Claims (19)
- Türbeschlag (1) für einen Schließmechanismus einer Tür (2),mit einem Verriegelungsmittel (11), welches zwischen einer Entriegelungsstellung und einer Verriegelungsstellung bewegbar ist,mit einem Verriegelungsmechanismus (29,36), der mechanisch mit dem Schließmechanismus der Tür (2) koppelbar ist und eine Betätigung des Schließmechanismus blockiert, falls sich das Verriegelungsmittel (11) in der Verriegelungsstellung befindet,mit einem Verstellmechanismus (10,50), der bei Auftreten eines Verstellsignals eine Bewegung des Verriegelungsmittels (11) in die Entriegelungsstellung ermöglicht, undmit einem Haltemechanismus (15,16), der nach einer Bewegung des Verriegelungsmittels (11) von der Verriegelungsstellung in die Entriegelungsstellung das Verriegelungsmittel (11) in der Entriegelungsstellung hält,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Haltemechanismus (15,16) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß er nach einem Auftreten eines Verstellsignals das Verriegelungsmittel (11) auch bei einem nachfolgenden Nichtauftreten des Verstellsignals in der Entriegelungsstellung hält, falls das Verriegelungsmittel (11) vor Auftreten des Verstellsignals in der Verriegelungsstellung befindlich war, unddaß der Haltemechanismus (15,16) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß er nach Auftreten eines Verstellsignals bei dessen nachfolgenden Nichtauftreten das Verriegelungsmittel (11) für eine Rückbewegung in die Verriegelungsstellung freigibt, falls das Verriegelungsmittel (11) vor Auftreten des Verstellsignals in der Entriegelungsstellung befindlich war. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verstellmechanismus (10,50) eine Elektromagnetanordnung umfaßt, die bei Anliegen einer Spannung an der Elektromagnetanordnung das Verriegelungsmittel (11) in die Entriegelungsstellung bewegt, unddaß das Verriegelungsmittel (11) in der Elektromagnetanordnung (10,50) bewegbar gelagert ist und bei Anliegen einer Spannung an der Elektromagnetanordnung in die Elektromagnetanordnung hinein bewegt wird. - Türbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Verriegelungsmittel (11) durch ein elastisches Mittel (13) zu der Verriegelungsstellung hin vorgespannt ist. - Türbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Verriegelungsmittel durch einen Verriegelungsbolzen (11) gebildet ist, der mindestens einen Vorsprung (20) an seiner Außenseite aufweist,daß der Haltemechanismus (15,16) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß er nach Auftreten eines Verstellsignals den mindestens einen Vorsprung (20) des Verriegelungsbolzens (11) in eine der Entriegelungsstellung zugeordnete erste Nut (27) überführt, falls der Verriegelungsbolzen (11) vor Auftreten des Verstellsignals in der Verriegelungsstellung befindlich war, unddaß der Haltemechanismus (15,16) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß er nach Auftreten eines Verstellsignals den mindestens einen Vorsprung (20) des Verriegelungsbolzens (11) in eine der Verriegelungsstellung entsprechende zweite Nut (26) überführt, falls der Verriegelungsbolzen (11) vor Auftreten des Verstellsignals in der Entriegelungsstellung befindlich war. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Haltemechanismus (15,16) mehrere gleichmäßige in Umfangsrichtung des Verriegelungsbolzens (11) abwechselnd angeordnete erste und zweite Nuten (27,26) aufweist, die eine Öffnung begrenzen, durch die der Verriegelungsbolzen (11) geführt ist, wobei die zweiten Nuten (26) eine geringere Tiefe als die ersten Nuten (27) besitzen, unddaß der Verriegelungsbolzen (11) an seiner Außenseite gegenüberliegend zueinander angeordnete Vorsprünge (20) aufweist. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß jede erste Nut (27) mit einer benachbarten zweiten Nut (26) über eine ansteigende und eine abfallende Flanke verbunden ist, so daß die die einzelnen Nuten (27,26) verbindenden ansteigenden und abfallenden Flanken einen kronenartig verlaufenden Rand (19) bilden, unddaß gegenüberliegend zu dem kronenartig verlaufenden Rand (19) ein ebenfalls durch abwechselnd angeordnete ansteigende und abfallende Flanken gebildeter kronenartig verlaufender Gegenrand (18) angeordnet ist, der bei Auftreten eines Verstellsignals als Anschlag für die Vorsprünge (20) des Verriegelungsbolzens (11) dient,
wobei die Flanken des Gegenrands (18) bezüglich der Flanken des die ersten und zweiten Nuten (27,26) verbindenden Rand (19) derart angeordnet sind, daß bei Auftreten eines Verstellsignals und nachfolgendem Nichtauftretenden des Verstellsignals die Vorsprünge (20) des Verriegelungsbolzens von einer ersten bzw. zweiten Nut über eine Flanke des Gegenrands (18) in eine zweite bzw. erste Nut übergeführt werden. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen den ansteigenden und abfallenden Flanken des Gegenrands (18) jeweils eine dritte Nut (28) ausgebildet ist. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die in Umfangsrichtung des Rands (19) ansteigenden Flanken des die ersten und zweiten Nuten (27,26) verbindende Rands (19) steiler verlaufen als die abfallenden Flanken. - Türbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die ansteigenden und abfallenden Flanken des Gegenrands (18) versetzt zu den ansteigenden und abfallenden Flanken des die ersten und zweiten Nuten (27,26) verbindenden Rands (19) derart angeordnet sind, daß jeweils eine abfallende oder ansteigende Flanke des Gegenrands (18) gegenüberliegend zu einer ersten oder zweiten Nut (26,27) angeordnet ist.
