Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Entfernung von Schablonenbeschichtungen auf Siebdruckformen (8), insbesondere deren Schablonenträger (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebdruckform (6) mit dem Schablonenträger (8) in ein Flüssigkeitsbad (9) eingetaucht und durch Einwirkung einer Ultraschalleinrichtung (18) entschichtet wird, indem sie an dem Schablonenträger (8) angelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ultraschalleinwirkung auf Teile des Schablonenträgers (8) begrenzt wird und die Ultraschalleinrichtung (18) und der Schablonenträger (8) relativ und parallel zueinander bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch eine Flüssigkeitswanne (3, 4, 5) zum Einsetzen einer Siebdruckform (6) und durch eine Ultraschalleinrichtung (18) zum Einschallen von Ultraschall, wobei die Ultraschalleinreichtung (18) derart in die Flüssigkeitswanne (2) hineinragt, daß die Ultraschalleinrichtung (18) an einen in die Flüssigkeitswanne (2) eingelegten Schablonenträger (8) anlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ultraschalleinrichtung (18) an einer Hubeinrichtung angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ultraschalleinrichtung (18) an einem Träger (15) angeordnet ist, der in einer horizontalen Ebene verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger als Trägerbrücke (15) ausgebildet ist, welche beidseits im Randbereich der Flüssigkeitswanne (2) verfahrbar geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (15) in einer Richtung verfahrbar und daß die Ultraschalleinrichtung (18) quer dazu relativ zu dem Träger (15) verfahrbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ultraschalleinrichtung (18) mehrere Ultraschallerzeuger (19, 20, 21, 22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitswanne (2) einen Abfluß (10, 11) mit einer Filtereinrichtung (12) aufweist.
