Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von aus einem Magazin entnommenen flexiblen streifenförmigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Steuerbanderolen, auf Zigarettenpackungen, mit einer die Steuerbanderolen von der Unterseite eines vom Magazin aufgenommenen Banderolenstapels abnehmenden Saugrolle und einem die Steuerbanderolen übernehmenden und entlang einer gekrümmten Bahn zu einer linear ausgerichteten Packungsbahn überführenden Transportmittel.
Eine solche vorrichtung ist aus der EP-A-0 144 650 bekannt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vereinigung von Steuerbanderole und Zigarettenpackung auf rationelle, vereinfachte Weise vorzunehmen.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Transportmittel ein um eine zentrale Achse kontinuierlich antreibbares Trägergestell aufweist, welches im Bereich seiner äußeren Umfangsbahn mit drehbar gelagerten Überführungshebeln besetzt ist, welche die Steuerbanderolen in im wesentlichen horizontaler Ausrichtung von der in die Umfangsbahn einschwenkenden Steuerrolle übernehmend und die beleimten Steuerbanderolen in im wesentlichen vertikaler Ausrichtung an eine Schmalseite der auf der Packungsbahn kontinuierlich geförderten Zigarettenpackungen anlegend auslenkbar sind.
Nach einem weiteren Vorschlag ist ein sicheres Anbringen der Banderolen auf effektive Weise in einem fließenden Arbeitsablauf dadurch gewährleistet, daß die Überführungshebel im Synchronlauf mit der vorlaufenden Packungsschmalseite in die Packungsbahn eintauchend und die Steuerbanderolen andrückend steuerbar sind.
Eine sich in den fließenden Arbeitsablauf einfügende Weiterbildung besteht darin, daß die Überführungshebel eine an der äußeren Umfangsbahn des Trägergestells angeordnete Leimwalze tangierend auslenkbar sind.
Eine entsprechende Führung und Lenkung der Überführungshebel läßt sich gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung dadurch erreichen, daß die Überführungshebel mittels in einer ortsfesten Steuerkurve geführten Rollenhebeln auslenkbar sind.
Der mit der Erfindung erzielte Vorteil besteht darin, daß durch die sich überlagernden kontinuierlichen Transportbewegungen von Packungen und Überführungshebeln im Andrückbereich der sich kreuzenden Förderbahnen in rationeller Weise eine exakte Positionierung der Steuerbanderolen an einer einzigen Packungseite ermöglicht wird.
Die Erfindung wird anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.
Hierbei zeigen:

eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen beleimter Steuerbanderolen auf Zigarettenpackungen als Teilaggregat einer nicht weiter dargestellten Zigarettenpackmaschine und
Figur 2
eine Ansicht auf eine Schmalseite der Zigarettenpackung in Richtung des Pfeils X gemäß Figur 1.
Die in Figur 1 dargestellte Vorrichtung weist ein Magazin 1 für einen Stapel 2 aus Steuerbanderolen 3 auf.
Unterhalb des Magazins 1 ist eine in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 4 hin und her drehende sowie in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 6 hin und her schwenkende Saugrolle 7 vorgesehen, welche zur Einzelentnahme der Steuerbanderolen 3 von der Unterseite des Banderolenstapels 2 und deren Überführung zu einem Transportmittel 8 bestimmt ist.
Das Transportmittel 8 weist ein um eine zentrale Achse 9 kontinuierlich drehbares Trägergestell 11 auf, welches am äußeren Umfang mit um periphere Achsen 12 drehbar gelagerten Überführungshebeln 13 besetzt ist. Die mit Banderolenaufnahmen 14 ausgestatteten Überführungshebel 13 sind am entgegengesetzten Ende mit Rollenhebeln 16 versehen, deren Rollen 17 in einer ortsfesten Steuerkurve 18 geführt sind. Dem Trägergestell 11 bzw. dessen Überführungshebeln 13 ist entlang ihrer gekrümmten Bewegungsbahn in Richtung des Pfeils 19 stromab des Magazins 1 eine in Richtung des Pfeils 21 drehende Leimwalze 22 zugeordnet.
