- FIG 3 shows a schematic plan view of a Another embodiment of the cleaning device 1. Parts that match those in previous Figures 1 and 2 match, are the same Provide reference numerals, so that in this respect to the description refer to Figures 1 and 2 can. The following is only intended to highlight the differences To be received.
- the cleaning device 1 comprises a nozzle head rotatable about an axis 5 7, on the circumference 41 a guide device 43 is provided, the at least one, here several, over the peripheral surface 41 of the nozzle head 7 has distributed guide elements 45. These have a scoop-shaped contour. in the Relation to the present invention under "scoop-shaped" the shape of any Turbine blade understood.
- FIG 4 which is a schematic Cross section of the cleaning device shown in Figure 3 1 shows is the guide 43 integrated into the peripheral surface 41 of the nozzle head 7, that is, the guide elements 45 are not over the outer surface or the peripheral surface 41 of the nozzle head 7 also.
- the cleaning device 1 comprises additional nozzles 23a and 23b, which - as can be seen from Figure 3 - on opposite Sides of the suction bell 13 on the jacket 21 thereof attached and via supply lines 25 with under Pressurized rinse water can be applied.
- the nozzle jet emerging from the additional nozzles 23a, 23b is indicated by arrows 27.
- the nozzle jets emerging from the additional nozzles 23a, 23b are on the in the peripheral surface 41st of the nozzle head 7 integrated guiding device 43 directed, the exiting from the additional nozzle 23a Vertical jet and the jet of the Additional nozzle 23b obliquely from below onto the guide device 43 hit.
- This will make the nozzle head 7 counterclockwise around its longitudinal axis 5 set in rotation as indicated by an arrow. That from the additional nozzles 23a, 23b into the suction space 19 introduced treatment medium, that is the rinse water is - as indicated by arrows 27, 37 - together with that of the jet from Conveyor belt 3 detached dirt and / or liquid mist and residual liquid via the suction line 15 carried out.
- the suction line 15 flushed through the treatment medium, so that clogging of the suction line 15 prevents can be. Due to the double function of the additional nozzles 23a, 23b, namely introduction of the treatment medium into the suction line 15 and drive of the nozzle head 7, the structure of the cleaning device 1 simplified and reduced their operating costs become.
- the additional nozzles described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 23, 29, 23a and 23b a diameter of 1 mm to 5 mm.
- the diameter the one with a high pressure Liquid-loaded cleaning nozzle as well the diameter of the driving nozzles described in FIG. 1 to generate a rotational movement of the nozzle head 7 are preferably smaller than 1 mm. Due to the small diameter of the driving and cleaning nozzles can be used for cleaning the conveyor belt required amount of liquid with the same Cleaning effect can be reduced.
- the water treatment plant includes a Water supply, a motorized metering pump, a mixing container or a mixing section and a filter, for example one Backwash filter. That through the water supply flowing water volume is measured by a flow meter measured, which controls the metering pump.
- the water in the water supply via the dosing pump additives supplied, for example biocide, complexing agent and / or a hardness stabilizer to get a to achieve the desired water quality.
- the mixing tank in which the Additives are mixed with the water. it then the water flows through the filter, in which particles out to a defined size filtered out of the water.
- the processed Water is then pumped through the high pressure pump Cleaning nozzle and the propellant nozzles fed.
- the additional nozzles have a relatively large Diameter can be complex and expensive treatment of the treatment medium, the is called the rinse water, because it is due the relatively large diameter of the additional nozzles the risk of the additional nozzles becoming blocked, can be practically excluded.
- the treatment medium can be a poorer quality have as the cleaning medium and is therefore cheaper.
- the operating costs of the Cleaning device 1 with a based on the figures 3 and 4 described drive of the nozzle head 7th be further reduced as the cost of deployment of under a relatively low pressure standing treatment medium are smaller than that for providing the under a high pressure standing cleaning medium. So this will be exclusive used to clean the conveyor belt 2 and not as with known cleaning devices usual- to act on propellant nozzles to generate a rotational movement.
- the Introducing the treatment medium into the suction chamber or directly into the suction line the suction device clogging or Clogging of the areas of the cleaning device, through the contaminants detached from the conveyor belt be dissipated, practically excluded can be. This can be more advantageous Way the functional safety of the cleaning device 1 can be increased.

Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Reinigen
eines Transportbandes einer Maschine zur Herstellung
einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier-
oder Kartonbahn, gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for cleaning
a conveyor belt of a machine for manufacturing
a material web, especially paper
or cardboard web, according to the preamble of
Devices of the type mentioned here are known (see DE-U-295 17 859). They are used to clean one inside Machine for the production of a material web used conveyor belt, for example one porous dry or wet sieve belt. This will contaminated while the machine is running, for example with material fibers, adhesives or other additives that the Mesh or the pores of the conveyor belt enforce. The known device comprises at least a cleaning nozzle, the one with a suction device associated suction room is. The cleaning nozzle acts on the conveyor belt with a jet of impurities detaches from the conveyor belt. These become common with the reflected from the surface of the conveyor belt, liquid or gaseous cleaning medium discharged from the suction chamber by the suction device. It has been found that the contaminants a suction line leading into the suction chamber pollute the suction device so that their cross-section with flow and continuous operation the device is getting smaller. So that Function of the device is not impaired, the suction line must be cleaned relatively often, which is very expensive, at least because of this the suction line must be dismantled.
It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a cleaning device to create that this disadvantage does not have.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird eine Reinigungsvorrichtung
vorgeschlagen, die die in Anspruch 1 genannten
Merkmale aufweist.
beziehungsweise Teile davon demontiert
und gereinigt werden müssen. Die Reinigungsvorrichtung
weist aufgrund der "Selbstreinigung"
mittels der Zusatzdüsen eine hohe Funktionssicherheit
auf.To solve this problem, a cleaning device
proposed that mentioned in
It becomes a first embodiment of the cleaning device preferred, which is characterized by that the additional nozzle on the jacket one Suction chamber surrounding the suction cup is arranged. It it is possible that the additional nozzle is the treatment medium injected directly into the suction line, for example in the end area opening into the suction chamber the suction line. In another design variant it is provided that the treatment medium is introduced into the suction chamber and by means of the suction effect of the suction device in the suction line arrives.
In a further advantageous embodiment the cleaning device is provided that the jet stream flowing out of the additional nozzle essentially parallel to the inner surface of the Suction cup is directed. The nozzle jet respectively the flow of the treatment medium sets attaches itself to the inner surface and can Direction of the suction line leading into the suction chamber the suction device. Thereby can be prevented from doing that for cleaning treatment medium serving the suction line the conveyor belt arrives. At the same time, the inner surface of the suction cup cleaned and a deposit of impurities in the suction chamber on the suction cup can be prevented.
An embodiment is particularly preferred the cleaning device, which is characterized by that the cleaning nozzle on one by one Axis rotatable nozzle head is arranged for Generation of a rotational movement from the additional nozzle can be acted upon with a jet. The On the one hand, the additional nozzle is used for cleaning treatment medium serving the suction line to the suction chamber and / or the suction line, and on the other hand as a drive for the nozzle head. Due to the dual function of the additional nozzle, the Propellant nozzles, as in known cleaning devices to generate a rotational movement are used, are waived. This is a simplification of the structure of the cleaning device possible.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the cleaning device preferred, at the extent of the Nozzle head a guide device is provided, the at least one blade-shaped guide element having. The nozzle jet flowing out of the additional nozzle can be used to generate a rotational movement be directed to the control device. The Guide element essentially has the shape of a Turbine blade, preferably a Pelton turbine blade, on. The rotation speed of the Cleaning nozzle or the nozzle head can for example by varying the volume flow or the speed of the out of the additional nozzle outflowing treatment medium can be set.
Further advantageous embodiments result from the other subclaims.

The cleaning device described below A conveyor belt can be generally related with a machine to make one Material web are used. Purely exemplary it is assumed here that the cleaning device inside a paper making machine is used.
Figur 1 zeigt einen schematischen Ausschnitt eines
ersten Ausfuhrungsbeispiels einer im folgenden als
Reinigungsvorrichtung 1 bezeichneten Vorrichtung
zum Reinigen eines Transportbandes 3 im Querschnitt.
Die Reinigungsvorrichtung 1 kann für beliebige
Transportbänder der Papierherstellungsmaschine
eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise für Siebbänder
beziehungsweise Filze einer Sieb- beziehungsweise
einer Pressen- oder Trockenpartie der
Papierherstellungsmaschine. Die Reinigungsvorrichtung
1 umfaßt einen um seine Längsachse 5 rotierbaren
Düsenkopf 7, der eine nicht dargestellte Düsenanordnung
aufweist. Diese kann eine oder mehrere
tangential ausgerichtete Treibdüsen zur Erzeugung
einer Rotationsbewegung umfassen sowie eine oder
mehrere Reinigungsdüsen, die das Transportband 3
mit einem gasförmigen oder flüssigen Reinigungsmedium
beaufschlagen.
rotieren.Figure 1 shows a schematic section of a
first exemplary embodiment one in the following as
Pfeilen 27 angedeutet.The
steht. Die Zusatzdüse 29 ist also auch mit dem
unter Druck stehenden Spülwasser, dessen aus der
Zusatzdüse 29 ausströmender Düsenstrahl mit Pfeilen
33 angedeutet ist, beaufschlagbar. Wie aus Figur 1
ersichtlich, trifft der Düsenstrahl der Zusatzdüse
29 in einem stumpfen Winkel auf die Innenfläche 35
der Absaugleitung 15. Dadurch wird auch stark anhaftender
Schmutz sicher abgelöst und mit dem Behandlungsmedium
weggespült. Weiterhin ist möglich,
daß der Düsenstrahl der Zusatzdüse 29 in einem
spitzen Winkel auf die Innenfläche 35 auftrifft, so
daß die Verunreinigungen von der Innenfläche 35
quasi abgeschält werden.In the
Im Betrieb der Reinigungsvorrichtung 1 werden die
am Düsenkopf 7 angeordneten Treibdüsen und die Reinigungsdüse
über die Hochdruckleitung 11 mit unter
Druck stehender Flüssigkeit beaufschlagt, was dazu
In operation of the
In einer ersten Ausführungsvariante der Reinigungsvorrichtung
1 ist vorgesehen, daß die Zusatzdüsen
23, 29 kontinuierlich während des Betriebs der Reinigungsvorrichtung
1 ein Behandlungsmedium in den
Saugraum 19 beziehungsweise in die Absaugleitung 15
einbringen.
einbringen. In a first embodiment variant of the
Figur 2 zeigt eine schematische Draufsicht auf
einen Teil der in Figur 1 dargestellten Reinigungsvorrichtung

