Abstract

Doppelkessel mit Flügelrad zur Erzeugung eines Gasgemischs besteht vorteilhafterweise aus mehreren Bauteilen, wobei sich Gussteile aus Grauguss als geeignet erweisen. Der Doppelkessel besteht aus einem oberen Doppelkesselgrundkörper (1) und einem unteren Doppelkesselgrundkörper (6), die beide mit einer Abdeckplatte (29 und (11) dicht mittels Schrauben verbunden sind.
In dem oberen Doppelkesselgrundkörper dreht sich ein Flügelrad (14).
Im unteren Doppelkesselgrundkörper strömen unterschiedliche Gase ein, die dann nach oben steigend, durch das Flügelrad (14) kräftig durchgemischt werden.
Aus der oberen Abdeckplatte (2) können sie wieder durch Ventile austreten. Von dort aus wird das Gasgemisch dan zur Reinigung einer Schmleze dieser zugeführt.
