Claims (12)
- Brennkammer für Warmwasserbereiter, insbesondere Gasheizgeräte, die eine die Brennkammer (4) wenigstens seitlich begrenzende Brennkammerwand (1) aus temperaturfestem Material aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennkammerwand (1) eine aus wärmedämmendem keramischem Isoliermaterial bestehende äußere Wandplatte oder -schicht (10) und eine davon getrennte innere Wandplatte (11) aus hochtemperaturbeständiger Strukturkeramik aufweist, die die äußere Wandplatte (10) zum Innenraum der Brennkammer (4) abdeckt.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Wandschicht (10) aus einer Keramikfaserplatte besteht.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Wandschicht (10) aus keramischer Schüttung besteht.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die keramische Schüttung als eine Preßplatte (10) gebildet ist.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Wandschicht oder -platte (10) zusätzlich auf ihrer Außenseite von einem Halteblech (14) ummantelt ist.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 1 oder 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteblech (14) die äußere Wandschicht oder -platte (10) unter Einhaltung eines Luftspalts ummantelt.
- Brennkammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwandfläche der inneren Wandplatte (11) aus hochtemperaturbeständiger Strukturkeramik außerdem mit einer infrarotreflektierenden Schicht (12) beschichtet ist.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der infrarotreflektierenden Schicht (12) einige µm beträgt.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die infrarotreflektierende Schicht (12) aus einem temperaturfestem Metall oder einer solchen Metallegierung besteht.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 7 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die infrarotreflektierende Schicht (12) aus einem nach seinem Emissionsspektrum ausgewählten keramischen Material besteht.
- Brennkammer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das keramische Material der infrarotreflektierenden Schicht (12) Aluminiumoxid, z.B. Korund, ist.
- Brennkammer nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Brennkammerwand (1) rechteckig ist.
