Claims (6)
- Falttür, bestehend aus zwei durch Scharniere (5) gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Türflügeln (1, 2), wobei wiederum ein Türflügel (2) mit Rahmen (3) verbunden ist, während der andere Türflügel (1) entsprechende an seinen oberen und unteren Ecken angebrachte Führungen (7, 6) aufweist, wobei jede aus einem Gehäuse (14) besteht, in dem eine Aussparung angeordnet ist, so dass sich die Führung frei drehen und teilweise axial bewegen kann, einem Kern (18), welcher durch eine Feder (19) nach außen gedrückt wird, um teilweise in einem Abschnitt aus dem Gehäuse (14) herauszuragen, welcher einen auf an den oberen und unteren Rändern des Rahmens (3) fixierten Schienen (8. 9) gleitenden Gleitschuh (25) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kern (18) der Führung (6, 7) aus zwei fortlaufenden koaxialen zylindrischen Segmenten (23, 24) mit verschiedenen Durchmessern besteht, wobei das Segment (24) mit kleinerem Durchmesser in dem Gleitschuh (25) endet und auf seiner Seite einen einen Axialhebel formenden Vorsprung (30) aufweist, wobei der Vorsprung (30) definiert wird durch zwei konvergierende Flächen (31) tangential zu dem Segment (24), beginnend nahe des Gleitschuhs (25) und nahe dem größeren Segment (23) endend, bildend ein Plateau (32) im Bereich nahe des größeren Segments parallel zu und neben dem Fuß des größeren Segments (23), von welchem Plateau (32) zwei Wendelrampen (33) beginnen, wobei die Rampen (33) in der axialen Richtung konvergieren, so dass die Breite des Vorsprungs (30) in Richtung von dem Gleitschuh (25) zu dem Segment (23) abnimmt und wobei der Vorsprung derart platziert ist, dass eine der Oberflächen (31) winkelig in Übereinstimmung mit den Schienen (6, 7) ist, auf welchen Gleitschuhe (25) gleiten; wobei das Gehäuse (14) einen die Aussparung kreuzenden Stift führt, um auf der zylindrischen Oberfläche des Segments mit kleinerem Durchmesser (24) zwischen dem Axialhebel und dem Segment mit größerem Durchmesser (23) aufzuliegen, wenn die Tür geschlossen ist, während in der Öffnungsphase oder in der Schließphase der Tür sich das Gehäuse (14) zusammen mit der Tür dreht und der Stift (22) entlang den Rampen (33) aufwärts gleiten wird, wodurch die Türflügel der Tür aufwärts gedrückt werden. - Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kern (18) ein Blindloch (28) auf der freien Grundfläche des Segments mit dem größerem Durchmesser aufweist, in welchem teilweise Feder (19) aufgenommen ist, die Kern (18) nach außen drückt, wobei die Stellung der maximalen Extraktion durch den Stift (2) des Gehäuses (14) begrenzt ist, gegen den das Segment mit größerem Durchmesser des Kerns (18) kollidiert. - Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Segment (23) mit größerem Durchmesser des Kerns (18) zwei Nuten (29) diametral gegenüber aufweist, die durch ein in dem Gehäuse (14) vorhandenen Fenster (21) zugängig sind. - Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleitschuh (25) des Kerns (18) aus einem Kopf (26) besteht, welcher das Segment (24) mit kleinerem Durchmesser begrenzt, dessen Kopf (26) eine freie Grundfläche aufweist, von welcher ein flacher diametrischer Nocken (27) koplanar mit dem Vorsprung (30) des Segments (24) mit kleinerem Durchmesser des Kerns (18) quer hervorsteht. - Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleitschuh (25) des Kerns ein Rollelement (35) aufweist, welches derart montiert ist, dass es sich frei an einem diametralen Nocken (27) drehen kann, der axial aus der freien Grundfläche des Segments (24) mit kleinerem Durchmesser des Kerns (18) heraussteht, dessen Rollelement (35) eine Achse aufweist rechtwinklig zu der Richtung des Vorsprungs (30) des Segments (24) mit kleinerem Durchmesser des Kerns (18). - Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Verbindungsscharniere (15) der Türflügel (1, 2) der Tür mit ihrer Rotationsachse etwas versetzt in Richtung des mit dem Rahmen (3) verbundenen Türflügels (2) montiert sind, in Bezug auf die Abgrenzung zwischen den beiden Türflügeln (1, 2); und dass in einem der Flügel (10, 11) der Scharniere (5) eine Kante (3) parallel zu und angrenzend an die gemeinsame Achse vorhanden ist, welche senkrecht in Richtung der an Türflügel (1, 2) der Tür anfügbare Seite hervorsteht und zwischen die Türflügel (1, 2) einzufügen ist.
