Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing molded concrete parts, for example Concrete pipes, manhole base pieces, manhole rings and the like, in a mold enclosing a mold cavity with a mold jacket and a mold core that is immovable relative to the mold jacket, at least in the filling operation, wherein the mold cavity is filled with concrete, which is in the mold cavity filled concrete is compacted and the intensity of the compaction process changes with increasing duration of the filling process.
- Such a method is used, for example, in production plants of the type "Baumgärtner - JUMBO" used.
- the time elapsed from the start of the filling process is measured by means of a timer and the frequency of the compactor vibrator gradually increases. This Increasing the frequency and thus the intensity of the vibrating process should ensure that the concrete poured in towards the end of the filling process is approximately equally strong is shaken like the concrete filled in at the start of the filling process.
- the molds with a so-called “rising” core or use with a roller press head in which case the mold jacket and mold core or roller press head in the filling mode just not set relative to each other are, it is known to fill the form directly from a Measurement of the respective position of the moving part, mandrel or roller press head, to determine.
- a fill level measurement is according to the invention Manufacturing plants used due to the fixed relative position of Basically, the mold core and mold jacket are not during filling operation possible.
- Non-contact fill level detection methods can, for example, be based on recording the weight of a concrete store, assigned to a filling device for filling the concrete into the mold cavity is. The filling state of the form is then based on the decreasing Weight of the concrete stock determined.
- This type of fill level detection has the advantage that they rely on the measurement results of a weighing device can, which is usually already part of the manufacturing system and so far is only used to ensure that it is in a concrete store there is always a sufficient amount of fresh concrete in the filling device.
- the fill level detection be done so that the fill level based on the weight loss of the concrete stock since the start of the filling process, the known density compacted concrete and the known volume profile of the mold cavity determined becomes.
- the former Method has the advantage due to the absolute measurement of the weight, To prevent any possibility of error propagation and therefore very much deliver precise results.
- the fill state of the Form by means of a transit time measurement of those emitted by a transmitter and of poured concrete reflected waves can be detected. It can be electromagnetic (including optical) waves or wave packets come.
- the fill state of the mold can be used using Laser pulses are detected.
- the fill state of the Form can be detected using ultrasound according to the sonar principle.
- control profile i.e. the intensity of the compression process as a function of the filling state
- the control profile i.e. the intensity of the compression process as a function of the filling state
- the control profile for the compression process at one of the determined ones Change the appropriate fill level so that the concrete on it Body is better compacted.
- the quality inspection of the demolded concrete part can be a visual inspection by an operator. To also be hidden or the eye To be able to detect defects that are not immediately accessible, is additionally or alternatively suggested that the finished concrete part after demoulding is examined using at least one non-destructive diagnostic method, for example by means of an electromagnetic or acoustic diagnostic method. Other examples of non-destructive diagnostic methods are a leak test and the geometric measurement of the manufactured To name concrete molding.
- a method of manufacture of shaped concrete parts for example concrete pipes, manhole base pieces, Manhole rings and the like in a mold cavity enclosing Form proposed with a mold jacket and a mold core
- the Mold cavity is filled with a predetermined amount of concrete, which in the Mold cavity filled concrete is compacted
- the upper end of the concrete part is formed by means of an upper sleeve, at least according to the length of the concrete part End the finishing process based on the height position of the upper sleeve is determined
- the deviation of the length of the concrete part from a predetermined target length is determined, and the predetermined amount of in the mold cavity to be filled in depending on the amount and the Sign of the determined deviation is corrected.
- this too Process can be a further increase in quality of the manufactured Concrete moldings can be achieved, in particular, the deviations in length the manufactured concrete parts of a desired target length at least reduce significantly.
- this procedure makes it easier for the operating personnel Conversion of the production plant to the production of a new type of Concrete molding, since it is not when using the method according to the invention is required, the filling quantity required for the new form below Taking into account the exact composition of the straight in the concrete stock determine the existing concrete mix precisely. Rather, it is enough for one first manufacturing cycle, one supplied by the mold manufacturer, for one typical concrete mix calculated value for the required amount of concrete to be the basis. The deviation of those achieved based on this default value The length of the concrete part of its desired length is then determined by continuous length monitoring and corresponding correction of the predetermined Quantity eliminated within a few manufacturing processes.
- the determination whether the deviation exceeds a predetermined tolerance value can be used to identify the concrete part that has just been unacceptable production of concrete parts that are too long or too short not only to exclude for future manufacturing processes, but also to automatically increase the length of the concrete part just manufactured correct.
- the filled concrete can be further compacted.
