Abstract

Die Friktionswickelwelle dient zum Aufwickeln bandförmiger Materialien auf Wickelkerne (16). Sie besteht aus einer von Friktionselementen (12) in ringförmiger Anordnung umgebenen Kernwelle (20) sowie radial wirkendenden Spannelementen (24), die in Betriebsstellung einen Reibschluß zwischen von der Kernwelle (20) mitgenommenden Reibelementen (28) und den Friktionselementen (12) herstellen, durch den unter Schlupf Drehmoment von der Kernwelle (20) auf die Friktionselemente (12) übertragbar ist. Die Friktionselemente (12) sind nach außen beweglich, um im Betrieb eine drehstarre Verbindung zwischen den Friktionselementen (12) und dem Wickelkern (16) herzustellen. Mit dem Ziel, zuverlässig eine schlupffreie Mitnahme des Wickelkerns mit einem bestimmten Drehmoment zu gewährleisten, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Spannelemente (24) mittels der von ihnen aufgebrachten Radialkräfte über die Reibelemente (28) die Friktionselemente (12) in radialer Richtung nach außen bewegen und in Anlage an den Wickelkern bringen. Dabei soll unter den in Betriebsstellung wirkenden Radialkräften der Spannelemente (24) das durch die Reibpaarung Reibelement/Friktionselement übertragene Drehmoment unter dem von der Paarung Friktionselement/Wickelkern übertragbaren Drehmoment liegen, so daß zwischen Friktionselement (12) und Wickelkern (16) eine drehstarre Mitnahme erfolgt.

The friction winding shaft is used to wind band-shaped materials on winding cores (16). It consists of a core shaft (20) surrounded by friction elements (12) in a ring-shaped arrangement and radially acting tensioning elements (24), which in the operating position produce a frictional connection between friction elements (28) entrained by the core shaft (20) and the friction elements (12), through which torque can be transferred from the core shaft (20) to the friction elements (12) under slip. The friction elements (12) can be moved outwards in order to establish a torsionally rigid connection between the friction elements (12) and the winding core (16) during operation. With the aim of reliably ensuring a slip-free entrainment of the winding core with a certain torque, it is proposed that the tensioning elements (24) move the friction elements (12) in the radial direction to the outside in the radial direction by means of the radial forces applied by them bring it into contact with the winding core. Under the radial forces acting in the operating position of the tensioning elements (24), the torque transmitted by the friction pairing of the friction element / friction element should lie below the torque that can be transmitted by the pairing of friction element / winding core, so that a torsionally rigid entrainment takes place between the friction element (12) and winding core (16) .
