Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for controlling a device for degassing and, if necessary, pressure correction in a liquid circulation system, in particular a heating system, circulating liquid, with at least one at least temporarily liquid containers in gas exchange with the atmosphere, the one containing at least one electrically controllable valve Inlet line is connected to the liquid circulation system, being connected in parallel a pressure pump is provided to the controllable valve (s) via which the return of the liquid from the liquid container takes place, as well as with a electronic control device, which by control lines with at least one System pressure in the liquid circuit registering pressure sensor, further with the or the electrically controllable valve (s) in the supply line and with the drive of the Pressure pump is connected, the control of the controllable valves in the Inlet line and the drive of the pressure pump depending on that in one Pressure change phase determined time course of the pressure change takes place
- the degassing takes place in that from the liquid, as soon as it leaves the circulatory system in the under a low pressure, preferably at least temporarily unpressurized "(ie open to the atmosphere) liquid container, gas escapes due to the drop in pressure according to Henry's law and combines with the atmospheric air.
- valve flow rate thanks to the controllable valve in the supply line at fixed intervals open for a fixed period and after closing the Valves the pressure pump in the return line switched on until in the liquid circulation system the target system pressure is reached again.
- time course of the pressure increase in the phase of the running pressure pump (with closed valve flow in the supply line) as a control variable for the initiation of degassing processes or for controlling the duration of the intervals between degassing processes (EP 0 580 881 B1, EP 0 663 570 A1).
- the object of the invention is the known control methods and devices to improve the genus mentioned above, especially for the life to extend the electrically controllable valves and the pressure pump and the Reduce energy consumption.
- the degassing processes should also better than in Liquid circulation system actually adjusted gas quantities are adjusted, the invention being based on the knowledge that the pressure course over time Pressure corrections is an indicator of whether the fluid is in the fluid circulation system contains more or less gas.
- the flatter it is in the time-pressure diagram The slope of the pressure rise or fall, the higher the gas content in the liquid and the more harmful the enclosed gas affects the Heat transport and efficiency or on the corrosion of system parts and any Noise formation in the liquid circulation system e.g. a hot water heating system out.
- the task is thereby according to an embodiment of the invention solved that depending on the determined pressure curve over time different Degassing processes are selected and activated and / or a lockout the system and / or a fault message is initiated.
- Control variable can be used depending on the situation depending on the situation Slope or slope of the pressure increase or pressure drop in the Time-pressure diagram a selection from different possible degassing programs to hit or to cause a shutdown of the system. This leads to this means that the devices are protected and the most economical and safe operation possible is made possible.
- the temporal Pressure curve in a pressure change phase not to initiate degassing processes or to control the duration between degassing processes, rather than Control variable used to select different degassing processes.
- the elements or units of the electronic control device according to the invention such as pressure monitoring unit, the control units for controlling the valves and the pressure pump, as well as the switching unit for the selection of a specific degassing process among different possible or for lockout as usual, preferably using appropriately programmed microprocessors realized.
- the expediently by the control device when the slope of the slope is steep Pressure increase are controlled, the opening and closing of the controllable takes place Valves in the supply line to the liquid container as well as switching on and off of the motor of the pressure pump when it flows back from the liquid container by signals from the pressure sensor when a predetermined value of the System pressure above or below the setpoint.
- the invention also relates to a particularly advantageous embodiment of a time-controlled degassing process, which consists in that depending on the determined duration of the pressure increase or pressure drop between two selected Pressure values in a subsequent degassing via the control device the opening of the valve flow through the controllable valve or valves in the Inlet line and the run of the pressure pump are timed so that the respective running time of the pressure pump is equal to or proportional to the length of time previously registered pressure rise and the opening time of the valve flow through the or the valves are equal or proportional to the length of time of the previously registered pressure drop is as long as the system pressure during the degassing a predetermined The maximum value and / or minimum value does not exceed or fall below.
- proportional is to be understood in its general sense and means that the opening time of the valves and the running time of the pressure pump during the degassing process Function "(in a mathematical-logical sense) of the valve opening time or pump running time for the pressure correction.