- a change in length by further compression in the order of 1% of the target length possible without further ado.
- the further compression can be done by The pressing in of the upper sleeve is supported in different ways Operating variants can take place. For example, the upper sleeve can simply be pressed into the mold cavity. But it is also possible that Pressing the upper sleeve in a pulsating manner, i.e. Press-in cycles and relief cycles to take turns. With rotationally symmetrical molded concrete parts you can simultaneously pull the upper sleeve around her Rotate the vertical axis.
- the mold cavity can continue with concrete filled and the filled concrete further compacted.
- the concrete already filled in before the further filling of the mold cavity is roughened.
- the amount of concrete to be filled into the mold cavity can, for example can be measured by monitoring the weight of a concrete supply, the one Filling device for filling the concrete in the mold cavity is assigned.
- molded concrete parts can be any Cross-sectional shape can be manufactured. This can be done according to one embodiment at least one concrete delivery end for filling the mold cavity two degrees of freedom can be adjusted, for example by at least two spaced axes can be rotated. One along the perimeter the filling cross-section of varying concrete supply requirements, for example as a result Varying wall thicknesses of the concrete part to be manufactured can be used Example can be taken into account that the speed of a movement of the concrete delivery end is changed in the direction of its degrees of freedom. Additionally or alternatively, however, it is also possible that the concrete feed rate, i.e. the amount of concrete fed into the mold cavity per unit of time changed becomes.
- the invention relates to a device for Manufacture of molded concrete parts, in particular a device for carrying them out of the methods explained above. With regard to using this device The advantages achieved are due to the above discussion of the manufacturing process referred.

- This marking can, for example Inscription done with ink or the like.
- the marking device indicated only roughly in Fig. 1 90 is shown in more detail in FIG. 4. It includes a plurality of identification stamps 90a, each in an opening 26a of the mandrel 26 engages.
- the punches 90a can be driven between 90b by means of drive units a position retracted into the mold cavity 32, as shown in FIG top stamp is shown, and one withdrawn from the mold cavity 32 Position, as shown in Fig. 4 for the lowest stamp, adjusted become. 4 are also those of the control unit 60
- Coming control line 90c and a supply line 90d shown over the the drive units 90b are supplied with energy.
- the supply line 90d can be, for example, a compressed air line, a hydraulic line Power cord or the like.
- a binary Identification code can be stamped into the molded concrete part 12.
- the number The different markings depend on the number of stamps 90a from. It is understood that the eight stamps shown, which are only the Generate 256 different identification codes in practice will not be sufficient and that the provision of a desired higher Number of stamps is easily possible.
- the concrete molding 12 by means of the transport device also controlled by the control unit 60 24 lifted out of the cavity 34 for hardening to a storage place transported and released there.
- the detected by the length sensor 68/70 value L is the length of the finished concrete molding is fed to a difference forming member 72, moreover, by a setting unit 74 the value L to the desired production length is obtained.
- the deviation value ⁇ L is then transmitted to a correction unit 76.
- the correction unit 76 corrects the predetermined amount of concrete that is required for producing a molded concrete part of the desired length L target.
- the corrected concrete quantity value is then used as the basis for the manufacture of the next molded concrete part, as is indicated in FIG. 2 by the signal line 78 to the filling device 16.
- the difference value .DELTA.L is transmitted from the differential member 72 also to a comparator 80, to that of a predetermined tolerance value Tol is additionally fed to a specification device 82.
- the comparator 80 checks whether the amount of the deviation
- the value of the length deviation is transferred to a further comparator 84 which checks the sign of the length deviation ⁇ L. Is the finished concrete molding too long, so it is further compressed by operation of the vibrating device 20 until it has the desired length L is intended. In order not to unduly delay the operation of the production plant 10, this further compacting takes place under the supervision of a timer 86 which, regardless of the length of the molded concrete part 12, stops further compacting after a predetermined time t.
- the finished molded concrete part is too short, a further amount of concrete is poured into the mold 14 by actuating the filling device 16 and this additional amount of concrete is compacted by subsequently actuating the compressor device 20. Then - which is not specifically shown in FIG. 2 - the length of the molded concrete part just manufactured is determined again by using the upper sleeve 66 and the position sensor 68/70. This process can be repeated if necessary, until the concrete molding to the desired length L is achieved. In order to be able to ensure a correct connection of the additionally poured concrete quantity with the too short concrete molded part, the surface of this concrete molded part should be roughened before the additional concrete quantity is poured in. This can be done manually or automatically, for example.
- Control unit 60 The length control explained above can of course be part of the Control unit 60.
