Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rippe (1,1A) für einen Wärmeübertrager und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rippendurchzügen (3,3A), wobei jeder Durchzug (3,3A) mit wenigstens einem nach außen abgestellten Stützrand (6,6A) versehen ist, der eine ebene Auflagefläche für die benachbarte Rippe (1,1A) bildet.
Die Durchzüge (3,3A) in der Rippe (1,1A) werden dadurch gebildet, daß zunächst in das ebene Rippenblech (2,2A) ein Trennschnitt (8,8A) eingebracht wird, und daß anschließend die durch den Trennschnitt (8,8A) gebildeten Schnittränder zu dem Kragen (9,9A) umgeformt werden.
