Definitions
- the invention relates to a hydraulic fluid jet nozzle and jet head especially for high pressure cleaning, fire extinguishing techniques etc.
- a hydraulic fluid jet nozzle and jet head especially for high pressure cleaning, fire extinguishing techniques etc.
- the largest possible beam widths with centered impact of the liquid jet At the same time, it should be in the beam stored pressure energy in the beam itself is retained in order to achieve the highest possible Impact on the surface to be cleaned or on the area to be deleted To ensure flames for whipping. Therefore is an optimized Combination of jet width and impact power of a concentrated jet crucial because it maximizes the impact.
- High-pressure cleaners are known, for example, a water flow of 10-17 l / min through jet nozzles, which reduced a at their jet outlet Flow area to contract the flow increasing pressure and an injection pressure of e.g. To build up 80-200 bar.
- an injection pressure e.g. To build up 80-200 bar.
- the high jet speeds of 125-200 m / sec develop in the Great turbulence nozzle, which the originally uniform flow immediately after leaving the actual nozzle disassemble and into individual water droplets atomize, especially since the originally compressed water when Beam emission virtually explodes and the aforementioned effect is intensified.
- the pressure energy originally contained in the flow thus becomes explosive broken down into droplet formation and atomization, i.e. in energy-consuming Formation of liquid surface in connection with partial withdrawal the original energy.
- Sandblasting devices have become known in which a point beam is turned into a larger one Pipe with e.g. Venturi inlet shines in so that a vacuum for suction of the sand and subsequent acceleration caused by the fluid jet to an abrasive surface abrasion by the fluid-solid mixture ensure due to the impact generated.
- Such sandblasters allow a certain post-concentration of the point beam, however, they basically run the one already sucked in Ambient air decelerated, further away the cone shell part back in the central beam for the purpose of renewed acceleration, so that the effects are limited.
- the invention aims at (A) creating a point jet nozzle which significantly improves the impact force of the generated point jet compared to the prior art.
- the atomized water particles can no longer expand conically in order to be subsequently decelerated by ambient air, which would cause them to lose their kinetic energy, but they are retained in the jet within the rectifier channel 58, where because of that Partial vacuum only a little energy can be lost, a considerable part of the nebulization energy is recovered, small drops combine to form larger drops with higher impact power, so that longer flight paths and greater impact power are combined.
- the strong turbulence at the end of the nozzle channel 50 is greatly reduced by reunited drops of water with greater mass and less lateral movement, so that the flight paths are aligned, which in turn increases the flight distance and impact force.
- (B) object of the invention a stepless adjustment of possible impact force and flight distances of the beam described above.
- This goal is achieved in that a part of the (inlet) stream is directed directly behind the nozzle channel 50 into the already partially developed jet according to the invention within the rectifier channel 58, so that the liquid expanding from the nozzle channel 50 mixes with fresh high-pressure liquid, as a result of which the Mixed current leaves the output of rectifier channel 59 at a lower speed and impact force, so that the impact force is reduced.
- the (C) aim of the invention to continuously adjust the (continuously adjustable) spot beam to a wide beam in each setting.
- This goal is achieved in that a device that squeezes the beam laterally is arranged directly behind the rectifier channel 58, so that the originally round beam (on both sides) is squeezed into a flat beam.
- the aim of the invention is to combine at least two functions described above. This goal is achieved by using a - in principle known - changeover valve on the spray head first to cover one function and then after the changeover the other function, the path changeover being carried out, for example, as previously known by means of a gravity valve with a ball closing the bore that is not required in each case can.
- the nozzle according to the invention according to Fig. 1b shows, in contrast, that in the moment of explosion, the water droplets formed are laterally limited and then rectified, so that braking by ambient air cannot occur, so that the largest possible droplet size is ensured, especially since a suitable structural design allows reunification Small drops guaranteed and turbulence can be kept as low as possible compared to the prior art.
- the initial point jet can also be brought about by a nozzle insert 63.
- the spot jet leaving the nozzle according to the invention can be squeezed flat laterally by baffle plates 22 so that the original spot jet is angled , area-wide flat jet is deformed and vice versa.
- the sandblasting head according to FIG. 3 is also mounted or plugged onto the nozzle end 64, 65, for example by means of a snap ring.