- a computer program can be implemented that runs in a computer, with suitable interfaces to the various sensors and drive units the manufacturing system 10 is equipped.
- FIG. 3 another embodiment of the length control is shown, the differs from the embodiment according to FIG. 2 only in that for the cases “too short concrete molding” or “too long concrete molding” different Tolerance limits Tol1 and Tol2 are specified instead of a single tolerance value Tol as in the embodiment according to FIG. 2.
- FIG. 3 are therefore analog parts with the same reference numerals as in Fig. 2, but with the addition an apostrophe.
- the embodiment according to FIG. 3 is as follows only described insofar as they differ from the embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs, otherwise expressly refer to the description thereof is taken.
- the difference element 72 'determines the length deviation ⁇ L L is - L should is based on the supplied thereto from the length sensor 68/70 value L and the 'supplied from the setting unit 74 to value L. As in the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the value of the deviation is transmitted to the correction unit 76 '. Is He will also two comparators 80 '1 and 80' 2, respectively. The comparator 80 '1 compares the deviation with a .DELTA.L in the setting unit 82' stored 1 "too long" -Toleranzwert TOL1, while the comparator 80'2 the deviation .DELTA.L with a stored in the setting unit 82 '2 "too short" -Toleranzwert Tol2 compares.
- the comparator 80 ' 1 determines that the molded concrete part 12 is too long, the filled concrete 18 is further compacted under the supervision of the timer 86'. If, on the other hand, the finished molded concrete part is too short, a further amount of concrete is poured into the mold 14 by actuating the filling device 16 and this additional amount of concrete is compacted by subsequently actuating the compressor device 20.
- the length sensor 68/70 transmits the length values L to the differential element 72 or 72 'while the upper sleeve 66 is still being pressed into the mold cavity 32 and the differential element 72 or 72 'the pressing process stops as soon as it is the equality between the measured length value L and the desired length value L will detects.
- This interruption should, however, only be permitted after a predetermined minimum press-in time, so that the correct formation of the end of the molded concrete part is ensured.
- the filling state h of the mold 14 during the Filling mode is detected, and the intensity of the compression process is in Controlled depending on the detection result. Additionally or alternatively the length of the molded concrete part 12 is detected and that for the production a concrete molding 12 of a desired length to be filled into the mold 14 If necessary, the amount of concrete depending on the result of the acquisition corrected.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing molded concrete parts, for example Concrete pipes, manhole base pieces, manhole rings and the like, in a mold enclosing a mold cavity with a mold jacket and a mold core that is immovable relative to the mold jacket, at least in the filling operation, wherein the mold cavity is filled with concrete, which is in the mold cavity filled concrete is compacted and the intensity of the compaction process changes with increasing duration of the filling process.
Such a method is used, for example, in production plants of the type "Baumgärtner - JUMBO" used. In the known method, the time elapsed from the start of the filling process is measured by means of a timer and the frequency of the compactor vibrator gradually increases. This Increasing the frequency and thus the intensity of the vibrating process should ensure that the concrete poured in towards the end of the filling process is approximately equally strong is shaken like the concrete filled in at the start of the filling process.
It has been shown in practice that with the method described above Good quality concrete parts can be made. In an effort to to further develop the generic method and its customers to manufacture of being able to enable even better quality of molded concrete parts the applicant before, in the generic method, the filling state of the Form to capture and the compression process depending on the detection result to control. Through the transition from time-dependent influencing the compression intensity for the fill-state-dependent control of the Compaction intensity can rule out factors in the filling process that are temporal, in particular due to operational disruptions Can be subject to fluctuations.
In principle, to record the filling status of the mold, Mold jacket and / or mold core with a number of filling level sensors to provide. However, this would reduce the acquisition and maintenance costs of those required to carry out the method according to the invention Manufacturing plant increase to an intolerable degree. Furthermore When choosing the fill level detection method, it must be taken into account that the Manufacturing operation is not hampered by the fill level detection if possible should be. This raises particularly in manufacturing plants where The mold core and mold jacket are at least relative to one another during the filling operation are arranged immovably and as in the method according to the invention strong restrictions. Contactless are therefore preferred working filling level detection methods are used, i.e. Methods that do not require fill level detection insert any element of the sensing device into the mold cavity.
In manufacturing plants, the molds with a so-called "rising" core or use with a roller press head, in which case the mold jacket and mold core or roller press head in the filling mode just not set relative to each other are, it is known to fill the form directly from a Measurement of the respective position of the moving part, mandrel or roller press head, to determine. Such a fill level measurement is according to the invention Manufacturing plants used due to the fixed relative position of Basically, the mold core and mold jacket are not during filling operation possible.
