in particular also the lowest possible Remoistening, the least possible two-sidedness and one possible good runability guaranteed.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that the press arrangement two separate, adjacent shoe presses and one Intermediate transfer suction roll includes the at least Material web sucked in areas in a closed train is, the web of material preferably together with at least one one of the two shoe presses guided felt over the transfer suction roll is led.
Due to this design, the distance between the press nips of the two shoe presses are kept relatively short. In addition, one total closed, partially vacuumed web guidance possible, what especially low rewetting, low two-sidedness as well as good runability. Operating costs can be relative be kept low, which is particularly important with regard to the felts, the drive, vacuum generation, maintenance and the like applies. In addition, the press arrangement according to the invention is distinguished from low manufacturing costs. The vacuum requirement is particularly thereby significantly reduced that the previously large, with a thick clad press suction roll is not necessary. Total results a significantly lower drive power. By easily in particular A closed path guidance is also possible is the corresponding one Press section especially for papers with low basis weight and suitable for high machine speeds. The number of felt is reduced to a minimum. With the lower felt consumption overall there are also lower operating costs. This operating cost are also due to the lower vacuum requirement for pipe suction devices as well as the lower drive power reduced. Favorable on the investment costs also has the effect that fewer guide rollers, regulators, Tensions, pipe suction devices, scrapers, channels and the like are required and in particular also a simpler, leverless and compact Chairing is possible. Three cantilever carriers are usually sufficient. Only a cellar felt is required, so that more space for certain Aggregates such as the pulper are available. The overall maintenance effort is also significantly lower. With the The investment costs are further minimized as there are no press roll scrapers. The lack of blade wear and scraper replacement has an effect low on operating costs and availability. There is no Roller wear more due to scraping. The grease gun can be omitted. The paper draw after the press section is negligible. After the number of rollers and roller types used on a Minimum is reduced, the number to be kept correspondingly Rolling low, which in turn has a favorable impact on investment costs affects. This is all the more true as a rule, pick-up, transfer and Transfer suction rolls can be identical. Also leave to that extent investment and maintenance costs are therefore kept low. The long roller service lives also prove to be an advantage. So it does not apply the use of a press suction roll. It is practically only hard covers in use. In addition, crowning is no longer required. As a result, line force ranges are without restrictions possible. There is no line force dependency between the two press nips. Due to the compact design, the space required for the press section in question minimal. Varying the mold width is easy possible. In principle, there is also a closed run of the web possible from the wire section to the end of the dryer section.
Advantageously, this is together with the material web over the Transfer suction roller guided felt through both shoe presses.
Both are in an expedient practical embodiment Shoe presses felted twice.
The press arrangement advantageously has a closed overall Web guide. As a result of the resulting high runability breaks in the press arrangement are practically impossible. A manual one Performing is no longer necessary, which is a correspondingly higher Operational reliability and high machine availability brings. Due to the lack of open trains, it practically cannot paper stretching or web tearing or tearing occur. The In particular, the web does not have to be pulled off smooth roller surfaces become. There is no tension fluctuation between the presses of the paper exposed more. By a corresponding coupling of tractive forces via a The desired synchronism results from the respective felt. It is for both brown as well as for white papers always ensures ideal web guidance. This results in short remoistening distances and a good one Web maintenance between the presses.
In an expedient practical embodiment of the invention Press arrangement is following the transfer suction roller and especially between this and the following shoe press Track holding box provided.
It is also advantageous if at least through the in the direction of web travel considers the first shoe press made of felt as a pick-up felt is provided.
One of the two shoe presses can be, for example, a lower one Shoe press unit and an opposing roller located above. In an expedient embodiment of the press arrangement according to the invention are both shoe presses each with a lower one Shoe press unit and an upper counter roll formed. It is the material web preferably together with one through both Shoe press-guided bottom felt over the transfer suction roller.
For example, one of the two shoe presses can be replaced by one above lying shoe press unit and a counter roll below be. In an expedient embodiment, both shoe presses are each by an overhead shoe press unit and a bottom one Counter roll formed. In this case, the material web is preferred together with an upper felt passed through both shoe presses guided the transfer suction roller.
In a preferred practical embodiment, at least one Shoe press unit formed by a shoe press roll.
In one particularly suitable for liners with a white top Embodiment is the rear shoe press in the web running direction simple felted and touched the counter roll in question from the material web.
