Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Rohrweiche für eine Zweizylinder-Dickstoffpumpe insbesondere für eine Betonpumpe. Die Rohrweiche weist ein vor einer zylinderseitigen Brillenplatte (18) verschwenkbares Schwenkrohr (20) auf, das an der Brillenplatte (18) mit einem auf dem Rohrende des Schwenkrohrs (20) mit einem Bruchteil seiner Länge unter Bildung eines radialen Führungsspalts (52) axial geführten Schneidring (22) dichtend anliegt, welcher Schneidring (22) durch ein ringförmiges Dicht- und Federelement (50) auf die Brillenplatte (18) gedrückt ist, wobei das vom Druck des Fördermediums innenseitig beaufschlagte Dicht- und Federelement (50) an zwei einander zugewandten Dicht- und Stützflächen (46, 41) des Schwenkrohrs (20) und des Schneidrings (22) unter Überbrückung und Abdichtung des Führungsspalts (52) anliegt. Erfindungsgemäß weist das Dicht- und Federelement (50) einen ringförmig geschlossenen Rundschlauch aus kautschukelastischem Material auf, in dessen zentralem Kanal ein schraubenförmig gewundener, an seinen Enden offener Drahtring (64) aus steifelastischem Material angeordnet ist.
