Claims (3)
- Leitersprosse mit etwa rechteckigem Querschnitt und vier einen Korpus bildenden Längsaußenflächen, die jeweils rechtwinklig zur benachbarten Längsaußenfläche stehen, wobei die die Trittfläche bildende Längsaußenfläche der Leitersprosse durch aus der Ebene der Längsaußenfläche herausragende Bereiche gegen Abrutschen profiliert ist, wobei die Leitersprosse aus einem stranggepressten oder durch Umformen profilierten Vierkanthohlprofil besteht, welches mit in Sprossenlängsrichtung laufenden Rippen versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die herausragenden Bereiche in Reihen angeordnete oben flache Noppen (5) sind, wobei jeweils zwischen den einzelnen Noppen (5) tieferliegende Zwischenräume (11) angeordnet sind, dass die Zwischenräume (11) zwischen den Noppen (5) durch Querprägung der Rippen gebildet sind und dass das Vierkanthohlprofil im Querschnitt auch innen rechteckig ist. - Leitersprosse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Noppen (5) auf mehr als einer der Längsaußenflächen, vorzugsweise auf allen vier Längsaußenflächen (1, 2, 3, 4) der Leitersprosse vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Leitersprosse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zunächst ein Vierkantprofilrohr mit den Längsreihen (6 bis 10) entsprechenden Längsrippen stranggepresst oder durch Umformen profiliert wird und in einem späteren Arbeitsgang mittels eines Prägewerkzeugs mit Querrippen die Längsrippen der Leitersprosse in Querrichtung geprägt werden, so daß sich vertiefte Zwischenräume (11) ergeben und Noppen (5) gebildet werden.