One type of such non-contact fill level detection methods can, for example, be based on recording the weight of a concrete store, assigned to a filling device for filling the concrete into the mold cavity is. The filling state of the form is then based on the decreasing Weight of the concrete stock determined. This type of fill level detection has the advantage that they rely on the measurement results of a weighing device can, which is usually already part of the manufacturing system and so far is only used to ensure that it is in a concrete store there is always a sufficient amount of fresh concrete in the filling device.
For example, in the above type of fill level detection be done so that the fill level based on the weight loss of the concrete stock since the start of the filling process, the known density compacted concrete and the known volume profile of the mold cavity determined becomes. However, it is also possible to determine the fill level based on the Weight loss of the concrete stock since a previous weight acquisition process, the known density of compacted concrete, the known volume profile of the mold cavity and based on the previous weight sensing process to determine a certain filling level. The former Method has the advantage due to the absolute measurement of the weight, To prevent any possibility of error propagation and therefore very much deliver precise results.
When refilling the concrete stock with fresh concrete, for example filling of the mold cavity is interrupted, and the concrete supply be filled with fresh concrete during the interruption. Here can determine the amount of refilled concrete by measuring the weight of the Concrete stocks can be determined. However, it is also possible to have a previously weighed Refill predetermined amount of fresh concrete into the concrete supply. The latter process variant has the advantage that an interruption of the Filling the mold cavity is not required; however you need one further weighing device for dimensioning the predetermined refill quantity.
According to a further type of fill state detection, the fill state of the Form by means of a transit time measurement of those emitted by a transmitter and of poured concrete reflected waves can be detected. It can be electromagnetic (including optical) waves or wave packets come. For example, the fill state of the mold can be used using Laser pulses are detected. However, it is also possible to hear acoustic waves for filling level measurement. For example, the fill state of the Form can be detected using ultrasound according to the sonar principle. By suitably arranging the transmitter, for example in the area of the discharge end one that transports the concrete from the concrete supply to the mold cavity Conveyor belt, filling status data can be obtained, from which the filling state along the contour of the mold cavity can read the respective place.
To further increase the quality, it is proposed that the control profile, i.e. the intensity of the compression process as a function of the filling state, at Requirements changed depending on the quality of the molded concrete part becomes. Here one takes advantage of the fact that when using the Method according to the invention always precise knowledge of the filling state of the Form at the time. Now, after removing the formwork from the Concrete molding found that this is inadequate at a certain point has, for example due to insufficiently compacted concrete, can the control profile for the compression process at one of the determined ones Change the appropriate fill level so that the concrete on it Body is better compacted.
The quality inspection of the demolded concrete part can be a visual inspection by an operator.
When using a compressor device, such as in the DE 195 10 562 A1 describes the control profile for the compression process in a particularly flexible manner to the respective requirements be adjusted, namely in that the frequency and / or unbalance of the compression device controlled depending on the detected fill level become. However, it is understood that depending on the structure of the respective compressor device also the control profile of other degrees of freedom of these compressor devices can be influenced.
According to a further aspect of the invention there is provided a method of manufacture of shaped concrete parts, for example concrete pipes, manhole base pieces, Manhole rings and the like in a mold cavity enclosing Form proposed with a mold jacket and a mold core, the Mold cavity is filled with a predetermined amount of concrete, which in the Mold cavity filled concrete is compacted, the upper end of the concrete part is formed by means of an upper sleeve, at least according to the length of the concrete part End the finishing process based on the height position of the upper sleeve is determined, the deviation of the length of the concrete part from a predetermined target length is determined, and the predetermined amount of in the mold cavity to be filled in depending on the amount and the Sign of the determined deviation is corrected. With this too Process can be a further increase in quality of the manufactured Concrete moldings can be achieved, in particular, the deviations in length the manufactured concrete parts of a desired target length at least reduce significantly.
In addition, this procedure makes it easier for the operating personnel Conversion of the production plant to the production of a new type of Concrete molding, since it is not when using the method according to the invention is required, the filling quantity required for the new form below Taking into account the exact composition of the straight in the concrete stock determine the existing concrete mix precisely.
In order to prevent a constant change in the predetermined amount of concrete, it is proposed that it be determined whether the deviation is a predetermined one Tolerance value exceeds, preferably the correction of the predetermined Quantity is only carried out if the deviation is the tolerance value exceeds. As will be explained below, the determination whether the deviation exceeds a predetermined tolerance value, too can be used to identify the concrete part that has just been unacceptable production of concrete parts that are too long or too short not only to exclude for future manufacturing processes, but also to automatically increase the length of the concrete part just manufactured correct.
