Abstract

The dispenser comprises a housing with at least one partition (5A), an inner chamber designed to hold a batch of gloves (1), and a cut-away section (6) through which part of the gloves protrude and through which they can be extracted one at a time by applying a given effort. Claims (9)

  1. A dispenser (4) containing a pile of gloves (1) made of a film material, this dispenser (4) comprising a casing (5) essentially constituted by at least one wall (5A),
    which wall (5A), on the one hand, defines an internal space able to accommodate a batch (3) of a given number of gloves (1) and accommodates at least one means (7), referred to as keeping means, whose function is to keep the gloves (1) of the batch (3) in a group, each glove (1) of which can only be removed when it receives a force (F) of given intensity and
    on the other hand, in which wall (5A) there is at least one cut-out (6) through which gloves (1) can be drawn out,
    this dispenser being characterised in that:
    at least one cut-out (6) of the casing (5) is of a section at least equal to the section which the batch (3) intended to be placed in the casing (5) has in a given transverse plane (T) of a group (1B) of fingers (1A) constituted by the superimposition of the same fingers (1A) of gloves (1) of a batch (3), in such away that this group (1B) of fingers can be inserted into the cut-out (6) at least as far as the considered transverse plane (T),
    the keeping means (7) is positioned in the casing (5) in such a way that the given group (1B) of fingers (1A) of the batch (3) projects, through the cut-out (6), outside the casing (5) over a given length (L) in order that each glove can only be removed from the batch when that of its fingers (1A) which is inserted into the cut-out (6) receives the force (F) in a direction substantially parallel to its longitudinal axis (1C).
  2. A dispenser containing a pile of gloves in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that the keeping means (7) comprises at least one stop (8, 9) which, referred to as interdigital and at least indirectly attached in an immovable manner to the casing (5), is:
    arranged to find support in at least one interdigital space (1D, 1E) shared by the group (1B) of fingers (1A) which is inserted into the cut-out (6) and by an adjacent group (1F) of fingers (1A) and,
    directed to locally bear against each batch glove whose finger passing through the cut-out is acted upon with a view to the drawing out thereof, so as to oppose the movement of each glove of the batch in the sense of drawing out thereof through the cut-out.
  3. A dispenser containing a pile of gloves in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that each cut-out (6) is, inside the casing (5), bounded by walls (8A, 9A) which delimit a passage (10) whose width is substantially equal to that of the finger passing through the cut-out and whose length is approximately equal to the finger portion contained within the casing.
  4. A dispenser containing a pile of gloves in accordance with Claim 3, characterised in that at least one of the walls (8A, 9A) which delimit the passage (10) inside the casing bears an interdigital stop (8, 9) of the keeping means (7).
  5. A dispenser containing a pile of gloves in accordance with Claim 4, characterised in that the internal space of the casing is, at least in places, of a depth (E) at least sufficient to allow bending of parts of the gloves batch which, adjoining the finger group intended to be inserted into the cut-out (6), do not project through the said cut-out (6), and this in a way as to enable the positioning of the keeping means (7) in the casing (5) without the casing wall in which the cut-out (6) is provided and the surrounding walls opposing themselves against surfaces of the batch and impeding the sought insertion of the finger group into the cut-out.
  6. A dispenser containing a pile of gloves in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that the casing (5) bears, projecting from an outer surface (5B) which adjoins the cut-out (6), at least one outer stop (11) of arrangement and extent such that, at least over the length (L) of the projection which the group (1B) of fingers (1A) forms outside the said casing (5), the movements of the hand of a person providing digital gripping of at least one glove finger (1A) are limited:
    on the one hand, to those necessary for the said digital gripping and,
    on the other hand, to those of pulling in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal axes of the fingers (1A) of the group of fingers (1A) which projects from the outer surface (5B) of the casing (5).
  7. A dispenser containing a pile of gloves in accordance with Claim 2, characterised in that in addition to the at least one interdigital stop, the keeping means (7) comprises: - at least one part (12) made of flat and rigid material, which part (12) is associated - in a removable manner and substantially at a glove part in which there is an opening for insertion of a hand - with at least each of the gloves (1) of the batch (3), and - stops (13, 14) which, borne at least indirectly by the casing (5) and by each part (12) of flat and rigid material, are arranged on these elements (5,12) so as to determine the position of each glove (1) in the casing (5) with a view to obtaining, on the one hand, the bringing into alignment of a given group (1B) of fingers (1A) with the median axis (6A) of the cut-out (6) and, on the other hand, the precise positioning of the batch (3), in such a way that the given group (1B) of fingers (1A) of this batch (3) projects outside the casing (5), through the cut-out (6), over the desired length (L).
  8. A dispenser containing a pile of gloves in accordance with Claim 7, characterised in that the stops (14) which, borne at least indirectly by the casing (5), are intended to cooperate with stops (13) of each part (12) to determine the position of the gloves in the casing, are borne by a means (15) for adjusting position, at least unidirectionally, in a plane substantially parallel to a median axis (6A) of the cut-out (6).
  9. A dispenser containing a pile of gloves in accordance with Claim 1, characterised in that:
    the casing (5) comprises two parts (51, 52) articulated in accordance with an axis (53) substantially parallel to an edge of the wall (5A) in which the cut-out (6) is found, so as to define a loading opening (54) of form and extent suitable for the loading of a batch of gloves, and
    the wall (5A) in which the cut-out (6) is found, bears, substantially in the plane of the loading opening (54), deflector elements (55) whose extent is, on the one hand, limited in order to not hinder the loading of a batch (3) of gloves (1) and, on the other hand, at least sufficient in order to hinder the passage of the fingers (1A) of gloves from the interior of the casing towards the plane of the loading opening.
