Definitions
- the invention relates to a vacuum or vacuum suction system comprising a via a vacuum line with at least one source for the liquid to be extracted like wastewater connected to a vacuum or vacuum source Collection point and container, the liquid of the vacuum line by opening a the first suction valve assigned to the point of origin can be fed.
- the liquid becomes immediately at the point of origin Aspirated container. It must be ensured even with the smallest amounts of liquid be removed so that a correspondingly high energy consumption arises. Due to small amounts of liquids, especially black water however, there is a risk that deposits will occur in the transport line, which can have an influence the functionality of the drainage system. In addition, the Switching process, i.e. opening the suction or shut-off valve often with a loud noise connected.
- the present invention is based on the problem of a vacuum or vacuum extraction system of the type mentioned at the outset so that low-noise suction can be done while saving energy. It should also be ensured that no unwanted deposits in the vacuum line.
- the problem is essentially solved in that in the vacuum line an intermediate container between the collection point and the first suction valve is arranged that in the intermediate container leading to the vacuum line Suction pipe for sucking off liquid present in the intermediate container or starts from the intermediate container and that in the intermediate container a sensor element is arranged depending on the liquid accumulated in the intermediate container on the one hand, a direct or indirect connection between the intermediate container and the vacuum line opens or closes and, on the other hand, one directly or indirectly Connection to the atmosphere opens or closes.
- a direct or indirect connection between the intermediate container and the vacuum line opens or closes and, on the other hand, one directly or indirectly Connection to the atmosphere opens or closes.
- a second connection between the vacuum line and the suction pipe opening or blocking suction valve and on the other hand a connection to the atmosphere opening or shut-off ventilation valve.
- the sensor element is a buoyancy body that is dependent of its buoyancy in liquid accumulated in the tundish
- a first control valve interacts with the intermediate container if there is insufficient buoyancy via the first control valve in a first position and the vacuum line with vacuum while the second suction valve is closed and closed ventilation valve and that with sufficient buoyancy over the first control valve located in a second position, the second suction valve and the Ventilation valve to switch over are pressurized with negative pressure.
- control valve has a valve chamber connected to the vacuum line with a first to the intermediate container and a second to the second suction valve and the vent valve leading opening, the second opening from a first Valve element and plate can be closed due to gravity and being from the first Valve element a second valve element such as piston penetrating the first opening with which the buoyancy body interacts in such a way that with sufficient buoyancy the first valve element is raised from the second opening.
- a connection opening into the intermediate container at a The place of origin such as the toilet is the liquid that is present in the intermediate container Vacuumed. This accumulates in the intermediate container until the buoyancy body is lifted due to its buoyancy, which in turn the valve piston is raised and thus the second opening of the valve chamber, the is in turn connected to the vacuum line, is opened. At the same time the closes Valve body the first opening. Thus, negative pressure can reach the second suction valve and continue to vent the valve, causing them to open. So can the liquid collected in the intermediate container is sucked off through the suction pipe become. The atmospheric pressure required for this flows through the ventilation valve into the Intermediate container.
- the second suction valve and the ventilation valve remain due to the pending negative pressure continues to open, even after the buoyancy of the buoyancy second opening is closed by dropping the valve plate.
- the negative pressure on the second suction valve and the ventilation valve is via an adjustment nozzle which is in the to Valves leading line is arranged, dismantled, so that the time delayed as a result Switch the second suction valve and the ventilation valve, creating the connection between the suction pipe and the vacuum line on the one hand and the intermediate container and the Atmosphere on the other hand is interrupted.
- the buoyancy body is tubular and with its head end is axially displaceable in a tubular guide which in the Valve housing merges or is a portion of this, with the head end as Closure for the first opening of the control valve is used. So that the for the intermediate container can spread the required vacuum from the valve chamber via the guide, runs between the buoyancy body and this circumferentially surrounding guide Annular gap.
- the sensor element is a liquid on the end closable pitot tube, the pitot tube being connected to a second control valve, about that with pitot tube closed by liquid and momentary vacuum reduction in the intermediate container by opening the first suction valve, both the second suction valve as well as the ventilation valve to switch them with negative pressure are.
