Zur Herstellung eines Mehrfarbendruckes sind zwei Umdrehungen des Druckzylinders erforderlich, dabei wird nur jedem zweiten Drucksattel von einer Zuführeinrichtung ein Bogen zugeführt.
Des Weiteren wird nur von jedem zweiten Drucksattel ein bedruckter Bogen von einer Abführeinrichtung abgeführt.

In Fig. 1 ist eine Druckmaschine mit einem Druckzylinder 1 mit drei Druckflächen 2.1; 2.2; 2.3 und drei Greiferreihen 3.1; 3.2; 3.3 dargestellt.
Der Druckzylinder 1 wirkt mit zwei Offsetzylindem 4 zusammen.
Jeder Offsetzylinder 4 ist mit zwei Wirkflächen 9.1; 9.2 ausgestattet.
Damit besitzt der Druckzylinder 1 bezogen auf den Offsetzylinder 4 mit i Wirkflächen i+1 Druckflächen, wobei i eine ganze Zahl größer eins ist. Der Offsetzylinder 4 läuft mit der Drehzahl n0 = 1 und der Druckzylinder 1 mit der Drehzahl nD = 2/3 um.

Claims (1)

  1. Gripper actuation system for a printing cylinder with i + 1 printing surfaces and rows of grippers, wherein i is an integral number greater than 1, which system co-operates with at least one cylinder, which is structured as a printing form cylinder or an offset cylinder, with i effective surfaces and a sheet feed to and a sheet discharge from each second gripper row, consisting of a gripper actuation cam arranged in a stationary location and co-operating with first rollers of roller levers for actuation of the grippers of gripper rows and a rotating cam standing in operative connection with second rollers of the roller levers, characterised in that the cams are formed as a blocking segment (24) shaped as a segment of a circle, the blocking segment shaped as a segment of a circle rotates at the rotational speed of the cylinder (4) with i effective surfaces and the cam angle (α) of the blocking segment (24) shaped as a segment of a circle corresponds with half the frame angle (β) between sheet take-over point (6) and sheet transfer point (8).
