Abstract

The invention concerns a sliding wall arrangement for railway goods wagons covered by a fixed roof (4), wherein the sliding wall parts (5), which, in the closed state, lie in a plane, can be moved in the transverse direction of the wagon at the bottom out of a closure plane into a displacement plane and placed on a lower slide rail (11). For opening, the sliding wall parts (5) can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the wagon by means of rollers (10) over the other closed sliding wall parts (5) and intermediate uprights (6) between the sliding wall parts (5). The object of the invention is to produce a sliding wall arrangement for railway goods wagons, wherein, for opening purposes, the sliding wall parts are moved out of their closed position into the displacement position and are moved simultaneously outwards and upwards from the longitudinal centre of the wagon. A further object of the invention is to minimize the number of actuating elements required for the sliding walls. To that end, when they pivot out of the closure plane into the displacement plane, the sliding wall parts can be raised obliquely upwards and outwards, guided at the top in fixed guides (4a, 22, 23) in the roof (4).

Description

The invention relates to a sliding wall arrangement for covered by means of a fixed roof Railway freight wagons, the one in the closed state on one level lying sliding wall parts each via a handwheel and an associated actuating linkage in the transverse direction of the carriage below from a closing level into a shifting level can be placed on a lower track for opening by means of rollers the closed sliding wall parts and intermediate posts between the sliding wall parts are movable in the longitudinal direction of the car.

Covered rail freight wagons with one level when closed Sliding wall parts are known per se. In one of these known designs (DE-PS 11 16 260) is the side wall through an intermediate column in the middle of the car divided, the intermediate column as the supporting element, the outer longitudinal beam of Base connects to the longitudinal top flange of the roof and the closure and Pivots the sliding wall parts on the right and left. Each side wall has two sliding wall parts, which are in rails in the longitudinal top chord or on the outer side member or on the in the closed position located sliding wall part are displaceable. The disadvantage of this performance is the lack of lifting of the sliding wall parts at the end of the car in the first phase of moving the sliding wall parts to open the side wall, which at the sliding wall parts of the loaded goods are prevented from opening.

In a further embodiment described in DE-PS 21 03 985 is in Longitudinal top flange of the side wall frame of the rail freight wagon one, straight and smooth running rail arranged, the lateral outer surface of the outer longitudinal member of the base frame, the contact surface for the lower edge of the Sliding wall parts forms and the actuating linkage swings out parts of the contact surface and each sliding wall part contact surface for the other sliding wall parts wearing. In this version, the floor near the outer side members are swung out Position with a web plate on the outside cut-outs of the outer side members filling parts of the contact surface forming consoles by means of parallel guidance Acting levers that are coupled to the actuating linkage via shafts in the transverse direction of the carriage arranged pivotably, the sliding wall parts below support arms wear, at their free ends rotatable about vertical axes rollers and the web plate bottom guide rails on the outer side members or the consoles are arranged, again for each sliding wall part in the longitudinal top chord of the side wall frame at least two at the free ends of levers stored rollers or guide forks are arranged on by the confirmation linkage rotatable shafts are pivotally mounted in the transverse direction of the carriage and the sliding wall parts on top of support arms rotatable casters about horizontal axes and support cams interacting with the rollers or guide cables wear. This known embodiment of a sliding wall arrangement has however disadvantageous to a variety of actuators in the car body, which in are uneconomical to manufacture and assemble.

There are other sliding wall arrangements from practice and from previous publications known for closed rail freight cars. All of these previously known Designs have the disadvantage that the sliding wall parts when pivoting from their closed position to the shift position only horizontally in about the same level or only with a slight lift from the longitudinal axis of the rail freight wagon are pivoted outwards. In modern rail freight wagons the roof only consists of a relatively narrow component, around the upper area of the car body during horizontal loading and unloading within the constriction due to the clearance profile for stacking to be able to take full advantage of the load. The sliding wall parts in their upper Area bent inwards following the clearance profile, take over quasi with roof function in its upper area. Conditionally when placing the load The top of the load can also pile up due to bumps on the outside against the inside cranked sections of the sliding wall and there invest. When pivoting the sliding wall parts only horizontally outwards to open them there is a risk that the sliding wall parts in their upper Do not detach the area from the load lying against it and thus difficulties opening it the sliding wall parts can occur.

Furthermore, the actuating device of all known sliding walls is complex and require complex transmission facilities in the roof area.

Ausgehend von diesem Stand der Technik ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Schiebewandanordnung fer eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, bei denen die Handhabung der Schiebewände besonders einfach ist und die Anzahl der zur Handhabung erforderlichen Betätigungselemente möglichst gering istBased on this prior art, it is an object of the invention to provide a sliding wall arrangement fer type mentioned above, in which the handling the sliding walls are particularly simple and the number of handling required Actuators is as low as possible

This object is according to the invention in a rail freight wagon at the beginning mentioned type in that the sliding wall parts when pivoting from their closing level into the sliding level above in fixed guides of the roof can be raised diagonally upwards and outwards. By taking off at the same time the sliding wall from its closed position to a sliding position upwards and on the outside, their lifting off of any adjacent cargo is carried out both vertically Area of the sliding wall as well as in the area bent towards the middle of the car the sliding wall safely avoided.

