  • the present invention relates to a device for maintaining a sheet of paper for easy viewing.
  • Some of these copy holders consist of a tray inclined on which the sheet is laid and held by means a clamp located on the upper part of the tray.
  • the the tray is itself held by an articulated arm, by a easel or rests on a base.
  • Tray copy holders are generally expensive. They are often bulky and permanently fixed on the workspace (the desktop) or on a computer screen. Their handling is sometimes restrictive.
  • Document US-A-4,075,773 describes a device to hold a sheet of paper in one position vertical.
  • the device comprises for this purpose two rods cylindrical chamfered constituting the first means of support provided with two support zones and a cylindrical rod chamfered constituting second holding means provided with a projection.
  • the stems forming the first and second holding means are arranged vertically on a base and define between them a space open towards the top intended to receive the sheet of paper.
  • the cylindrical rods chamfered can be replaced by bodies frustoconical whose largest diameter is at the base.
  • the object of the invention is to remedy the drawbacks stated above.
