Claims (9)

  1. Distributor for a strip of material on a roll, in particular cellulose wadding, of the closed distributor type in which the roll (26) is contained between two substantially vertical transverse walls (14, 18) and comprises a central bore (29) in order to allow it to be fitted onto a support rod (30) of the distributor (10), characterised in that the support rod (30) is inclined relative to a horizontal direction, the roll (26) is supported by one of its transverse surfaces (40, 42) against one of the said walls (14, 18), and in that the two walls (14, 18) are each provided with a friction area (46, 48), against which the roll (26) can be supported.
  2. Distributor according to claim 1, characterised in that the roll (26) is supported on a friction area (46, 48) which is provided on the vertical wall (14, 18) of the distributor (10).
  3. Distributor according to claim 2, characterised in that the friction area comprises a series of ribs in relief (46).
  4. Distributor according to claim 3, characterised in that the ribs (46) extend according to directions which are substantially radial relative to the axis (A3) of the roll.
  5. Distributor according to any one of the preceding claims 2 to 4, characterised in that a friction area (46) is provided on a transverse wall (18) of the distributor (10) which is arranged on the higher axial end side (32) of the support rod (30), and in that this friction area (46) is disposed below the level of the support rod (30).
  6. Distributor according to any one of claims 2 to 5,
    characterised in that a friction area (48) is provided on a transverse wall (14) of the distributor (10) which is on the lower axial end side (34) of the support rod (30), and this friction area (48) is above the level of the support rod (30).
  7. Distributor according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support rod (30) extends forwards and upwards from a rear transverse wall (14) of the distributor (10).
  8. Distributor according to claim 8, characterised in that the distributor (10) comprises a removable cover (16) which forms a front transverse wall (18) of the distributor (10).
  9. Distributor according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support rod (30) can be secured according to several heights in the distributor (10).
