Claims (10)
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß, insbesondere vom Typ mit Mehrpunktverriegelung, mit einem Steuermechanismus, der in einem Hauptgehäuse (2) untergebracht ist und eine oder mehrere Stellstangen (3) betätigen kann, um ihre Verschiebung zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung und einer Entriegelungsstellung zu gewährleisten, wobei die oder mindestens eine dieser Stellstangen (3) außerdem auf mindestens ein Verriegelungsglied (4) in Form eines Schubriegels (5) oder eines Kippriegels (5A) einwirken kann, der frei verschiebbar bzw. drehbar in einem sekundären Gehäuse (6) in Einblock-Ausführung gelagert ist, das hinter einer Stulpschiene (7) eingebaut ist und in seinem vorderen Teil (11) eine Öffnung (12) besitzt, durch welche der Schloßriegel (5) oder der Kippriegel (5A) sowie sein Übertragungsglied oder seine Übertragungsglieder (13, 13A), die für seine Verbindung mit der Stellstange (3) bestimmt sind, in das sekundäre Gehäuse (6) eingeführt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das sekundäre Gehäuse (6) gleichzeitig die Halte- und Führungsmittel (16, 16A) aufweist, die notwendig sind, um den Schloßriegel (5) oder den Kippriegel (5A) zu halten oder zu führen, und daß ein Übertragungsglied (13, 13A) in Form eines Doppelschiebers (21) vorgesehen ist, der auf beiden Seiten auf den Schloßriegel (5) oder den Kippriegel (5A) einwirken kann und über mindestens einen Einhängehaken (22) mit der Stellstange (3) zusammenwirken kann.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das sekundäre Gehäuse (6) durch Spritzgießen oder maschinelle Bearbeitung hergestellt ist.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte- und Führungsmittel (16) eines Schloßriegels (5) im Innern des sekundären Gehäuses (6) in Form von Führungsfalzen (17, 18) vorliegen, die in dem sekundären Gehäuse (6) angeordnet sind und sich parallel zur Verschiebungsachse (20) des Schloßriegels (5) erstrecken, welcher zwischen den Führungsfalzen (17, 18) angeordnet ist.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte- und Führungsmittel (16) eines Schloßriegels (5) im Innern eines sekundären Gehäuses (6) aus mindestens einer Rille und/oder Einkerbung bestehen, die auf der Innenseite (19) der einen oder beider Seitenwände (8, 9) des sekundären Gehäuses (6) eingearbeitet ist und dafür ausgelegt ist, jeweils mit mindestens einer Einkerbung und/oder Rille auf dem Schloßriegel (5) zusammenzuwirken, wobei sich die eine oder mehreren Rillen und/oder Einkerbungen entlang einer Richtung erstrecken, die parallel zur Verschiebungsachse (20) des Schloßriegels (5) verläuft.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (21) in seinem gedoppelten Teil (27) ein Z-förmiges Langloch (26) aufweist, in welches die Mitnahmefinger (25) eingreifen, die den freien Enden (28, 28A) einer den Schloßriegel (5) durchquerenden Achse entsprechen, wodurch die Umwandlung der durch die Stellstange (3) auf den Steg (21) übertragenen Bewegung in eine senkrechte Verschiebung des Schloßriegels (5) gewährleistet wird.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende (28, 28A) der die Mitnahmefinger (25) bestimmenden Achse sich in Querrillen (29) bewegt, die parallel zur Bewegungsachse (20) des Schloßriegels (5) verlaufen, der an der Innenseite (19) der Seitenwände (8, 9) des sekundären Gehäuses (6) eingearbeitet ist.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halte- und Führungsmittel (16A) eines Kippriegels (5A) in dem sekundären Gehäuse (6) aus einer Achse (30) bestehen, die sich senkrecht im Innern dieses sekundären Gehäuses (6) erstreckt und auf der der Kippriegel (5A) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Seitenwände (8, 9) des sekundären Gehäuses (6) eine für den Durchtritt der Achse (30) eingestellte Öffnung (31) aufweist, die sich in der Verlängerung einer in dem Kippriegel (5A) eingearbeiteten Bohrung (32) befindet, wenn der Kippriegel im Innern des sekundären Gehäuses (6) angeordnet ist.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand des sekundären Gehäuses (6), die der die Öffnung (31) aufweisenden gegenüberliegt, entweder ebenfalls mit einer Öffnung oder an ihrer Innenseite (19) mit einem Hohlraum zur Aufnahme des Endes (33) der Achse (32) versehen ist, wobei eine Quetschverbindung bzw. Bördelverbindung oder eine Vernietung bei der einen oder den mehreren Öffnungen (31) gebildet ist, die in der einen oder jeder der Seitenwände (8, 9) des sekundären Gehäuses (6) vorhanden sind, um das Abmontieren der Achse (30) zu verhindern.
- Treibstange oder Treibstangenschloß nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schieber (21) in seinem gedoppelten Teil (27) eine Mitnehmerachse (25A) aufweist, die ein gekrümmtes Langloch (26A) durchquert, das in den Kippriegel (5A) eingearbeitet ist, um die Umwandlung der durch die Stellstange (3) auf den Schieber (21) übertragenen Bewegung in ein Kippen des Kippriegels (5A) zu gewährleisten.
