2.The invention relates to a cleaning device for a cylinder or Roll of a printing press according to the preamble of claims 1 and 2 respectively.

A cleaning device of this type is known from DE 30 05 469 C2. The The device essentially consists of a surface to be cleaned and detachable cleaning system, to which several pipes equipped with nozzles for the supply of cleaning fluid or compressed air are assigned. The cleaning system is a pneumatically pressurized pressing element and an over the pressing element guided cleaning cloth is formed. As a cleaning fluid water and solvent are separated via one each arranged within the device Pipe fed to the cleaning system.

According to DE 94 03 228.9 U1 is another cleaning device for cylinders known from printing presses, which essentially consist of a housing with a Washing brush, a fixed squeegee and a first spray tube for Detergent and a second spray tube for water is formed. The squeegee as well the spray tubes protrude into the rotating area of the bristles of the washing brush and are arranged within the device.

Die Vorrichtung besitzt kein an- bzw. abstellbares Reinigungssystem in Form einer Waschwalze oder eines Waschtuches.DE 43 16 747 C1 describes a device for cleaning a work surface a printing press known, which - also called wash bar - under other has a nozzle bar provided with spray nozzles for a cleaning fluid. The cleaning fluid can preferably be expelled from the nozzle bar with compressed air. The nozzle bar is connected to a pressure booster via a high pressure line coupled. The pressure booster has one with cleaning fluid fillable, opposite the high pressure line by means of a sudden an openable lockable closable storage space as well as a large purpose-built work space Emptying the storage space. The device has no switch on or off Cleaning system in the form of a washing roller or a washcloth.

A disadvantage of cleaning devices of this type is that in the case of devices equipped with nozzles Pipes for the supply of cleaning fluid the nozzle strips easily can clog. Furthermore, the nozzle strips are often difficult to access, so that when the nozzles or the feed pipes are replaced, a high assembly or Disassembly is required. The nozzles or feed pipes can in particular due to paper dust, paint / varnish particles or limescale clog.

The object of the invention is to provide a cleaning device for a cylinder or a roller of a printing press with one on the cylinder / the roller and detachable cleaning system in the form of a washing cassette carrying a washcloth or from a housing that houses a washing roller, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned and at least one spray tube for a cleaning fluid has, which can be quickly assembled or disassembled with little effort is.

The object is achieved by the training features of the claims 1 or 2 solved. Further training results from the subclaims.

According to the invention is on a housing carrying a washing roller or a washing cassette of a cleaning device carrying a washing cloth at least one spray tube extending over its length. Two spray tubes running parallel to one another are preferably arranged, which each separate cleaning fluid or water to the cleaning system Feed (washing roller or wash cloth).

When using a housing, this is known to have an opening that the Cylinder / roller surface is assigned, through which the washing roller with the Cylinder / the roller can be brought into contact. The housing has in addition to the Opening opening showing the lateral surface continues to have a recess or an opening into which the openings of the spray tube or the spray tubes themselves protrude, the spray tubes by means of distribution modules or a blocking module from are releasably attached to the outside of the housing.

When using a washing cassette, there are at least two side walls and a frame for receiving rotatably mounted, partially type-drivable rollers / spools, between which a washing cloth in the form of a washing cloth web is received as a cleaning system with a pressing system. As is known, the pressure system is used to put a section of the washcloth on or off against the cylinder or roller surface. In the washing cassette, the spray tubes are detachably fixed to the washing cassette with distributor modules or a blocking module, preferably in the region of the side walls, from the outside. The distribution modules are coupled to supply lines for water or cleaning fluid. The washing cassette has a recess through which a plurality of small openings are arranged which are spaced apart over the length
the spray pipes are pointed at the washcloth. Two spray tubes arranged in parallel, which can also be arranged inside the recess, preferably extend over the width of the recess. The spray tubes can be acted upon by a pressure medium for expelling the respective cleaning fluid.

A spray tube has relatively small openings distributed over the length at intervals on. The openings are preferably aligned and on the cleaning system (Washing roller / washing brush or wash cloth). Prefers the openings are arranged at a distance of about 5 to 20 mm. The preferred size of the openings is in a diameter range of about <2 mm. The spray pipes are fronted by distribution modules or held a locking module in place. Since the spray pipes in the area of the recess are arranged exposed, it is particularly advantageous in spray pipes made of polyamide to fix the spray pipes in their position in a detachable manner.

The cleaning device is particularly suitable for cleaning rollers, blanket cylinders, Forme cylinders or impression cylinders suitable. The advantage of the invention is that the spray tubes and distribution modules or a Locking module can be assembled individually or in groups with little effort or are removable.

A cleaning device according to the invention should use the example of one in one Housing 2 mounted washing roller as a cleaning system 4 explained in more detail will. The device is in a printing unit a cylinder 1, e.g. one Printing cylinder, assigned to an offset printing machine, the housing 2 has an approximately rectangular cross section and extends over the full width of the cylinder 1 extends. Facing the cylinder surface to be cleaned the housing 2 has an opening through which the cleaning system 4 (Washer roller) can be brought into contact with the cylinder 1. The housing 2 takes the rotatable washing roller, e.g. a washing brush, with the wave of Washer roller is technically coupled with its own drive.

