Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Einordnen, Ablegen und Bereitstellen gelochten Schriftgutes sowie ein Büro-Ordnungssystem.
Aus der deutschen Offenlegungsschrift DE-A-1919791 ist eine Dornplatte zur Aufnahme gelochten Schriftgutes, insbesondere für Sortierarbeiten, bekannt, die dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eine Grundplatte neben zwei auf ihr senkrecht stehenden Dornen noch zwei Löcher enthält, deren Abstand untereinander ebenso groß ist wie der Abstand der Dorne untereinander, nämlich gleich einem büroüblichen Lochabstand, und dass die Löcher auf der Grundplatte so angeordnet sind, dass sich gleichartige Dornplatten so übereinander setzen lassen, dass jeweils Dorne der einen Platte durch die Löcher der darüber liegenden Platte ragen. Legt man auf diesen Dornplatten gelochtes Schriftgut ab, dann können sie durch dachziegelartiges Übereinandersetzen zu einem Stapel zusammengestellt werden, sofern bei jeder Dornplatte die Löcher von den Dornen so weit entfernt sind, dass das auf den Dornen abgelegte Schriftgut die Löcher nicht zudeckt.
Ein Nachteil dieser stapelbaren Vorrichtung ist, dass durch die senkrecht zur Grundplatte stehenden Dorne keine senkrechte, also hängende Lagerung der Ablage möglich ist, wenn mehrere dieser Vorrichtungen zu einem Stapel übereinander gesetzt wurden, da der Stapel auseinanderfallen würde.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, die in der deutschen Patentanmeldung DE-A-1919791 vorgeschlagene Vorrichtung so abzuwandeln, dass daraus ein möglichst vielseitig einzusetzendes Ordnungsmittel entsteht. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit der in den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 beschriebenen Vorrichtungen sowie mit dem Büro-Ordnungssystem nach Anspruch 10 gelöst.
Die hier vorgeschlagene Vorrichtung unterscheidet sich von der in DE-A-1919791 vorgeschlagenen Vorrichtung dadurch, dass hier eine hängende Ablagemöglichkeit vorgesehen ist. Diese Ablagemöglichkeit kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass die Stifte 2 und 3 schräg zur Grundplatte stehen, während bei der in DE-A-1919791 vorgeschlagenen Vorrichtung die dort erwähnten Dorne senkrecht zur Grundplatte stehen. Andererseits kann die hängende Ablagemöglichkeit auch durch eine Klemm- oder Einrastwirkung über die demgemäß auszubildenden, ineinander greifenden Stifte und Löcher erreicht werden. Durch diese Abänderungen wird erreicht, dass gleichartige Vorrichtungen, die zu einem Stapel zusammengesetzt wurden, nunmehr auch in senkrechter Lage mit nach unten hängendem Schriftgut zur Ablage kommen können, denn durch die Schwerkraft bedingt wird ein Auseinanderfallen der einzelnen Vorrichtungen des Stapels verhindert. Der besondere Vorteil dieser neuen Ausführungsformen ist der, dass jetzt die Vorrichtung als Grundbaustein eines neuartigen Büro-Ordnungssystems dienen kann.
Eine vorzugsweise zu wählende Ausführungsform der vorgeschlagenen Vorrichtung wird in Fig. 1, der Einsatz der Vorrichtungen im praktischen Gebrauch in den Figuren 2 und 3, mögliche Abwandlungen der Ausführungsart in den Figuren 4 und 5 gezeigt. Die Figuren 6 u. 7 zeigen nützliches Zubehör und in den Figuren 8 und 9 wird eine spezielle Zusatzeinrichtung dargestellt.
