Das Türblatt 28 besteht im wesentlichen aus zwei beabstandeten einzelnen
Glasscheiben 5, 10, die durch ein um laufendes Abstandsprofil 6 den
zwischen diesem eingeschlossenen Luftzwischenraum 18 begrenzen. Im
Anschluß an das Abstandsprofil 6 ist eine Verklebung 7 vorhanden. Diese
Verklebung 7 gibt dem gesamten Türblatt 28 eine größere Stabilität. Das
Abstandsprofil 6 ist dabei nicht am äußeren Rand, wie es üblicherweise bei
isolierglasscheiben der Fall ist, eingesetzt, sondern springt von den Glaskanten
zurück und schafft somit Zwischenräume (Freiraum 26) zwischen
den Glasscheiben 5, 10. Innerhalb eines dieser Zwischenräume im Anschluß
an die Verklebung 7 wird das erfindungsgemäße Zwischenstück 8
in Form eines Leichtmetallstabes kraft- und formschlüssig mit seinen Klebeflächen
19, 21 ebenfalls mit den Glasscheiben 5, 10, an der Seite, wo
das Türblatt 28 angeschlagen werden soll, verbunden. In dem Zwischenstück
8 sind an vorbezeichneten Stellen, an denen Bänder befestigt werden
sollen, Bohrungen mit entsprechenden Gewinden vorhanden, um hier
eine Befestigung von Bändern vorzunehmen.The
Ertindungsgemäß wird hier der Bandlappen 13 des Bandes angeschlagen.
Unter Zuhilfenahme eines
Einlaßstückes 9 wird das Band mit seinem Bandlappen 13 und daran anschließender
Abwinkelung 12 mit einer Befestigungsschraube 11 an einem Befestigungsstück
16 des Einlaßstückes 9 befestigt. Zwischen der Abwinkelung
12 und dem Befestigungsstück 16 ist ein Ausgleichsstück 15 vorhanden.
Das Einlaßstück 9 wird dabei ebenfalls über entsprechende Befestigungen
20 kraft- und formschlüssig mit dem Zwischenstück 8 verbunden.
Das Einlaßstück 9 ist dabei so gestaltet, daß es sowohl eine Einstellung
des Bandlappens 13 in der Höhe, seitlich und in seinem Neigungswinkel
zuläßt. Somit ist eine genaue Einstellung der eingesetzten Bänder möglich.According to the invention, the

Claims (6)
- A frameless glass door including two glass panes (5, 10), which are parallel and spaced apart from each other, and, in an exterior region, including a circumferential separating profile (6), which tightly encloses the air gap (18) existing between the glass panes (5, 10), whereby the separating profile (6) forms open free spaces (26) towards the exterior edges of the glass panes (5, 10), spaces provided to mount fittings, door locks and/or the like, and the two spaced apart glass panes (5, 10) presenting an intermediate part (8) at one longitudinal side of the frameless glass door (28), characterised in that hinges, to be mounted in a concealed manner, are connected to the intermediate part (8) within the free space (26), whereby at the intermediate part (8) an additional flush fitting part (9) is provided at which are screwed angular portions (12) of hinge plates (13) which can be adjusted in the flush fitting parts (9), the hinge plates (13) immersing into a pocket (3) of a frame (1), if the frameless glass door (28) is in the closed position.
- A frameless glass door according to claim 1, characterised in that the intermediate part (8) between the glass panes (5, 10) is glued positively and non-positively by means of UV-stable cross-linking two-component glue.
- A frameless glass door according to claim 1, characterised in that the flush fitting parts (9) are exchangeable.
- A frameless glass door according to claim 1, characterised in that the free space (26) between the flush fitting parts (9) is closed by means of glue (22).
- A frameless glass door according to claim 1, characterised in that an intermediate space (27), created through the glass panes (5, 10), and the free spaces (26) are sealed by means of a circumferential closing profile (23).
- A frameless glass door according to claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the two spaced apart glass panes (5, 10) have the same dimension.
