Der Einsatz von Seifenpulver würde sich auch deshalb anbieten, weil sich in den letzten Jahren durch neue Herstellungsverfahren die Eigenschaften der Seifenpulver, insbesondere die Rieselfähigkeit, verbessert haben.

In den Figuren 1 bis 8 sind Dosierspender für Seifenpulver dargestellt, welche in ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau aus einem Spenderteil (1) mit dem Dosierhebel (4), dem Behälter (2) und der Halterung (3) bestehen. Der Spenderteil (1) weist ein oder mehrere Streulöcher (6) auf. Der Dosierhebel (4) weist so viele Dosierverschlußkolben (11) auf, wie der Spenderteil (1) Streulöcher (6) hat.
Die in dem Streuloch befindliche Fläche der Dosierverschlußkolben (11) ist kegel- oder kugelförmig ausgebildet und verschließt in der Grundstellung des Dosierspenders die Streulöcher (6) von unten. Auf dieser Fläche steht ein Steg (15), und auf diesem Steg (15) sitzt ein Verschlußteil (8), das nach dem Betätigen des Dosierhebels (4) in der Spenderstellung die Streulöcher (6) von oben verschließt, während gleichzeitig der Dosierverschlußkolben (11) die Streulöcher (6) unten öffnet. Das in dem zwischen Dosierverschlußkolben (11) und Verschlußteil (8) gebildeten Hohlraum befindliche Seifenpulver kann somit ins Freie fallen.

Der Drehpunkt des schwenkbaren Dosierhebels (4) liegt dementsprechend zwischen der Betätigungsfläche (10) und dem Dosierverschlußkolben (11) oder an dem der Betätigungsfläche (10) gegenüberliegenden Ende.

Claims (8)

  1. Powdered-soap dispenser for sprinkling powdered soap or the like onto the hand in an apportioned manner, comprising a dispenser part (1), a container (2) and a mount (3), it being possible for the dispenser part (1) to be integrated in the container (2) or to be separable, it being the case that the dispenser part (1) has at least one sprinkling hole (6), that the dispenser part (1) has an apportioning lever (4) which has an actuating surface (10) and at least one integrally formed apportioning closure piston (11), the apportioning closure pistons (11) projecting through the sprinkling holes (6) into the interior of the container (2), and that the sprinkling holes (6) are open at the top and closed at the bottom in the basic position of the apportioning lever (4) and, following actuation of the apportioning lever (4), are closed at the top and open at the bottom in the dispensing position, characterized in that, in the direction towards the interior of the container (2), the apportioning closure piston (11) has integrally formed on it a web (15) and, following this, a closure part (8) which, on the side located on the web (15), is of spherical or conical shape and, in the dispensing position, closes the sprinkling holes (6) from the inside, and in that the apportioning lever (4) has an integrally formed restoring spring (5).
  2.