- the already somewhat resolved jet which leaves the rectifier channel 58 (with its relatively large drops of the highest possible speed, while avoiding lateral nebulization losses and water particles that are largely evenly distributed over the jet cross section), has it easier than previously known to now uniformly accelerate the sand particles to the highest speed accelerate.
- the by-pass sleeve 77 opens in another By-pass also the radial bore 76 '' to the parallel bore 58 '' and then the radial bore 76 'to the further parallel bore 58', so that pressure and impact are reduced again.
- Parallel arrangement of the bores 58, 58 'and 58' ' is due to less Squeezing the flat jet squeeze device according to. Fig.2 also not lost so much energy.
- Fig. 5a shows a 4-way switching system containing the central jet according to the invention and a second by-pass flow through the bores 80, 83 and 84 when, for example, the ball check valve 82 is open, by measuring the spray head when the inlet water is switched on Fig. 5b is rotated about 120 ° counterclockwise.
- the ball 90 falls down on its bore 92 and closes it, while the ball 82 falls on the stopper 81 and thus opens the bore 84, so that the fluid flows both through the central bore and in parallel through the bore 84.
- the spray head is turned 120 ° clockwise, the ball 82 closes its bore 84, while the ball 90 falls on its stopper 89 and thus opens its bore 92.
- a continuously adjustable valve according to FIG. 6 can be integrated, which opens the control piston 104 continuously by turning the rotary knob 96, so that by-pass water is continuously adjustable through bore 80, chamber 103, bore 195 for Chamber 94 and finally flows into the rectifier channel 58.
- the point beam impact force can be regulated continuously, and after mounting a flat beam squeeze head according to FIG. 2, each continuously set point beam can be adjusted continuously to the flat beam. For the first time, therefore, a single spray head can more or less cover all applications.
- the radial bores leading to the ring channel 85 can lead exactly to the center of the axis - see top / right in Fig. 7- or they can be arranged slightly tangentially - see bottom / left in Fig. 7- so that the fluid in the jet is activated by bypass rotates and swirls radially at the outlet to create a relatively large impact area, such as required for applying chemicals, foaming or fire extinguishing at short distances.
- inventive stepped bores according to FIGS. 1b and 1c can be arranged side by side several times, as shown, for example, in FIGS. 8a and 8b , in order to generate a stronger flat jet .
- these bores can also lie on a circle or a cone in order to achieve a certain surface effect even at a greater distance.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hydraulic fluid jet nozzle and jet head especially for high pressure cleaning, fire extinguishing techniques etc. In such Cases are combined with the largest possible beam widths with centered impact of the liquid jet. At the same time, it should be in the beam stored pressure energy in the beam itself is retained in order to achieve the highest possible Impact on the surface to be cleaned or on the area to be deleted To ensure flames for whipping. High-pressure cleaners are known, for example, a water flow of 10-17 l / min through jet nozzles, which reduced a at their jet outlet Flow area to contract the flow increasing pressure and an injection pressure of e.g. To build up 80-200 bar. According to the high jet speeds of 125-200 m / sec develop in the Great turbulence nozzle, which the originally uniform flow immediately after leaving the actual nozzle disassemble and into individual water droplets atomize, especially since the originally compressed water when Beam emission virtually explodes and the aforementioned effect is intensified. The pressure energy originally contained in the flow thus becomes explosive broken down into droplet formation and atomization, i.e. in energy-consuming Formation of liquid surface in connection with partial withdrawal the original energy. Overall, the effects described above allow under no circumstances the formation of the desired, centered long-range point beam, but practically an atomized cone jet is decelerated short beam distance - produces how to be more normal on all spot beams High pressure cleaners such as used at petrol stations - easy to watch yourself can. These effects cannot be significantly improved either by fire extinguishing or irrigation mouthpieces, as these are uniform Assume flow, can still use diffusers or stabilizers Eliminate these effects at the nozzle inlet - if necessary reduce them - which in principle then become fully visible at the nozzle outlet.