- the pressure curve over time used as a control variable during a pressure change phase but also here not, as in the prior art, a fixed preprogrammed degassing process initiate or control the intervals between degassing processes, but rather the duration of the opening of the within a degassing process controllable valves in the supply line to the liquid container and the duration to control the course of the pressure pump.
- Time-controlled degassing processes are a must to the state of the art, but it is opened and Closing the valves and switching on the pressure pump after one of the Control device fix predetermined time program, regardless of how much at the moment Gas is contained in the liquid circulation system, resulting in unnecessarily long or too short-term degassing can result.
- Any degassing process that takes place according to the method according to the invention can from a number of several cycles predetermined by the control device exist, i.e. from several successive phases of opening the valves in the supply line or the run of the pressure pump in the return line.
- the data of the temporal pressure curve serving as control variables in a pressure change phase are preferably determined during a pressure correction, namely during a pressure build-up in the liquid circulation system while the Pressure pump and closed controllable valves and / or during a Pressure reduction with open flow through the controllable valves and switched off Pressure pump.
- a pressure correction is primarily in the Heating phase and / or in the cooling phase of the circulating liquid required, wherein by opening the controllable valves in the supply line, the pressure is reduced heating up the system pressure or by switching on the pressure pump a pressure build-up of the system pressure that has dropped in a cooling phase takes place.

- Fig. 9 is a time-pressure diagram of a variant of an inventive Degassing process.
- a liquid circuit Heating circuit
- the fluid cycle will maintained or supported by a system circulation pump 4.
- a circulatory fluid is preferably treated (e.g. softened and filtered) water used.
- a liquid container 5 is connected to the liquid circuit pre-chamber 6, which is below the level and open to the liquid container 5, e.g. in the form of a vertical tube, closed at the bottom.
- the liquid container 5 or its pre-chamber 6 is via an inlet line 7 and a return line 8 with the liquid circuit, in the case shown with the return 2 ', in Connection.
- Inlet line 7 and return line 8 are at separate locations on the Line system of the liquid circuit (e.g. in the return 2 ') connected.
- the Inlet line 7 opens into the level at a distance above the return line 8 Antechamber 6 of the liquid container 5.
- the feed line 7 there are two electrically controllable solenoid valves in series 9, 10 and in the return line 8 a pressure pump 11. Furthermore, in the feed line 7, there downstream of the solenoid valves 9, 10, and in the return line 8, there downstream of the pressure pump 11, flow restrictors 12 arranged. In the Inlet line 7 can also be a dirt trap 13 and in the return line 8, one or two check valves 14 are arranged. With the help of in operation open shut-off valves 15, preferably cap valves, the supply line 7 and return line 8 are shut off on the circuit side. Connected in parallel to the pressure pump 11 an overflow valve 16 can be provided for safety reasons. On the device can also use only one of the two solenoid valves 9, 10 Find enough. Two in series and preferably staggered in time Switched solenoid valves improve the closing characteristics and offer double security. The quantity restrictors 12 serve to avoid so-called Control vibrations.
- 1A is another possible variant of the wiring scheme shown, the liquid line 2, 2 'of the heating circuit to a to the liquid container 5 leading stub 7 is connected, which in Line part 7 'for the inlet to the container 5, a controllable solenoid valve 9 and optionally a flow restrictor 12 and in a parallel line part 8 'for the return flow from the container 5, a pressure pump 11 and a check valve 14 and possibly contains a flow restrictor 12. Only leads into the liquid container 5 a single line part 7 ''.
- the liquid container 5 is constantly connected to the atmosphere via the overflow 17, the liquid container 5 is therefore pressureless ", ie the water in the container 5 is under atmospheric pressure. This also essentially applies to the antechamber 6.
- the liquid container 5 is also equipped with a fresh water supply, which is actuated by an electrically controllable solenoid valve 18. Finally, it is located in the liquid container 5 a level sensor 19. There may also be, for example, two level sensors or level switches, an upper and a lower one.