- This solution also ensures that only after several rinsing processes and so that accumulating liquid in the intermediate container is emptied, whereby Triggering the suction of the liquid from the intermediate container no float like Buoyancy body is needed. Rather, this is used when opening the first suction valve sudden breakdown of the vacuum in the intermediate container from to at sufficient filled and thus blocked pitot tube the resultant on a Diaphragm of the control valve acting pressure differences switching the second To effect control valve, which in turn causes the second suction valve or the ventilation valve switched over and thus the intermediate container can be emptied.
- a first line leads from the vacuum line itself via the second control valve from which the vacuum for switching the second suction valve and the Ventilation valve flows. Furthermore, a second line starts from the vacuum line is connected to the intermediate container.
- the second control valve itself has a diaphragm separating two chambers, one of which Chamber is connected to the pitot tube and the other chamber to the intermediate container, and with the closed pitot tube and pressure reduction in the intermediate container Diaphragm for switching the control valve is adjusted, because of the differences between the pressure in the closed pitot tube and that in the intermediate tank.
- a check valve can be arranged so that dirt is sucked into the liquid Line can not get.
- one of the ventilation valve should lead to the atmosphere Go out connection in which a silencer is arranged.
- the sensor element is a buoyancy body depending on its buoyancy in the intermediate container Liquid opens or opens the suction opening for sucking off the liquid closes and that the buoyancy body interacts with a valve in such a way that this is the intermediate container when the suction opening is closed with vacuum or vacuum of the vacuum line and can be subjected to atmospheric pressure when the suction opening is open is.
- the valve itself has one with the vacuum line or one emanating from it second line connected valve chamber with a first of a valve element such as -Plate closable opening connected to atmospheric pressure and a second the intermediate container leading and closed by the buoyancy opening.
- the valve closes in particular in the absence of interaction with the buoyancy body the first opening to the atmosphere due to gravity.
- the valve disk is caused by the second opening then raised when the buoyancy body interacts with the piston, so raise it.
- the intermediate container Mouthful connection at a place of origin such as WC by means of the in suctioned the existing vacuum.
- This accumulates in the intermediate container until the vacuum present at the suction opening Buoyancy body can no longer hold due to its buoyancy, so the buoyancy body rises in the liquid and thus releases the suction opening.
- the lift Float to the valve plate, so that the intermediate container through the second opening communicates with the atmosphere. Liquid can then pass through the suction opening and air is sucked out.
- the float closes the second opening of the valve, so that the former continues to be present in the valve chamber Negative pressure is maintained.
- valve chamber via the second line with the Vacuum line is connected and the second line in preferably adjustable Distance to the suction point opens in the vacuum line, this is made by suction conditional breakdown of the vacuum or vacuum in the vacuum line later noticeable in the valve chamber, so that the buoyancy body is delayed from the second opening of the valve chamber falls off and thus closes the suction opening again, at a time when all the liquid and sufficient air is already there have been sucked off to convey the liquid.
- the valve closes the first opening leading to the atmosphere because the valve element is like - plate closes due to gravity. This is supported by the then again building negative pressure in the intermediate container.
- the time-delayed reduction of the vacuum or of the intermediate container Vacuum in the valve chamber can be adjusted by opening the second line can be adjusted to the suction location to the desired extent.
- the buoyancy body is tubular, wherein a End as a closure for the suction opening and the other end as a closure for the second opening of the valve is formed.
- a guide element surrounding the buoyancy body at least in regions like guide tube.
- the guide element is at least in the area of the second Opening spaced from the buoyancy element, so that at the second opening spaced buoyancy form a vacuum or negative pressure in the intermediate container can.
- the valve chamber is preferably divided into a first and a second partial chamber, the first subchamber identifying the first opening leading to the atmosphere and over at least one further opening is connected to the intermediate container and the second Partial chamber on the one hand includes the second opening and on the other hand to the vacuum or second line is connected.
- valve plate itself is preferably in a dome-like attachment of the intermediate container displaceable, the attachment having openings on the circumference to the atmosphere.
- the Intermediate container in the head area to the source of the liquid to be extracted has leading connection through which the liquid tangentially along the inner wall of the container is suckable.
- the container may be structured on the inside in such a way that that the liquid can be guided helically along the inner wall of the container.
- the intermediate container directly at the point of origin Arrange or integrate a toilet or sink. So the intermediate container be arranged in a toilet foot or in a wash basin column.

Unterdruckzusammenbruch an das Ventil weiterleitbar ist. - Vakuum- bzw. Unterdruckabsauganlage nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
