Claims (16)
- Spinnbalken zum Spinnen einer Mehrzahl von synthetischen Fäden mit einem Schmelzeverteiler zur Aufnahme einer Spinnpumpe (1) und mehrerer Spinndüsen (3), wobei jede Spinndüse (3) jeweils über eine Schmelzeleitung (10, 13, 11) mit der Spinnpumpe (1) verbunden ist und wobei jede der der Anzahl der Spinndüsen (3) entsprechenden Schmelzeleitungen (10, 13, 11) einen zur Spinnpumpe führenden Schmelzekanal (10), eine Verteilerleitung (13) und einen zu einer der Spinndüsen (3) führenden Schmelzekanal (11) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schmelzeverteiler als Schmelzeverteilerblock (2) ausgebildet ist und aus zwei durch eine Trennfuge (12) getrennten Bauteilen (7, 8) besteht, die druckdicht miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Verteilerleitungen (13) in der Trennfuge (12) durch Nuten (17, 29) gebildet werden. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Nuten (17, 29) in der Oberfläche (26) eines der Bauteile (7 oder 8) oder in der Oberfläche (26) beider Bauteile (7,8) eingebracht sind. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Rohre in die Nuten (17, 29) eingelegt sind. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Nuten (17, 29) in der/die Oberfläche/n (26) eingeformt sind. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Platte (32) in der Trennfuge (12) angeordnet ist, an welcher die Bauteile (7,8) druckdicht anliegen, und daß die Nuten (17, 29) zwischen der Platte (32) und den Bauteilen (7,8) ausgebildet sind. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Oberfläche (26) beider Bauteile (7,8) oder eines der Bauteile (7) aus zwei durch eine Stufe (28) getrennte Bereiche (26, 27) besteht, wobei die Nuten (17) in dem erhabenen Bereich (26) der Oberfläche eingebracht sind. - Spinnbalken nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Trennfuge (12) zwischen einem Oberteil (7) des Schmelzeverteilerblocks (2) und einem Unterteil (8) des Schmelzeverteilerblöcks (2) in einer schiefen Ebene ausgebildet ist, so daß in den Verteilerleitungen zwischen der Spinnpumpe (1) und den Spinndüsen (3) ein Gefälle entsteht. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die schiefe Ebene um einen spitzen Winkel, vorzugsweise im Bereich von 30°, zur Horizontalen geneigt ist. - Spinnbalken nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Spinnpumpe (1) an dem Oberteil (7) auf der zur Trennfuge (12) gegenüberliegenden Seite befestigt ist und
daß die Spinndüsen (3) an dem Unterteil (8) auf der zur Trennfuge (12) gegenüberliegenden Seite befestigt sind. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Spinndüsen (3) versetzt zu der Ebene, in welcher die Spinnpumpe (1) angeordnet ist, liegen. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Schmelzezufuhrleitung (14, 15) im Schmelzeverteilerblock (2) derart ausgebildet ist, daß ein Schmelzestrom von einem Anschluß (9) im Oberteil (7) des Schmelzeverteilerblockes (2) zu der Spinnpumpe (1) geleitet wird. - Spinnbalken nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Anschlüß (9) im Unterteil (8) des Schmelzeverteilerblockes (2) angeordnet ist. - Spinnbalken nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Spinnpumpe (1) als Zahnradverteilerpumpe ausgeführt ist und daß das Oberteil (7) des Schmelzeverteilerblocks (2) im Bereich der Spinnpumpe (1) eine Planfläche (16) aufweist, an der die Pumpenräder anliegen. - Spinnbalken nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Innenquerschnitt einer der Verteilerleitungen (13) über der Länge der Verteilerleitung im wesentlichen konstant ist. - Spinnbalken nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Länge der Schmelzeleitung (13, 10, 11) zwischen der Spinnpumpe (1) und den Spinndüsen (3) im wesentlichen konstant ist. - Spinnbalken nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schmelzekanäle (10, 11) quer zur Trennfuge (12) verlaufen.
