Ein gattungsgemässer Müllereiwalzenstuhl mit zwei nebeneinander angeordneten
Walzenpaaren 1 oder auch je zwei, in jeder Hälfte des Walzenstuhles (direkt) übereinander
angeordneten Walzenpaaren 1 enthält einen Rahmen 3, auf dem die Walzenpaare
1 in an sich bekannter Weise (vgl. DE-C-2730166 u. a.) abgestützt sind.
Der Walzenstuhl weist femer eine auf dem Rahmen 3 befestigte Tragkonstruktion 7
auf oder ist Teil dieses Rahmens 3. Rahmen 3 und Tragkonstruktion 7 bilden im wesentlichen
das Gehäuse des Walzenstuhles und diese Konstruktion ist üblicherweise
von einer Verschalung 2 umgeben. Ein Produktzuführkanal 4 ist so angeordnet, dass
er in die Walzenstuhlmitte mündet. Auf beiden Walzenstuhlhälften sind Kontrolltüren
5, 6 und je eine Speiseeinrichtung vorgesehen. Verschalung 2 und die gesamte Produktspeisung
(4, 8) sind an der Tragkonstruktion 7 aufgenommen. Die Speiseeinrichtung
8 beinhaltet im wesentlichen eine Verteilwalze 9 und eine Speisewalze 10
sowie einen Dosierschieber 11 (als Dosiereinrichtung) und Leitbleche 12 für das
Mahlgut, wobei diese Elemente in einem segmentförmigen Rahmen 13 aufgenommen
und geführt sind. Der Rahmen 13 ist um einen Drehpunkt 14 schwenkbar. Die
Verteilwalze 9 und die Speisewalze 10 werden in an sich üblicher Weise mittels
Übertrieb und/oder Direktantrieb betrieben (nicht dargestellt). Ebenso in bekannter
Weise, z. B. (elektro-) pneumatisch (und daher nicht dargestellt) erfolgt der Antrieb
des Dosierschiebers 11. Die Schwenkbarkeit des Rahmens 13 ermöglicht neben der
Arbeitsstellung der Speiseeinrichtung 8 auch mindestens eine Offenstellung zur Inspektion

Claims (9)