Regardless of the action taken based on the outcome of the determination of whether the deviation exceeds the tolerance value, is triggered, both for the deviation in the direction of too long molded concrete parts as well as for the deviation in the direction of too short molded concrete parts basically one and the same Tolerance value can be used. However, it is also possible to have different ones To use "too short" or "too long" tolerance values. Although the DIN 4032, 4034 and 4035 a length deviation of the molded concrete parts of up to 2% too. In many cases, however, this is too imprecise. In particular, at Jacking pipes placed high demands on the length accuracy. Usually a tolerance of <1% deviation is therefore required, which is the case with a Length of a concrete part of 2 m an absolute accuracy of <20 mm means.
For example, if the deviation is the predetermined tolerance value exceeds and the length of the concrete part greater than the predetermined target length the filled concrete can be further compacted. A change in length by further compression in the order of 1% of the target length possible without further ado. To the manufacturing plant through the further It is further proposed to delay the compaction of the concrete unduly that the further compression at the latest after exceeding one predetermined time period is canceled. The further compression can be done by The pressing in of the upper sleeve is supported in different ways Operating variants can take place.
On the other hand, should it be determined that the deviation is the predetermined one Tolerance exceeds the amount, but the length of the concrete part is smaller than the predetermined target length, the mold cavity can continue with concrete filled and the filled concrete further compacted. To be a proper one Connection of the newly filled concrete with the already filled To ensure concrete, it is suggested that the concrete already filled in before the further filling of the mold cavity is roughened.
In order to be able to prevent the production of molded concrete parts that are too short, in addition, the current length of the molded part during the final formation process monitored and the finalization process canceled if the target length of the molded concrete part has been reached.
The amount of concrete to be filled into the mold cavity can, for example can be measured by monitoring the weight of a concrete supply, the one Filling device for filling the concrete in the mold cavity is assigned.
With the help of the method or methods according to the invention, molded concrete parts can be any Cross-sectional shape can be manufactured.
In a further aspect, the invention relates to a device for Manufacture of molded concrete parts, in particular a device for carrying them out of the methods explained above. With regard to using this device The advantages achieved are due to the above discussion of the manufacturing process referred.

In Fig. 1 is a device generally designated 10 for the production of

The
The
wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende Achse B drehbar angeordnet. Wieviel Beton
The
The concrete filled in the
anderen Ende.As the degree of filling of the

The filling
This vibrating profile, the information when using the double shaft vibrator

To carry out the aforementioned investigations on the manufactured

Teile auskommen. Als weiteres Beispiels für eine derartige berührungslos
arbeitende Zustands-Erfassungsmethode sei nachfolgend die Laufzeitmessung
von Laser-Impulsen näher erläutert:According to the exemplary embodiment explained above, the filling
The arrangement of the
vorstehend genannten Achsen A und B Befüllungsquerschnitte beliebigen Verlaufs

If the
With the help of the
The marking device indicated only roughly in Fig. 1

With the marking
After the actual production cycle with filling the
In Fig. 2 ist eine erste Möglichkeit dargestellt, eine Längenregelung zu realisieren, welche die Fertigung von Betonformteilen mit im wesentlichen stets der gleichen Länge ermöglicht.2 shows a first possibility of realizing a length control, which the manufacture of molded concrete parts with essentially always the allows the same length.
In order to ensure that the just-made concrete form part also, at which the deviation .DELTA.L has been found which, in effect, at least within tolerable limits the desired length L is to the deviation value .DELTA.L is transmitted from the
If the amount of the length deviation exceeds the predetermined tolerance Tol, the value of the length deviation is transferred to a
Betonmenge verdichtet.
If, on the other hand, the finished molded concrete part is too short, a further amount of concrete is poured into the
The length control explained above can of course be part of the
In Fig. 3, another embodiment of the length control is shown, the differs from the embodiment according to FIG. 2 only in that for the cases "too short concrete molding" or "too long concrete molding" different Tolerance limits Tol1 and Tol2 are specified instead of a single tolerance value Tol as in the embodiment according to FIG. 2. In FIG. 3 are therefore analog parts with the same reference numerals as in Fig. 2, but with the addition an apostrophe. The embodiment according to FIG. 3 is as follows only described insofar as they differ from the embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs, otherwise expressly refer to the description thereof is taken.
If the comparator 80 ' 1 determines that the molded
Betonformteils sichergestellt ist.2 and 3 can be supplemented by the fact that the