Unterhalb des Transportmittels 8 verläuft eine lineare Bewegungsbahn in Richtung des Pfeils 23 für kontinuierlich geförderte Zigarettenpackungen 24, welche gemäß Figur 2 als sogenannte Hinged-Lid-Packungen ausgebildet sind, die an ihren langen Schmalseiten 26 eine Verschlußfuge 27 zwischen dem Packungskörper und dem Klappdeckel aufweisen.
Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist wie folgt:
Mit der Abnahme einer Steuerbanderole 3 von der Unterseite des Banderolenstapels 2 dreht die Saugrolle 7 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn des Doppelpfeils 4 und schwenkt gleichzeitig entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn in Richtung des Doppelpfeils 6 in die Bahn des Transportmittels 8, in der die Steuerbanderole 3 von einer Banderolenaufnahme 14 eines Überführungshebels 13 übernommen wird. Während das Trägergestell im Uhrzeigersinn (Pfeil 19) kontinuierlich weiterdreht, wird der Überführungshebel 13 im Bereich der Leimwalze 22 durch seinen in der Steuerkurve 18 abrollenden Rollenhebel 16 derart verschwenkt, daß der Überführungshebel 13 mit der Steuerbanderole tangential an der Leimwalze 22 entlang bewegt und dabei beleimt wird. Danach verläuft die Steuerkurve 18 derart, daß der Überführungshebel 13 mit der Steuerbanderole 3 in die Packungsbahn 23 der Zigarettenpackungen 24 eintaucht und beide synchron in Richtung des Pfeils 23 vorbewegt werden. Dabei wird die Steuerbanderole 3 an die vorlaufende Packungsschmalseite 26 angedrückt bzw. durch Klebung fest mit dieser verbunden, was in der strichpunktierten Stellung 13' des Überführungshebels 13 veranschaulicht ist, wonach dieser wieder aus der linearen Packungsbahn durch kurvengesteuerte Einwärtsschwenkung austaucht. Die Steuerbanderole 3 ist damit gemäß Figur 2 ausschließlich durch Überdeckung der Verschlußfuge 27 mit einer einzigen Packungsschmalseite 26 verbunden.

Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von aus einem Magazin entnommenen flexiblen streifenförmigen Gegenständen, insbesondere Steuerbanderolen, auf Zigarettenpackungen, mit einer die Steuerbanderolen von der Unterseite eines vom Magazin aufgenommenen Banderolenstapels abnehmenden Saugrolle und einem die Steuerbanderolen übernehmenden und entlang einer gekrümmten Bahn zu einer linear ausgerichteten Packungsbahn überführenden Transportmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportmittel (8) ein um eine zentrale Achse (9) kontinuierlich antreibbares Trägergestell (11) aufweist, welches im Bereich seiner äußeren Umfangsbahn mit drehbar gelagerten Überführungshebeln (13) besetzt ist, welche die Steuerbanderolen (3) in im wesentlichen horizontaler Ausrichtung von der in die Umfangsbahn einschwenkenden Saugrolle (7) übernehmend und die beleimten Steuerbanderolen in im wesentlichen vertikaler Ausrichtung an eine Schmalseite (26) der auf der Packungsbahn kontinuierlich geförderten Zigarettenpackungen (24) anlegend auslenkbar sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überführungshebel (13) im Synchronlauf mit der vorlaufenden Packungsschmalseite (26) in die Packungsbahn eintauchend und die Steuerbanderolen (3) andrückend steuerbar sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überführungshebel (13) eine an der äußeren Umfangsbahn des Trägergestells (11) angeordnete Leimwalze (22) tangierend auslenkbar sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überführungshebel (13) mittels in einer ortsfesten Steuerkurve (18) geführten Rollenhebeln (16) auslenkbar sind.