wobei die ansteigenden und abfallenden Flanken des Gegenrands (18) derart angeordnet sind, daß durch einen Folge von Verstellsignalen die Vorsprünge (20) mit dem Verriegelungsbolzen (11) Nut für Nut (27,26) in eine Umfangsrichtung des Verriegelungsbolzens (11) bewegt werden. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verriegelungsbolzen (11) an seinem der Verriegelungsstellung zugewandten Ende eine Verdickung (12) bestimmter Form aufweist,daß die Verdickung (12) des Verriegelungsbolzens (11) beim Übergang von der Verriegelungsstellung in die Entriegelungsstellung eine Verengung (43) des Türbeschlagkörpers (1) passiert, unddaß die Verengung (43) eine derartige Form aufweist, daß die Verdickung (12) des Verriegelungskörpers (11) die Verengung (43) nur passieren kann, falls die Vorsprünge (20) des Verriegelungsbolzens (11) in einer zweiten Nut (26) befindlich sind, wobei in diesem Fall die Verdickung (12) mit dem Verriegelungskörper (11) fluchtend zu der Verengung (43) ausgerichtet ist. - Türbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verriegelungsmechanismus (29,36) mit dem Schließmechanismus der Tür (2) über eine Drehwelle (8) mechanisch koppelbar ist,
wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus eine erste drehbar gelagerte Scheibe (36) mit einer Öffnung (41) umfaßt, durch die die Drehwelle (8) formschlüssig zu führen ist, so daß zwischen der Drehwelle (8) und der ersten Scheibe (36) ein Drehmoment zur Betätigung des Schließmechanismus übertragen werden kann. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die erste Scheibe (36) gleichmäßig entlang ihres Umfangs verteilte Aussparungen (40) aufweist, in die das Verriegelungsmittel (11) in der Verriegelungsstellung eingreift und somit eine Drehung der ersten Scheibe (36) sowie der damit gekoppelten Drehwelle (8) blockiert, unddaß ein Druckelement (44) federnd gegen die erste Scheibe (26) vorgespannt ist und gegen diese drückt, um somit einen Drehwiderstand beim Drehen der ersten Scheibe (36) auszuüben,
wobei die erste Scheibe (36) gleichmäßig entlang ihres Umfangs verteilte Mulden (38) aufweist, die in Breitenrichtung der ersten Scheibe (36) neben den Aussparungen (40) für das Verriegelungsmittel (11) ausgebildet sind und eine komplementär zur Außenform des Druckelements (44) ausgebildete Form aufweisen. - Türbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verriegelungsmechanismus (29,36) derart ausgestaltet und mit dem Schließmechanismus gekoppelt ist, daß er über das Verriegelungsmittel (11) lediglich eine Betätigung des Schließmechanismus von einer Außenseite der Tür (2) her blockiert und eine Betätigung des Schließmechanismus von einer Innenseite der Tür (2) her ermöglicht. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 12 und Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Verriegelungsmechanismus eine zweite drehbar gelagerte Scheibe (29) umfaßt, welche entlang ihres Umfangs verteilte abgerundete Eckabschnitte (35) aufweist, die bei Drehen der zweiten Scheibe (29) eine Bewegung des Verriegelungsmittels (11) soweit aus der Verriegelungsstellung herbeiführen, daß das Verriegelungselement (11) aus der entsprechenden Aussparung (40) der ersten Scheibe (36) herausbewegt und ein Drehen der ersten Scheibe (36) ermöglicht wird. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die zweite Scheibe (29) mit der ersten Scheibe (36) derart mechanisch gekoppelt ist, daß eine Relativbewegung mit einem bestimmten Drehwinkel zwischen der ersten und zweiten Scheibe (36,29) möglich ist,daß die zweite Scheibe (29) eine Öffnung (32) aufweist, durch die die Drehwelle (8) zu führen ist,daß die erste und zweite Scheibe (36,29) aneinander angrenzend angeordnet sind, unddaß die erste Scheibe (36) einen Vorsprung (42) an einer der zweiten Scheibe (29) gegenüberliegenden Seitenfläche aufweist, welcher in einer in der zweiten Scheibe (29) ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (31) verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei die Ausnehmung (31) sich in Drehrichtung der zweiten Scheibe (29) erstreckt und die Relativbewegung zwischen der ersten und zweiten Scheibe (36,29) ermöglicht. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Drehwelle (8) an der Türaußenseite mit einem ersten Betätigungselement (5) mechanisch gekoppelt ist, unddaß die zweite Scheibe (29) an der Türinnenseite direkt mit einem zweiten Betätigungselement (6) mechanisch gekoppelt ist,
wobei die Drehwelle (8) über das erste Betätigungselement (5) nur dann drehbar ist, falls sich das Verriegelungsmittel (11) nicht in der Verriegelungsstellung befindet, während bei einer Betätigung des zweiten Betätigungselements (6) zunächst die zweite Scheibe (29) entsprechend der Längsabmessung der in der zweiten Scheibe (29) ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (31) relativ zu der ersten Scheibe (36) gedreht wird, wodurch einer der abgerundeten Eckabschnitte (35) der zweiten Scheibe (29) das in der Verriegelungsstellung befindliche Verriegelungsmittel (11) aus der Verriegelungsstellung herausbewegt, und wobei durch Anschlagen eines Endes der in der zweiten Scheibe (29) ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (31) an dem an der ersten Scheibe (36) ausgebildeten Vorsprung (42) die Drehbewegung der zweiten Scheibe (29) nachfolgend auf die erste Scheibe (36) und die Drehwelle (8) übertragen wird. - Türbeschlag nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Drehwelle (8) im Bereich der Öffnung (41) der ersten Scheibe (36) eine der Öffnung (41) entsprechende mehrkantige Außenform und im Bereich der Öffnung (32) der zweiten Scheibe (29) eine der Öffnung (32) der zweiten Scheibe (29) entsprechende kreisrunde Außenform aufweist. - Türbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein Druckelement (22) federnd gegen die zweite Scheibe (29) vorgespannt ist und gegen diese drückt, um somit einen Drehwiderstand beim Drehen der zweiten Scheibe (29) auszuüben, wobei die zweite Scheibe (29) mehrere gleichmäßig entlang ihres Umfangs verteilte Mulden (30) aufweist, die eine der Außenform des Druckelements (22) entsprechende Form aufweisen. - Türbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durcheine Auswertungsschaltung (24), die eine Eingabe eines Benutzers auswertet und bei Erfüllung einer bestimmten Zugangsbedingung durch die Eingabe des Benutzers ein Verstellsignal an den Verstellmechanismus (10, 50) anlegt, um eine Bewegung des Verriegelungsmittels (11) in die Entriegelungsstellung herbeizuführen,.
wobei die Auswertungsschaltung (24) bei Erfüllung der bestimmten Zugangsbedingung durch die Eingabe des Benutzers ein erstes Verstellsignal an den Verstellmechanismus (10,50) anlegt, um die Bewegung des Verriegelungsmittels (11) in die Entriegelungsstellung herbeizuführen, wobei der Haltemechanismus (15,16) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß er das Verriegelungsmittel (11) in der Entriegelungsstellung bis zum Auftreten eines erneuten Verstellsignals hält, und daß die Auswertungsschaltung (24) nach Ablauf einer bestimmten Zeitspanne nach Anlegen des ersten Verstellsignals ein zweites Verstellsignal an den Verstellmechanismus (10, 50) anlegt, wobei der Haltemechanismus (15,16) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß er infolge der durch den Verstellmechanismus (10,50) hervorgerufenen Bewegung des Verriegelungsmittels (11) in Richtung zu der Entriegelungsstellung hin das Verriegelungsmittel (11) für eine Rückbewegung in die Verriegelungsstellung freigibt.
