Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Walzen von Flachmaterial und Band in einem Walzgerüst mit Arbeits- und Stützwalzen sowie mit Einrichtungen zum Ausbalancieren sowie zur positiven und negativen Biegung der in ihren Einbaustücken gelagerten Arbeitswalzen. Folgende Verfahrensschritte werden dabei durchgeführt:

  • a) die Arbeitswalzen werden bei geöffnetem Walzspalt mittels der Kolben-Zylindereinheiten für die positive und negative Walzenbiegung spielfrei gegen die Stützwalzen gefahren,
  • b) der Druck in den Kolber-Zylindereinheiten für die negative Biegung und damit die negative Walzenbiegekraft wird so eingestellt, daß mit dieser Einstellung die für die Profil- und Planheitsregelung der Walzstraße unter Last notwendige Walzspaltkorrektur erreicht wird,
  • c) der Druck in den Kolben-Zylindereinheiten für die Ausbalancierung und positive Biegung und damit die positive Walzenbiegekraft wird um die notwendige Ausbalancierungskraft höher eingestellt,
  • d) beim Einlaufend des Walzgutes erweitert die Walzkraft den Walzspalt auf die gewünschte Größe, wobei die erforderliche Ausbalancierungskraft automatisch von der Walzkraft übernommen wird,
  • e) beim Auslaufen des Walzgutes aus dem Walzspalt verringert sich dieser und die erforderliche Ausbalancierungskraft wird automatisch durch die Zylindereinheiten für die positive Biegung wieder hergestellt.
  • The invention relates to a method for rolling flat material and strip in a roll stand with work and backup rolls and with devices for balancing and for positive and negative bending of the work rolls mounted in their chocks. The following process steps are carried out:
  • a) the work rolls are moved against the back-up rolls without play using the piston-cylinder units for the positive and negative roll bending when the roll gap is open,
  • b) the pressure in the Kolber cylinder units for the negative bending and thus the negative roll bending force is set so that the roll gap correction required for the profile and flatness control of the rolling train under load is achieved with this setting,
  • c) the pressure in the piston-cylinder units for balancing and positive bending and thus the positive roll bending force is set higher by the necessary balancing force,
  • d) at the end of the rolling stock, the rolling force expands the roll gap to the desired size, the required balancing force being automatically taken over by the rolling force,
  • e) when the rolling stock runs out of the roll gap, this decreases and the required balancing force is automatically restored by the cylinder units for the positive bending.