Fig 1. zeigt eine Grundplatte 1 mit zwei Stiften 2 u. 3 zur Aufnahme von gelochtem Schriftgut - wie z. B. 12 in Fig. 2. Wenn die Grundplatte 1 auch Löcher 4 u. 5 im büroüblichen Lochabstand (8 cm) besitzt, dann kann eine solche Vorrichtung 11, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, auf eine bereits mit Schriftgut 12 belegte, gleichartige Vorrichtung 10 oben aufgesetzt werden und als Beschwerung dienen. Dieses Aufsetzen lässt sich, wenn die Fußpunkte 6 u. 7 der Stifte 2 u. 3 und die Löcher 4 u. 5, wie in Fig. 1 zu sehen, paarweise nebeneinander liegen - vorzugsweise sollten sie ein Rechteck bilden -, beliebig oft wiederholen, sodass ein aus dachziegelartig sich überlappenden Gliedern 9, 10, 11 (Fig. 2) zusammengesetzter Stapel 13 (Fig. 3) entsteht, der sich gut handhaben und ablegen läßt, was vorzugsweise, da platzsparend, in aufrechter Lage geschieht, wie es Fig. 3 zeigt. Dort weisen die Ablageeinrichtungen 14, 15 und 16 Anoder Einhängevorrichtungen 17 für die an- oder einzuhängenden Stapel 13 auf. Die Ablageeinrichtung 14 ist hier ein Stab, der lösbar an einem Möbelstück 18 befestigt ist und an dessen oberem Ende sich ein Haken 19 befinden kann, mit dem der Stab, wenn er vom Möbelstück getrennt wird, irgendwo samt abgelegtem Schriftgut zur Ablage eingehängt werden kann, beispielsweise in einen Schrank. Die Ablageeinrichtung für die abzulegenden Stapel 13 können mit einem Fuß oder Füßen ausgestattet sein und so als eigenständige Büroeinrichtungen auf dem Boden stehen, wie hier der Stab 14 mit seinem Fuß 20.
Zum An- oder Einhängen der Vorrichtungen gemäß Fig. 1, 4 und 5 als erstes Glied eines Stapels in aufrechter Lage können die Löcher 4 u. 5 oder 8 (Fig. 1 ) bzw. 24 (Fig. 4) oder eine hakenförmige Ausgestaltung 25 (Fig. 5) der Grundplatte dienen. Das An- oder Einhängen kann aber auch über einen anderen Teil der - gegebenenfalls entsprechend auszubildenden - Grundplatte (1) erfolgen.
Fig. 4 zeigt, wie eine Ausführungsform auch aussehen kann. Hier geht die Grundplatte gar nicht bis zu dem Bereich, wo die Löcher 4, 5 sein müssten. Die Stellen sind mit 22 u. 23 bezeichnet. Das Aufeinandersetzen zu einem Stapel erfolgt bei dieser Vorrichtung über einen zusätzlichen Stift 21 und das Loch 24.
Ein besonderer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagenen Vorrichtungen ist, dass sie auch einzeln, z. B. zum Ablegen von Belegen, eingesetzt werden können, was folgendes Beispiel demonstriert: Bei einer Sortierarbeit werden auf einzeln auf einem Tisch verteilten Vorrichtungen der Art, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt, zu sortierende Belege oder dergleichen abgelegt. Nach Abschluss der Sortierarbeit können diese Vorrichtungen durch dachziegelartiges Übereinandersetzen, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, in beliebiger Reihenfolge zu einem Stapel (13) zusammengestellt werden und, wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, aufrecht hängend abgelegt werden.
Aus Fig. 3 geht hervor, dass eine Schrägstellung der Stifte 2 u. 3 in Bezug auf die Grundplatte 1 das Auseinanderfallen der einzelnen Glieder 9, 10, 11 eines Stapels 13 in der aufrechten Lage, durch die Schwerkraft bedingt, verhindert. Das Verhindern des Auseinanderfallens eines Stapels kann aber auch durch eine Klemm- oder Einrastwirkung in bekannter Weise bewirkt werden, was aber etwas aufwendiger ist.
Zur Vermeidung des Umlegens des Schriftgutes, was im oberen Randbereich bei langer, hängender, also aufrechter Lagerung auftreten kann, können die in Fig. 6 gezeigten flachen und gelochten Schienen 26, die etwa so lang sind, wie das Schriftgut hoch ist (im allg. DIN A4 hoch), zwischen das Schriftgut eingefügt werden.
