Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von gewalzten oder gegossenen Metallbändern, insbesondere Stahlbändern aus Edelstahl- und Titanlegierungen, mit einer entzunderten Bandoberfläche, wonach das betreffende Metallband geglüht, zum Vorentzundern streckbiegegerichtet und zum Nachentzundern gebeizt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Streckbiegerichten unmittelbar vor dem Glühen und das Beizen unmittelbar nach dem Glühen vorgenommen werden.
- Bandbehandlungslinie zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit zumindest einem Abwickelhaspel, einer Streckbiegerichtvorrichtung zum Vorentzundern, einer Glühe, einer Beize zum Nachentzundern und einem Aufwickelhaspel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streckbiegerichtvorrichtung (3) in Bandlaufrichtung unmittelbar vor der Glühe (4) und die Beize (5) unmittelbar hinter der Glühe (4) angeordnet sind.
- Bandbehandlungslinie nach Anspruch 2 mit Bandspeichern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Bandlaufrichtung vor und/oder hinter der Streckbiegerichtvorrichtung (3) ein Bandspeicher (7, 8) angeordnet ist.
