Claims (7)
- Elektrische Federkraftklemme mit einer aus einem flachen Metallstreifen gebogenen Klemmfeder (5) und mit einem Strombalken (4), an den die Klemmfeder (5) mit einer Vorspannung ansetzbar ist, wozu die Klemmfeder (5) an ihrem einen Endschenkel (8) ein von einer Zunge (10) des Strombalkens (4) durchragtes, zum Verschieben des Endschenkels (8) längliches Fenster (9) hat, dessen eine Stirnkante (12) gegebenenfalls unter Einklemmen eines elektrischen Leiters sich an der Strombalkenzunge (10) unter der Federkraft abstützt, und wozu der Strombalken (4) ein Widerlager (15) zur Abstützung des anderen Endabschnittes (14) der Klemmfeder (5) aufweist, die zwischen dem Endschenkel (8) und dem Endabschnitt (14) ein Biegegelenk (6) bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klemmfeder (5) im Bereich ihres Biegegelenks (6) im wesentlichen in Form eines Kreisbogenabschnittes gebogen ist und hier zumindest über einen Halbkreis oder angenäherten Halbkreis hinweg verläuft und daß der Endschenkel (8) sowie der Endabschnitt (14) der Klemmfeder (5) von der Offenseite (7) des etwa kreisbogenförmigen Biegegelenks (6) weggebogen und die Zunge (10) sowie das Widerlager (15) des Strombalkens (4) in daran angepaßter Lage angeordnet sind. - Federkraftklemme nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich das Biegegelenk (6) der Klemmfeder (5) etwa entlang eines Dreiviertel-Kreises erstreckt. - Federkraftklemme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der mit dem Fenster (9) versehene Endschenkel (8) der Klemmfeder (5) etwa in Richtung der Tangente an den über die Offenseite (7) des Biegegelenks (6) hinweg verlängerten Kreisbogen angeordnet ist. - Federkraftklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Biegegelenk (6) und dem nach außen abgebogenen Endabschnitt (14) ein im wesentlichen gerade verlaufender Abschnitt (17) der Klemmfeder (5) vorhanden ist. - Federkraftklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Strombalken (4) seitlich neben der Klemmfeder (5) parallel zu der von deren Biegegelenk (6) aufgespannten Kreisebene angeordnet ist und vom Strombalken (4) eine Abwinklung (11) mit der daran vorstehenden Strombalkenzunge (10) abgebogen sowie das Widerlager (14) abgewinkel ist. - Federkraftklemme nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am Strombalken (4) selbst oder an seiner Abwinklung (11) ein bis über die Breite der Klemmfeder (5) hinweg vorstehendes Stützteil (18) mit einer Führungskontur (19) für den Eingriff der Klemmfeder (5) angeordnet ist. - Federkraftklemme nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Widerlager (15) die Gestalt einer vom Strombalken (4) abgewinkelten Lasche hat, die an der Anlageseite für den Endabschnitt (14) der Klemmfeder (5) eine an diese angepaßte Aufnahmekontur (16) hat.