Figure 2 shows a schematic plan view of

verteilt angeordnete Leitelemente 45 aufweist.
Diese weisen eine schaufelförmige Kontur auf. Im
Zusammenhang mit der vorliegenden Erfindung wird
unter "schaufelförmig" die Form einer beliebigen
Turbinenschaufel verstanden.Figure 3 shows a schematic plan view of a

Wie aus Figur 4 ersichtlich, die einen schematischen
Querschnitt der in Figur 3 dargestellten Reinigungsvorrichtung
1 zeigt, ist die Leiteinrichtung
43 in die Umfangsfläche 41 des Düsenkopfes 7 integriert,
das heißt, die Leitelemente 45 stehen nicht
über die Außenfläche beziehungsweise die Umfangsfläche
41 des Düsenkopfes 7 hinaus. Bei einem anderen
Ausführungsbeispiel kann vorgesehen werden, daß
die Leiteinrichtung 43 außen an der Umfangsfläche
41 des Düsenkopfes 7 angebracht ist. Die Reinigungsvorrichtung
1 umfaßt Zusatzdüsen 23a und 23b,
die -wie aus Figur 3 ersichtlich- auf gegenüberliegenden
Seiten der Saugglocke 13 an deren Mantel 21
angebracht und über Versorgungsleitungen 25 mit unter
Druck stehendem Spülwasser beaufschlagbar sind. As can be seen from Figure 4, which is a schematic

Die aus den Zusatzdüsen 23a, 23b austretenden Düsenstrahlen
sind auf die in der Umfangsfläche 41
des Düsenkopfes 7 integrierte Leiteinrichtung 43
gerichtet, wobei der aus der Zusatzdüse 23a austretende
Düsenstrahl senkrecht und der Düsenstrahl der
Zusatzdüse 23b schräg von unten auf die Leiteinrichtung
43 auftreffen.
15 ausgetragen. Dabei wird die Absaugleitung
15 von dem Behandlungsmedium durchgespült, so
daß ein Zusetzen der Absaugleitung 15 verhindert
werden kann. Durch die Doppelfunktion der Zusatzdüsen
23a, 23b, nämlich Einbringen des Behandlungsmediums
in die Absaugleitung 15 und Antrieb des Düsenkopfes
7, kann der Aufbau der Reinigungsvorrichtung
1 vereinfacht und deren Betriebskosten reduziert
werden. The nozzle jets emerging from the
The additional nozzles described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4

Due to the small diameter of the cleaning and

The following is the structure of an embodiment the water treatment plant explained in more detail. The water treatment plant includes a Water supply, a motorized metering pump, a mixing container or a mixing section and a filter, for example one Backwash filter. That through the water supply flowing water volume is measured by a flow meter measured, which controls the metering pump. In Depending on the volume flow, the water in the water supply via the dosing pump additives supplied, for example biocide, complexing agent and / or a hardness stabilizer to get a to achieve the desired water quality. following the water enters the mixing tank in which the Additives are mixed with the water. it then the water flows through the filter, in which particles out to a defined size filtered out of the water. The processed Water is then pumped through the high pressure pump Cleaning nozzle and the propellant nozzles fed.
Dadurch, daß die Zusatzdüsen einen relativ großen
Durchmesser aufweisen, kann auf eine aufwendige und
teuere Aufbereitung des Behandlungsmediums, das
heißt des Spülwassers, verzichtet werden, da aufgrund
des relativ großen Durchmessers der Zusatzdusen
die Gefahr, daß die Zusatzdüsen verstopfen,
praktisch ausgeschlossen werden kann. Das Behandlungsmedium
kann also eine schlechtere Qualitat
aufweisen als das Reinigungsmedium und ist daher
billiger.
stehenden Reinigungsmediums. Dieses wird also ausschließlich
zum Reinigen des Transportbandes 2 verwendet
und nicht -wie bei bekannten Reinigungsvorrichtungen
üblich- zum Beaufschlagen von Treibdüsen
zur Erzeugung einer Rotationsbewegung.Because the additional nozzles have a relatively large