According to the invention, the guides to the middle of the car are down through directed fixed roof sides formed, which have an inclination towards the middle of the car, the sliding wall in the closed position either directly or with intermediate connections is supported by reinforcements against these roof sides and the Roof sides in the sliding position of the sliding wall against the guidance of the sliding wall form the middle of the carriage. This construction makes it simple economic construction achieved. The roof sides also form the guide the sliding wall against the middle of the carriage. The number of components is decreased.

The sliding wall is guided outwards across the middle of the longitudinal carriage by attached to the roof, at a distance from the roof sides, parallel to these Webs, the sliding wall in the closed position facing outwards against the Supports webs and in sliding position the sliding wall to the outside through the webs is led. The webs thus form both in connection with the roof sides Guiding the sliding wall in the sliding position as well as the support surface of the sliding wall in the closed position. With this arrangement, the number of required is also Components reduced.

Profiled sealing sheets running lengthways on the roof on both sides of the center of the car arranged on one side and vertically movable via rubber strips, the Sealing plates in the closed position of the sliding wall parts by their own weight with their rest on the free long side, in the sliding position of the sliding wall parts of these are raised and the sliding wall part to be moved under the Sealing plate is slidably guided along. The arrangement of these rubber-mounted sealing plates ensures and seals the sliding wall parts in the roof area at the same time optimal use of the clearance profile due to its flat, movable construction.

The rollers 10 are standing in the sliding position of the sliding wall parts 5 on a running rail 11, the outside is fixedly arranged on the outer longitudinal member 7 of the underframe. The running rail 11 is formed straight and continuous from end wall 3 to end wall 3. Each sliding wall part 5 is pivoted down from its closed position raised over the rollers 10 on the rails 11 and swung out. This lifting and swiveling of the sliding wall part 5 takes place via an actuating shaft mounted rotatably along the outer longitudinal member 7 of the underframe 2 12, which has a support rail 13 for each roller 10 of the sliding wall 5. To rotate the actuating shaft 12 of each sliding wall part 5 is on the associated one End wall 3, a handwheel 14 is arranged, which has a gear 15 and lever linkage 16 the actuating shaft 12 rotates. Handwheel 14, gear 15 and lever linkage 16, however, are not the subject of the present invention.

At the top of each sliding wall part 5 near the longitudinal ends there is a roller foot 20 arranged, the one at its free end at a vertical angle to the center of the carriage inclined axis rotatably carries a guide roller 21. The roof 4 is on his Long sides with flat side walls that are inclined at an angle to the longitudinal center of the car 4a provided. At the lower ends of the side walls 4 a of the roof 4 they are horizontally outwards and further vertically at their free ends angled at the top. On the side walls 4a of the roof are parallel to the side walls 4a extending guide rails 22 arranged. These guide rails 22 are in the area that the guide rollers 21 of the sliding wall parts 5 in take their closed position, interrupted and parallel to the side walls 4a of the roof 4 arranged in the plane of the guide rails 22 the horizontally angled part of the side wall 4a attached webs 23, which with a Recess 22 are provided in the region of the roller foot 20, replaced.

In the closed position of the sliding wall parts 5, these lie below on the actuating shaft 12, support rail 11 and the rollers 10 pivoted tight against the outer side member 7 of the base frame 2. Above are the sliding wall parts 5 with end profiles 5a labyrinthine in the horizontal and vertical angled long sides of the roof sides 4a. The sliding wall parts 5 are supported against the roof 4 thereby on the guide rollers 21, roller feet 20 on the one hand and the side walls 4a of the roof 4 on the other hand. Against horizontally outwards across the longitudinal axis of the car directed lifting of the sliding wall parts 5 are the sliding wall parts 5 above by engaging the guide rollers 21 on the webs 23 and below on the actuating shaft 12 arranged and in the closed position of the sliding wall parts 5 against the Roller feet 9 attached hooks 24 secured. For moving the sliding wall parts 5 these are from their closed position by means of the handwheel 14 and the gear 15 and lever linkage 16 via the actuating shaft 12 and the support rail 13 raised to the sliding position and pivoted outwards. The Rollers 10 raised from the support rail 13 onto the running rail 11 and swung out. Above each sliding wall part slides over its guide roller 21 to the Side walls 4a of the roof 4 on the one hand and the webs 23 on the other hand diagonally upwards and outwards. In this raised and swung out position the sliding wall this over the running rail 11 below and in the guide rails 4a, 22 moved above the sliding wall part 5 which is in the closed position become. This construction allows the roof area and the upper sliding wall area except for the guide rollers and guide rails on each actuator to be dispensed with.

On the roof 4 each have sealing plates 25 on one side via rubber strips 26 and arranged vertically movable. These sealing plates 25 are in the closed position Sliding wall parts 5 by their own weight with their free long side on the sliding wall parts 5 on. In the sliding position of the sliding wall parts 5, the sealing plates 25 raised by the sliding wall parts 5, then the one to be moved Sliding wall part 5 is slidably guided under the sealing plate 25.