Sandblasting devices have become known in which a point beam is turned into a larger one Pipe with e.g. Venturi inlet shines in so that a vacuum for suction of the sand and subsequent acceleration caused by the fluid jet to an abrasive surface abrasion by the fluid-solid mixture ensure due to the impact generated. Such sandblasters allow a certain post-concentration of the point beam, however, they basically run the one already sucked in Ambient air decelerated, further away the cone shell part back in the central beam for the purpose of renewed acceleration, so that the effects are limited. Other systems have also been known where a spot beam is in another pipe is radiating, for example to suck in air or chemicals; but the results were again only moderate, as described above, in particular because such systems contain nozzle bores of, for example, 1.2-1.5 mm, while the subsequently concentrating bores or pipes are too large in diameter of 4-8 mm, for example, so that the beam width is not fundamentally improved was, but - as before - mainly a short distance covering cone beam remained, especially since the large subsequent diameters enable the penetration of braking air against the jet direction.
zusammengehalten, was zusätzlich zu verstärkter Punktstrahlwirkung,
Schlagwirkung. As a result of this, the following advantages arise: (1) The atomized water particles can no longer expand conically in order to be subsequently decelerated by ambient air, which would cause them to lose their kinetic energy, but they are retained in the jet within the
On this basis, it is to allow (B) object of the invention a stepless adjustment of possible impact force and flight distances of the beam described above. This goal is achieved in that a part of the (inlet) stream is directed directly behind the
Building on this again, it is the (C) aim of the invention to continuously adjust the (continuously adjustable) spot beam to a wide beam in each setting. This goal is achieved in that a device that squeezes the beam laterally is arranged directly behind the
Building on this again, it is the (D) aim of the invention to allow increased area coverage. This goal is achieved by arranging a plurality of stepped bores corresponding to FIGS. 1b and 1c side by side on a cylinder or cone jacket or by arranging concentric ring channels with a cross section similar to that of the stepped bores, it being possible for the inner or outer To change part of the spray head axially or by rotation so that different spray cross-sections result and the known setting effect of shower heads arises.
Building on one of the above principles, it is (E) the aim of the invention to move a single nozzle quickly on a conical, hypoid or angular surface in a manner known per se so that the known movement of turbo nozzles is achieved by the rapid movement of a Spot beam quickly sweeps over an impact surface. This goal is achieved in that a step nozzle according to the invention is driven by a drive kinematics known in principle.
Finally, based on the above, (F) the aim of the invention is to combine at least two functions described above. This goal is achieved by using a - in principle known - changeover valve on the spray head first to cover one function and then after the changeover the other function, the path changeover being carried out, for example, as previously known by means of a gravity valve with a ball closing the bore that is not required in each case can.

1a flows into the
The nozzle according to the invention according to Fig. According to FIG. 1 c, the initial point jet can also be brought about by a
As soon as a device that squeezes the jet laterally according to FIG. 2 is mounted in a known manner on the
z.B. mittels Sprengring montiert bzw aufgesteckt.
The sandblasting head according to FIG. 3 is also mounted or plugged onto the
4 permits a water-by-pass parallel to the central nozzle flow. 1c and then enters the
Fig.2 auch nicht
soviel Energie verloren.If the by-
Fig. 5a zeigt ein 4-fach-Umschaltsystem, enthaltend den erfindungsgemäßen
Dreht man
Fig. 5a shows a 4-way switching system containing the central jet according to the invention and a second by-pass flow through the
Instead of balls switching on or off, a continuously adjustable valve according to FIG. 6 can be integrated, which opens the
kurze Entfernung erforderlich. The radial bores leading to the
Obviously, the inventive stepped bores according to FIGS. 1b and 1c can be arranged side by side several times, as shown, for example, in FIGS. 8a and 8b , in order to generate a stronger flat jet .
According to FIGS. 9a and 9b , these bores can also lie on a circle or a cone in order to achieve a certain surface effect even at a greater distance.
In addition, these effects can be expanded by forming ring channels or ring channel sections according to FIGS. 10a, 10b in order to achieve the known effects of shower heads.
Dieses mag z.B. den Einsatz konventioneller Stabilisatoren oder Diffusoren am Düseneinlaß betreffen u.a.Of course, the invention is subject to various modifications, which, however, are within the scope of the inventive concept are considered. This may e.g. the use of conventional stabilizers or diffusers at the nozzle inlet affect i.a.
