  • This invention relates a non-contact doubling and twisting apparatus, with which both the twisted yarn and the filament yarn or the spun yarn can be doubled and twisted by using a fly disc of a two for one twister for a filament, and, more particularly, a non-contact doubling and twisting apparatus, wherein as yarn is input into a top guide by the disc hole of a fly disc since a yarn guide is newly mounted between a tenser and a top guide placed on the top of a spindle by converting the yarn guide of the two for one twister and it is designed to pass through a slot of a hollow, a yarn-twisting zone, at a non-contact state, a non-contact doubling and twisting apparatus can perform high speed doubling and twisting operations as well as it can take an advantage of a covering effect.

Claims (3)

  1. Dans un métier double à retordre, dans lequel un fil doublé qui est déroulé d'une bobine est transmis à un guide supérieur (3), est retordu par passage dans un tendeur (5) ayant une cavité et un tube (26) de guidage de fil, passe dans un oeillet (8) et est enroulé sur un cylindre (13),
    un appareil à retordre et dosser sans contact, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un guide-fil (20) ayant un disque régulateur (4) placé entre un guide supérieur (3) et un tendeur (5), monté afin qu'il tourne librement et qui a un trou de disque (12) dans lequel peut passer le fil doublé,
       dans lequel le fil doublé qui est déroulé d'une bobine passe dans le trou de disque (12), est introduit dans un guide supérieur (3), est retordu en passant dans un tendeur (5) ayant une cavité et un tube (26) de guidage de fil, passe dans un oeillet (8) et est enroulé sur un cylindre (13).
  2. Appareil à retordre et dosser sans contact dans un métier double à retordre selon la revendication 1,
       dans lequel le guide-fil (20) est formé en une seule pièce avec un organe (16) de maintien de guide supérieur ayant un trou débouchant, un couvercle (17) destiné à fixer l'organe de maintien du guide supérieur et un disque régulateur (4) ayant un trou de disque (12), et
       dans lequel un roulement à billes (15) est monté à la surface circonférentielle interné d'un couvercle (17), et un arbre (14) de disque régulateur ayant un trou débouchant qui est raccordé au trou débouchant de l'organe (16) de maintien de guide supérieur est inséré dans le roulement à billes (15), de manière que la surface circonférentielle interne du roulement à billes (15) soit au contact de la surface circonférentielle externe d'un arbre de disque régulateur (14).
  3. Appareil à retordre et dosser sans contact dans un métier double à retordre selon la revendication 1,
       dans lequel un trou de disque (12) est entraíné en rotation circonférentiellement sur un cercle ayant un diamètre supérieur ou égal au diamètre maximal d'une couche d'enroulement de fil formée sur la bobine (1) ou au diamètre d'un disque tendeur (6).