Ein in Fig. 7 gezeigtes Bezeichnungs-, Markierungs- oder Beschriftungsblatt 27, das vorzugsweise ein Beschriftungsfeld 28 aufweist und vorzugsweise in verschiedenen Farben zum Einsatz kommt, ist aus folgendem Grunde sehr nützlich. Die Vorrichtungen dürften aus Gründen vereinfachter Lagerhaltung und rationeller Herstellung in einer einheitlichen Form auf den Markt kommen, und zwar der Festigkeit wegen aus Stahl, und zwar mit galvanischem Überzug. Zur Unterscheidung der einzelnen, gleich aussehenden Vorrichtungen bei der Büroarbeit - insbesondere bei Sortierarbeiten-dienen dann solche beschrifteten oder beschriftbaren Blätter, wie in Fig. 7 gezeigt.
In den Fig. 8 und 9 wird eine an einem Tisch 29 befestigte Ablageeinrichtung für Vorrichtungen zum Ordnen, Ablegen und Bereitstellen gelochten Schriftgutes und einem daraus gebildeten Stapel 13 gezeigt, deren wesentliche Bauteile Platten 30, 31, 32, 33 sind, die über Scharniere 34, 35, 36 verbunden sind, und die zwischen einer senkrechten Zugriffsstellung (Abb. 8) und einer waagerechten Ablagestellung (Abb. 9) hin und her geklappt werden kann. Die in den Figuren 8 und 9 fett gezeichneten Linien stellen Scharniere dar.
Bei der Vorrichtung zum Ordnen, Ablegen und Bereitstellen gelochten Schriftgutes kann die Grundplatte so groß sein, dass sie als Schreibunterlage benutzt werden kann.
Eine Schreibunterlage in Verbindung mit der Vorrichtung kann auch dadurch realisiert werden, dass auf die Stifte 2, 3 eine gelochte Platte entsprechender Größe aus Karton, Plastik oder dergl. geschoben wird, wobei - damit die Vorrichtung und die angefügte Platte eine stabile Einheit bilden - eine entsprechend gewählte Passung zwischen den Stiften und den Löchern einen strammen Sitz gewährleistet. Der Zusammenhalt kann auch durch flache, in die Schreibunterlage eingelassene Magnete erfolgen.
Eine vorzugsweise an Tischplatten anzubringende Ablageeinrichtung 16 (Fig. 3) für abzulegende Stapel 13 kann mit einer Abdeckung für die Anhängevorrichtung ausgestattet sein, um das Hängenbleiben mit Kleidungsstücken an der Anhängevorrichtung zu verhindern.
Die Stifte 2 u. 3 können auch als Hülsen oder Rohre ausgebildet sein.

Claims (17)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Ordnen, Ablegen und Bereitstellen gelochten Schriftgutes, bei der eine Grundplatte (1) zwei auf dieser in einem büroüblichen Lochabstand befestigte Stifte (2, 3) für das aufzunehmende Schriftgut aufweist, und die so gestaltet ist, dass mehrere der Vorrichtungen durch dachziegelartiges Übereinandersetzen zu einem Stapel zusammengestellt werden können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein An- oder Einhängen der Vorrichtung mit nach unten hängendem Schriftgut dadurch gewährleistet ist, dass die Grundplatte Mittel zum An- oder Einhängen aufweist und die Stifte (2, 3) nicht senkrecht auf der Grundplatte (1) stehen, sondern eine Schräglage oder eine Krümmung nach oben aufweisen, wenn sich die Vorrichtung in aufgehängter Lage befindet.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Ordnen, Ablegen und Bereitstellen gelochten Schriftgutes, bei der eine Grundplatte (1) zwei auf dieser in einem büroüblichen Lochabstand befestigte, senkrecht stehende Stifte (2, 3) für das aufzunehmende Schriftgut und in dem büroüblichen Abstand zwei Löcher aufweist, so dass mehrere der Vorrichtungen durch dachziegelartiges Übereinandersetzen zu einem Stapel zusammengestellt werden können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein An- oder Einhängen der Vorrichtung mit nach unten hängendem Schriftgut dadurch gewährleistet ist, dass die Löcher (4, 5) als Mittel zum An- oder Einhängen dienen und dass bei dem dachziegelartigen Übereinandersetzen mehrerer der Vorrichtungen zu einem Stapel eine Einrast- oder Klemmwirkung über die demgemäß auszubildenden