Claims (15)
- Charnière pour articuler deux panneaux (P1, P2), dont l'un au moins est ouvrant par rotation autour d'un axe (X) parallèle aux plans desdits panneaux, du type comprenant un élément mobile (1) de fixation sur le panneau ouvrant, un élément de fixation sur l'autre panneau et un organe de liaison (3) entre lesdits éléments de fixation coopérant avec des moyens de rappel élastique du panneau ouvrant vers au moins une positions angulaire d'équilibre stable ; lesdits moyens de rappel étant constitués d'un anneau (4) amovible logé dans une cavité (10) de l'élément mobile (1) de fixation et susceptible d'être déformé élastiquement par appui d'une came (30) rotative autour d'un arbre central (5) parallèle aux plans des panneaux, en étant portée par l'organe de liaison (3), caractérisée en ce que ladite came (30) est formée de l'extrémité prismatique de l'organe de liaison (3) assurant, lors de la rotation du panneau, par ses arêtes, d'une part, la compression élastique de l'anneau (4) et par ses faces latérales, d'autre part, l'arrêt et le maintien dudit panneau dans autant de positions angulaires d'équilibre.
- Charnière selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité prismatique de l'organe de liaison (3) comporte trois faces latérales (301, 302, 303) raccordées à 90° par des arêtes curvilignes (331, 332).
- Charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit anneau (4) comporte des oreilles latérales (41, 42) destinées à l'immobiliser entre ladite came (30), d'une part, et une butée (14) solidaire de l'élément mobile (1) de fixation, d'autre part.
- Charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite came (30) est retenue au contact de l'anneau entre deux cylindres (13a, 13b) évidés, solidaires de l'élément mobile (1) de fixation et recevant, de part et d'autre de ladite came, les extrémités de l'arbre central (5).
- Charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément mobile (1) de fixation est constitué d'un étrier (11) destiné à être assemblé avec une bride (12) sensiblement parallèle de façon à emprisonner, d'une part, dans l'espace central intercalaire, à la fois, ledit anneau (4) et ladite came (30) et à assurer, d'autre part, le serrage dudit élément (1) sur le pourtour d'une encoche (E) réalisée sur le bord dudit panneau ouvrant.
- Charnière selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'espace central intercalaire délimité entre l'étrier (11) et la bride (12) de l'élément mobile (1) de fixation est occupé par une cale (8) entourant la cavité (10) de logement de l'anneau (4).
- Charnière selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que l'étrier (11) est assemblé avec la bride (12) au moyen d'une vis (7) destinée à s'ancrer dans une douille (15) formant entretoise solidaire de l'étrier (11) ou de la bride (12) et qui fait saillie dans la cavité (10) au centre de l'anneau (4).
- Charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite came (30) comporte un conduit interne (35) traversé par l'arbre central (5) en ménageant un degré de liberté en rotation.
- Charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, ledit organe de liaison (3) est solidaire du côté opposé à la came (30) d'un élément de fixation (2) à un panneau fixe.
- Charnière selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de liaison (3) se raccorde au dit élément de fixation (2) via un coude (23) à 90°.
- Charnière selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de liaison(3) porte une came (30a, 30b) à chacune de ses extrémités et les éléments mobiles (1a, 1b) de fixation sont équipés d'anneaux (4a, 4b) élastiquement déformables de façon à ce que les deux panneaux soient ouvrants par rotation.
- Charnière selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de liaison (3) est rectiligne pour permettre un débattement des panneaux à 360°.
- Charnière selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de liaison (3) est profilé de façon à définir entre les deux cames (30a, 30b) d'extrémité un angle compris entre 90° et 180°.
- Charnière selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que ledit organe de liaison (3) est raccordé à son extrémité opposée à la came (30) à une platine (2) de fixation sur une paroi murale.
- Utilisation de la charnière selon l'une des revendications précedentes pour articuler des panneaux de verre.
