Claims (2)

  1. Aufwickelvorrichtung, insbesondere für Garne, die einen Aufwickelkopf (3) aufweist, der an einem Auslass angeordnet ist, der mindestens ein Garn liefert und eine Vorrichtung zum Führen und Schneiden des Garnes (35) aufweist, wobei der Aufwickelkopf (3) mindestens zwei Abstützglieder (23, 27) enthält, wobei, um eine Spule zu bilden, jedes Abstützglied (23, 27) angepasst ist zum drehbaren Abstützen eines zum Aufwickeln des Garnes (35) geeigneten Aufwickelgliedes (25), wobei der Aufwickelkopf (3) mindestens zwei Stellungen besitzt, nämlich eine erste Stellung zum Bewickeln eines ersten Aufwickelgliedes (25) und eine zweite Stellung zum Bewickeln eines zweiten Aufwickelgliedes (25), wobei jedes der Abstützglieder (23, 27) eine Stellung zum Abstützen des zum Aufwickeln des Garnes (35) geeigneten Aufwickelgliedes (25) und eine Abkuppelstellung für das Abgeben des Aufwickelgliedes (25) und das Aufnehmen eines neuen Aufwickelgliedes (25) besitzt; das Abstützglied (23) enthält ein axial bewegbares Mittel (9, 11, 13), das sich axial bewegen kann, um in die Enden des Aufwickelgliedes (25) einzugreifen und die Abstütz- und Abkuppelstellungen zu bilden; das axial bewegbare Mittel (9, 11, 13) umfasst eine Endplatte (9), die zwei Flansche (11, 13) abstützt, die zum Eingreifen in die Enden des Aufwickelgliedes (25) ausgebildet sind, das aus einem Rohr (25) geformt ist; jedes Abstützglied (23, 27) stützt ein entsprechendes Aufwickelglied (25) ab mittels zweier Flansche (11, 13 und 19, 21), einem axial unbewegbaren Basisflansch (19, 21) und einem bewegbaren Flansch (11, 13), der mit der Endplatte (9) verbunden ist und das axial bewegbare Mittel (9, 11, 13) bildet; die Endplatte (9) wird dabei abgestützt durch Stützstangen (7), die an einer Basisplatte (5) befestigt sind; jeder bewegbare Flansch (11, 13) wird betätigt durch ein entsprechendes fluidangetriebenes Mittel (15, 17), das mit der Endplatte (9) verbunden ist; jedes Abstützglied (23, 27) wird durch einen entsprechenden Motor (31, 33) angetrieben.
  2. Aufwickelvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Transportvorrichtung (51) enthält, die unterhalb des Aufwickelkopfes, innerhalb der Auflagefläche des Aufwickelkopfes liegt, wobei die Auflagefläche durch die Quererstreckung. der Endplatte (9) in Verhältnis zur Basisplatte (5) definiert ist; die befüllten Spulen werden innerhalb der Auflagefläche abgeladen.