- the following are connected to a central electronic control device 20 via control lines: the solenoid valves 9, 10 and 18, the pressure pump 11 or its drive, the Level sensor 19 and a pressure sensor 21, which is in the illustrated embodiment is located in the flow line 7 upstream of the solenoid valves 9, 10, but can be arranged wherever the system pressure (system pressure) of the Liquid circuit (heating circuit) prevails.
- the components of the device according to the invention can be in a common Housing G can be summarized.
- the electronic control device 20 is in accordance with the block circuit diagram according to FIG. 2 e.g. from a pressure monitoring unit S1, the deviations in the system pressure in the Liquid circulation system from its setpoint and the pressure course over time, e.g. the slope of the pressure rise in the liquid circulation system while running Pressure pump 11 detected.
- the pressure monitoring unit S1 stands with a control unit S2 in connection, which the valves 9, 10 and the drive of the pressure pump 11 after controls a pressure maintenance program.
- the pressure maintenance in the liquid circulation system or pressure correction is carried out with such a system - initiated, for example, by a switching operation on the control device - according to the following procedure: If the system pressure is within predetermined limits, then at least one of the solenoid valves 9, 10 is closed and the pressure pump 11 is at rest. If the pressure sensor 21 detects that the system pressure is, for example, 0.4 bar too high - p max - (which can be the case, for example, when the heating system is heated up), then the flow through the solenoid valves 9, 10 is controlled opened, whereby water from the circuit enters the liquid container 5 and raises the water level there. At the same time, the system pressure drops. In this case, the liquid container 5 serves as a compensation vessel for taking over the expansion.
- the pressure monitoring unit S1 of the electronic control unit 20 is at 2 on the other hand also with a switching unit S3 in connection, that depending on that found in the pressure monitoring unit S1 time course of the pressure increase or pressure drop a selection from different types of degassing programs (Fig. 3 to 6) and degassing processes activated via a control unit S4, which the valves 9, 10 and the drive of the Pressure pump 11 controls according to the program selected in the switching unit S3.
- the switching unit 3 activates the degassing in a pressure-controlled manner, for example according to the time-pressure diagram according to FIG. 3. Since in the case shown the system pressure is below the target pressure p 0 , the pressure pump 11 is first started, whereby the system pressure increases in a pressure increase phase a. At a predetermined upper pressure value p + (eg 0.2 bar above p 0 ), the valves 9, 10 are opened and the system pressure drops in a pressure release phase b to a predetermined value p - (eg 0.2 bar below p 0 ) . The pressure pump 11 continues to run.
- p + eg 0.2 bar above p 0
- the intervals between two degassing processes do not have to be constant over time, but preferably variable are, depending on the slope inclination determined in the pressure monitoring station S1 of the pressure increase. The steeper the slope, the longer the intervals between two degassing processes.
- the pump 11 runs continuously from the beginning of the time-controlled degassing which occurs when the upper level sensor responds, during the predetermined number of cycles.
- the system pressure can rise above the upper value p + , but not above a value p max , which is, for example, 0.4 bar above the setpoint p 0 .
- p max the pressure pump 11 switches off. 5 prevents large amounts of water from being discharged into the channel via the overflow 17 in the pressure release phase. The consequence of this would be that with the next contraction of the water in the liquid circuit (cooling phase) fresh water may have to be refilled, which could, for example, interfere with the lime content of the hard water of the system, which has been treated many times.
- a time-controlled degassing process is preferably also activated by the switching unit S3 if the pressure monitoring registers a very long period of time for the pressure correction, for example a very flat slope of the pressure rise when the pressure pump is running.
- a corresponding time-pressure diagram is shown in FIG. 6.
- the control of the valves 9, 10 and the pressure pump 11 is carried out by the control unit S4 after predetermined opening times V of the valves 9, 10 and running times P of the pump 11 and the intervening interval times, which also corresponds to the times of the pressure rise phases a and pressure release phases b.
