zweiten Reihe zylinderfester Gegenfalzklappenelemente 3
zusammenwirken. Es können auch beide Reihen von
Falzklappenelementen 3, 4 schwenkbar angeordnet sein.
Prinzipiell besteht jedes Falzklappenelement 4 bzw.
jedes Gegenfalzklappenelement 3 aus einer
Befestigungsplatte 5, 10 und einem Falzwerkzeugträger
15, 20. Die Befestigungsplatte 10, 5 jedes
Falzklappenelementes 4 bzw. jeden
Gegenfalzklappenelementes 3 ist auf einem schwenkbar
gelagerten bzw. auf einem zylinderfesten Träger, z. B.
mittels Schrauben befestigt.A folding jaw cylinder 1 instructs in a known manner
distributed over its circumference, several jaw systems.
Each jaw system consists of a first row
lined up on a support and in a known manner
pivotable jaw elements 4, with a
second row of cylinder-fixed
Jeder Falzwerkzeugträger 15, 20 weist eine abgeschrägte
Falzfläche 11, 12 bzw. 13, 14 auf. Zumindest eine
Falzfläche 11 oder 12 bzw. 13 oder 14 ist davon
profiliert. Sind zwei FaLzflächen 11, 12 bzw. 13, 14
profiliert, so sind beide Falzflächen 11, 12 bzw. 13, 14
bei geschlossenem Falzmaul kammartig miteinander in
Eingriff bringbar.Each
Nach dem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel tragen beide
Falzflächen 11, 12 z. B. hochliegende Teile 16, 18 mit
rechteckförmigem Querschnitt (Fig. 2), die sich von
einer äußeren Haltekante 21, 22 über die Falzfläche 11,
12 mit einer Länge L, z. B. 4 mm hin zu einer inneren
Falzkanten 23, 24 erstrecken.
getrennt bzw. benachbart. Dabei ist d > e, z. B. 7 mm >
5 mm. Die hochliegenden Teile 16 des
Gegenfalzklappenelementes 3 sind bei geschlossenem
Falzmaul 8 mit den niedrigliegenden Teilen 19 des
Falzklappenelementes 4 kämmend in Eingriff.
sogenannten Querfalzkante.According to the first embodiment, both wear

Falzmessers 6 verlaufen. Die Prägungen 26 sind im
Querschnitt rechteckförmig ausgebildet, so daß das
Widerstandsmoment des Falzproduktes 26 in seiner
Transportrichtung G erhöht ist. Die niedrigliegenden
Teile 17, 19 weisen gegenüber den hochliegenden Teilen
16, 18 über die gesamte Länge l der Falzfläche 11, 12
den gleichen Niveauunterschied auf.The
Nach einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung verlaufen
die hochliegenden 16, 18 bezüglich den niedrigliegenden
Teilen 17, 18 von der äußeren Haltekante 21, 22 zur
inneren Falzkante 23, 24 der Falzfläche 11, 12 jeweils
in einem Winkel Beta, z. B. von 4° (Fig. 1 und 3). Somit
sind die hochliegenden Teile 16, 18 von der äußeren
Haltekante 21, 22 zur inneren Falzkante 23, 24 der
Falzfläche 11, 12 hin zunehmend keilförmig ausgebildet,
d. h. die Oberfläche der Falzfläche 11, 12 vergrößert
sich in der genannten Richtung ständig. After a further development of the invention

Nach dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel trägt jedes
schwenkbare Falzklappenelement 4 auf seiner Falzfläche
14 herausstehende Teile 27 mit jeweils einem dreieckigen
Querschnitt. Jedes zylinderfeste Gegenfalzklappenelement
geschlossenem Falzmaul 8, d. h. Abstand der Falzflächen
13, 14 gleich Null, formschlüssig miteinander in
Eingriff bringbar sind.According to the second embodiment, everyone wears

The
Diese herausstehenden Teile 27 bzw. Nuten 28 verlaufen
von der äußeren Haltekante 21, 22 in einem Winkel
Alpha < 180°, z.
Falzkante 23, 24 der Falzfläche 13, 14.These protruding

Papierfaserverbund zumindest teilweise gedehnt.
Falzmessers 6.In summary, the method according to the invention exists