The housing 2 has a recess 10 (alternatively, there is other free space possible) in the at least openings 8 of spray pipes 3, 6 as supply lines protrude so that wetting of the cleaning system 4 (Washing brush) can be done. Are preferred for the purpose of saving space Spray tubes 3, 6 even integrated into the recess 10. The length is the first Spray tube 3 for the cleaning fluid water and the second spray tube 6 for the cleaning fluid detergent is releasably arranged outside on the housing 2. The Spray tubes 3 and 6 have a plurality of small openings 8, preferably <1 mm in diameter, which e.g. at certain intervals at a distance of 10 mm to each other, distributed over the width of the cleaning system 4 and on this are directed. The spray tubes 3 and 6 are made of Cr-Ni steel or polyamide executed and are with supply lines 12 (for the cleaning fluid water) and 11 (for the cleaning fluid detergent) coupled via supply pumps. The openings 8 are preferably, preferably with a diameter of <1 mm by grooving (for polyamide) or laser processing (for Cr-Ni steel) introduced into the spray tubes 3, 6. Alternatively, the openings 8 are also as small slots can be made. Furthermore, a doctor blade 5 is attached to the housing 2 is in constant engagement with the cleaning system 4. At the lowest point of the housing 2 is for the dirty cleaning fluid (detergent and water mixture) a drain 7 is arranged, the return line with a collecting container (not shown) for separating and regenerating the mixture is. After regeneration, the cleaned detergent and possibly the cleaned one Water can be returned to the cleaning device.

Both spray tubes 3, 6 are in the direction of rotation of the cleaning system 4 before Doctor blade 5 and preferably arranged acting from above. This is so the cleaning fluid penetrate deeper into the cleaning system 4 before the doctor blade 5 can to solve impurities better, being after passing the doctor blade 5 the cleaning system 4 still has sufficient wetting. The cleaning device is still in the area of the gripper bridges of the cylinder 1 can be lifted off so that the cleaning system 4 does not have a gripper bridge can collide.

The spray tubes 3, 6 are with connecting pieces having flow channels releasably connected. With spray pipes 3, 6 made of polyamide, the pipes 3, 6 are on the Push-on connectors. The connectors are as a single part or as a component firmly connected to distribution modules 13. The distribution modules 13 are connected from the outside to the housing 2 via connecting elements 9, e.g. Screw connections, releasably connected and coupled at the end to the spray tubes 3, 6. When the spray tubes 3, 6 are supplied on both sides, there are two distribution modules 13 can be used, which flow channels for the respective cleaning fluid have and can be coupled to the feed lines 11, 12. With a one-sided Supply of the spray tubes 3, 6 is only one provided with through-flow channels Distribution module 13 can be used, which in turn can be coupled to supply lines 11, 12 is. As a second module is a blocking module 16 at the opposite end of the Spray tubes 11, 12 can be used, which has connecting pieces for the spray tubes 13, 16, but has no throughflow channels. The locking module 16 is from the outside with connecting elements 9, e.g. Screw connections, detachable on housing 2 fixed. Locking module 16 and distribution modules 13 are preferably nearby the recess 10 fixed.

When the spray tubes 3, 6 are supplied from both sides, there are 11, 12 in the feed lines Tees 14, 15 for the distribution of the respective cleaning fluid on the distribution modules 13 arranged. Distribution modules 13 and blocking module 16 are the Contour of the housing 2 adapted. The spray tubes 3, 6 are profiled as a holder or stiffener for the spray tubes 3, 6 releasably clamped. With that the spray pipes 3.6, fixed in position, the profiling also a sealing function can take over to the recess 10. Via a with the feed lines 11, 12 coupled pressure line and pump is the respective cleaning fluid via the Spray tubes 3, 6, preferably suddenly, driven out.

The mode of operation is as follows: The spray tubes 3, 6 are with the respective Cleaning fluid water or detergent using a pressure medium, preferably Compressed air, applied. The cleaning fluid introduced under pressure becomes via the feed lines 11, 12 and flow channels of the distribution modules 13 supplied with connecting pieces to the spray pipes 3, 6 and enters through the openings 8 out. The openings 8 are directed directly onto the cleaning system 4, so that the respective cleaning fluid can penetrate into the cleaning system 4. The length of the jet or its intensity of the respective cleaning fluid is above the Adjustable pressure. The respective cleaning fluid is preferably by the Pressure medium driven out of the spray tubes 3, 6 in a pulse-controlled manner. A possible one Dripping of cleaning fluid from the openings 8 is through the use very small diameter or slits are obsolete.

The distribution modules 13 or Locking module 16 with spray tubes 3, 6 is the cleaning fluid supply for the device Can be assembled and disassembled inexpensively and with little effort. Possibly. Blockages in spray pipes 3, 6 or distribution modules 13 can be easily by exchanging the individual components. So are with little Effort blocked spray pipes 3.6 from the distribution modules 13 or Locking module 16 removable and replaceable with new spray tubes 3.6. Similarly are clogged flow openings in distribution modules 13 due to their replacement replaceable with new distribution modules 13. The accessibility of the distribution modules 13 or locking modules 16 and spray tubes 3.6 reduced from the outside noticeable the assembly / disassembly times.