- the time ranges are set so that the pressure values p + above or p - below the target pressure p 0 are normally not reached during the degassing process.
- the number of cycles is constant again.
- a pressure monitor S1 of the electronic control 20 can also be used Lockout or fault message - symbolically labeled S5 in Fig. 2 - des Liquid circulation system take place, for example, if despite running Pressure pump 11 no pressure increase or even a pressure drop in the circulatory system occurs, which indicates either a defective pressure pump or a leak in the system. On the other hand, even if a pressure increase is registered with open valves 9, 10, it can a lockout or a fault message occur because a valve 9, 10 is defective or the filter 13 may be clogged.
- the lockout in a hot water heating system (According to FIG. 1) by switching off the circulation pump 4 and / or the Burner of the boiler 1 can be caused by optical and / or acoustic signal generator.
- valve opening times t VE (FIG. 4) of the individual phases of the degassing process are equal to the valve opening time t V (FIG. 3) in the pressure correction and the pump running times t pE (FIG. 4) of the individual phases of the degassing process are equal to the pump running time t p (Fig. 2) in the pressure correction.
- the opening time of the valve flow through the valves 9, 10 and the running time of the pressure pump 11 are determined via a timer integrated in the control device.
- the time measurement does not necessarily have to start at p - and end at p + .
- the time profile i.e. the slope of the pressure increase in time pressure, can be used to rule out faults caused by the switching on and off of the pressure pump drive.
- Diagram, between pressure measuring points which are above p - and below p + take place, with the aid of the microprocessor in the control device 20 then extrapolating to the total pressure rise time t p .
- the same can also apply to the determination of the opening time t V of the valve flow through the valves 9, 10.
- the times t p or t V between any two points can be determined from the slope of the slope in the time-pressure diagram of the pressure correction (FIG. 7, FIG. 8).
- the valves 9, 10 Since the degassing process according to the time-pressure diagram according to FIG. 9 starts at a system pressure which is above the setpoint p 0 , the valves 9, 10 first open via the control device. As a result, gas-containing liquid flows out of the circulatory system into the liquid container 5 or in its prechamber 6, where the pressure acting on the liquid is reduced - the system pressure is always above atmospheric pressure - and the enclosed gas can escape, the gas - since the liquid container is open - mixes with ambient air.
- the duration t VE of the opening of the valves 9, 10 in this phase b1 is equal to the valve opening time t V measured in the pressure correction (FIG. 8).
- phase a 2 After the time t VE , the valves 9, 10 (or one of the two) are closed via the control device and the pressure pump 11 is started. This increases the pressure in the circulatory system again.
- the running time t pE of the pressure pump in this phase a 2 is equal to the pump running time t p in the pressure correction (FIG. 7).
- further phases a i , b i can follow.
- the pressure curve over time may also serve as a control variable for the selection and activation of different degassing processes can be used (Fig. 2 to 6), the degassing programs available for selection being pressure-controlled and / or can be time-controlled.
- the variant described with reference to FIG. 9 A degassing process could possibly also be one of the ones to be selected different degassing programs. However, it can be degassed according to 9 can also be used by themselves if none There is a choice.
- the pause times between individual degassing processes are determined by the electronic Control unit 20 determines, e.g. according to fixed break times, but preferably with variable pause times according to the gas content in the Circulation fluid (e.g. according to EP 0 580 881 B1).
- Entire functional areas can preferably be operated on the electronic control device 20 switched on and off, e.g. the functional area of pressure maintenance or the functional area of degassing.
- the control of the degassing program from that determined during a pressure correction time course of the pressure build-up or pressure release depends on activation the degassing either the pressure maintenance program is activated or at least one pressure correction is forcibly brought about by forced opening of valves 9, 10 and subsequent switching on of the pressure maintenance pump 11, whereby the electronic control device 20 for the invention Control of the degassing receives the necessary output data.
- degassing is usually switched from one type of degassing operation to another (Fig. 3 to 6) automatically by the microprocessor of the electronic control device 20.
- a manual switchover should preferably also be provided.

Abstract