Stifte (2, 3) einer der mehreren Vorrichtungen und die Löcher (4, 5) einer anderen der mehreren Vorrichtungen wirksam wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (1) in dem büroüblichen Abstand zwei Löcher (4, 5) besitzt, deren Durchmesser etwas größer als der der Stifte ist, wobei die Löcher (4, 5) so angeordnet sind, dass die Fußpunkte der Stifte und die Löcher paarweise nebeneinander liegen, so dass die Löcher einer der Vorrichtungen auf die Stifte einer anderen der Vorrichtungen aufgesetzt werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein An- oder Einhängen der Vorrichtung über die zwei Löcher geschieht.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (1) als Mittel für das An- oder Einhängen ein zusätzliches Loch (8) aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Mittel für das An- oder Einhängen die Grundplatte (1) an einer Stelle als Haken (25) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (4, 5) von den Stiften (2, 3) mindestens so weit entfernt sind, dass auf den Stiften abgelegtes, gelochtes Schriftgut die Löcher (4, 5) nicht zudeckt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte so groß ist, dass sie als Schreibunterlage benutzt werden kann.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Grundplatte (1) zusätzlich mindestens ein weiterer Stift (21) nebst mindestens einem zugehörigen Loch (24) vorhanden sind und die Grundplatte im Bereich der Stifte (2, 3) so ausgestaltet ist, dass das mindestens eine zugehörige Loch (24) einer der Vorrichtungen auf den mindestens einen weiteren Stift (21) einer anderen der Vorrichtungen aufgesetzt werden kann.
  10. Büro-Ordnungssystem zum Ordnen, Ablegen und Bereitstellen gelochten Schriftgutes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens eine der Vorrichtungen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9 umfaßt.
  11. Büro-Ordnungssystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens eine flache Schiene (26) zum Zwischenlegen zwischen das abzulegende Schriftgut umfaßt, die etwa so lang wie das Schriftgut hoch ist und in dem büroüblichen Lochabstand zwei Löcher aufweist.
  12. Büro-Ordnungssystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein flaches Bezeichnungs-, Markierungs- oder Beschriftungsblatt (27) umfaßt, das zwei Löcher in dem büroüblichen Lochabstand aufweist, das von den Stiften (2, 3) einer der Vorrichtungen aufgenommen wird, und das so groß ist, dass es Teile der einen der Vorrichtungen, die nicht von dem auf den Stiften abgelegten Schriftgut abgedeckt wird, teilweise oder vollständig abdeckt und im Bereich der Löcher der Grundplatte ebenfalls über eine entsprechende Lochung verfügt.
  13. Büro-Ordnungssystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Ablagevorrichtung mit mindestens einer An- oder Einhängevorrichtung (17) für das Anhängen der mindestens einen Vorrichtung beziehungsweise des aus mehreren Vorrichtungen gebildeten Stapels aufweist.
  14. Büro-Ordnungssystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagevorrichtung leicht lösbar oder dauerhaft an einem Möbelstück (18) anzubringen ist.
  15. Büro-Ordnungssystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagevorrichtung mit geeignet ausgebildeten Füßen (20) versehen ist, so dass sie als eigenständiger Einrichtungsgegenstand auf dem Boden steht.
  16. Büro-Ordnungssystem nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die An- oder Einhängevorrichtung (17) an einer Ablageplatte (30) angebracht ist, die über ein oder mehrere Scharniere (34, 35, 36), gegebenenfalls unter Hinzufügung weiterer Verbindungsstücke (31, 32) mit dem Möbelstück so verbunden ist, dass die Ablageplatte in zwei unterschiedliche Stellungen geklappt werden kann, nämlich in eine senkrechte Zugriffsstellung und in eine waagerechte Ablagestellung.
