Description

The invention relates to a shading device for a motor vehicle headlight lamp and a manufacturing method for a such shading device according to the preamble of the claim 1 or claim 3. Usually located the shading device in the interior of the lamp bulb one with two filaments, namely the low beam and the High-beam incandescent lamp, equipped motor vehicle headlight lamp. The shading device is usually involved around a dimming cap that partially surrounds the low beam filament, while the high-beam filament is outside the anti-glare cap is arranged.

Such a shading device is for example in the German Patent DD 224 445 discloses. This patent describes a two-filament halogen lamp with a trough-like Dimming cap for the low beam filament. The tub-like Anti-dazzle device has a flat, molded onto the edge of the anti-dazzle device Sweat tab used for welding to one end of the Low beam filament is used and also by the gripping tools the pick and place machines are used. The Sweat plume is larger here than it would be required for this purpose so that comparatively high material costs are incurred. Usually are used to manufacture the anti-dazzle caps from sheet metal or a large number of anti-dazzle caps in a sheet metal strip shaped and punched out. The distance between two consecutive ones Anti-glare caps larger than that when punching out largest length dimension of the anti-dazzle device, so that during manufacture the anti-glare caps a relatively high proportion of the sheet metal is not used remains as a waste.

It is the object of the invention to be an inexpensive, material-saving Providing shading device for a motor vehicle lamp and a manufacturing method for such a shading device specify.

This object is achieved by the characterizing Features of claims 1 and 3 solved. Particularly advantageous Embodiments of the invention are described in the subclaims.

In the shading device according to the invention Weld flag with a recess, the shape of which is essentially by the shape of one opposite the sweat flag Wall area of the shading device is determined. This Measure allows material savings of up to 15% and therefore lowers the manufacturing cost of the shading device accordingly, without the functionality of the shading device is affected. It also requires that Punching out and shaping the shading device according to the invention no additional work step. Advantageously is the effective area of the shading device for shading curved and particularly advantageously trough-shaped. As a result, the shading device can be arranged in such a way that the lamp to be shaded from several sides surrounds. The shading device according to the invention also has advantageously one in comparison to the other wall parts the shading device pulled up, as shading nose designated wall area, which is opposite the welding lug. This raised wall area serves for better shading of the luminous element shaded by the shading device against one arranged outside the shading device second filament. The outline or the edge of the recess advantageously has approximately in the welding vane same shape as the edge line of the shading nose projected onto a plane. The welding vane of the shading device according to the invention is advantageously provided with a cross rib that a humpback with one end of the shadowed filament enables. The recess in the shading device according to the invention extends advantageously from Edge of the sweat plume up to the cross rib. The remaining, bilateral arranged to the recess and protruding beyond the cross rib Remaining webs of the sweat flag are sufficient as an approach for the Gripping tools of the placement and production machines.

During the manufacturing process according to the invention, a A large number of shading devices in rows from one Sheet formed and punched out, the distance between two successive Shading devices when punching out of the According to the invention, sheet metal is smaller than the largest length dimension of one Shading device is. Here is the largest length dimension a shading device by the length of the longest Side of the rectangle with the smallest perimeter that defines the a plane running parallel to the welding vane on a scale of 1: 1 projected edge line of the shading device - including its Sweat flag - completely covered. When punching out the shading devices arises in the welding vane of each shading device a recess in which the immediately following one already Shading device engages. The shadowing nose of the next shading device is advantageous from that from the sweat vane of the immediately preceding one Shading device shaped stamped sheet material. The shape or the edge of the recess in the welding lug is essentially determined by the outline of the shading nose.

In the preferred embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 the shading device according to the invention it is a molybdenum anti-dazzle device 1 for a motor vehicle headlight lamp, in particular for a two-filament halogen lamp. Such lamps are under the name H4 lamp commercially available.

A.The anti-dazzle device 1 of the preferred embodiment of the invention is designed like a tub. It essentially has one flat bottom provided with two welding beads 2a Anti-dazzle device also has an essentially integrally formed on its edge flat sweat 3 on. The opposite of the sweat 3 Wall area 4a of anti-dazzle device 1 is compared pulled up to the remaining wall areas 4b of the anti-dazzle device 1 and forms the so-called shading nose 4a, which the low beam and high beam filament (not shown) shadows against each other. The area effective for shading the low beam filament is of the bottom 2 and the curved wall areas 4a, 4b Anti-dazzle device 1 is formed. You can see from the sweat 3 and the Weld beads 2a, then the shape of the anti-dazzle device 1 to the hull of a boat. In this comparison, the sweat flag would be 3 molded to the stern of the fuselage and the shading nose 4a would form the raised bow of the fuselage. The anti-glare cap 1 is mirror-symmetrical with respect to the center, perpendicular to Bottom 2 and in the longitudinal direction through the anti-dazzle device 1 Mirror level A-A.

Damit überragt die Abschatternase 4a die übrigen Wandbereiche 4b in der Höhe um ca. 1,4 mm.The edge 2, 4a, 4b effective for shading molded welding lug 3 is equipped with a transverse rib 3a, that for hump welding with one end of the low beam filament serves. In addition, the welding lug 3 has a cutout 5 on, which extends from the edge of the welding lug 3 to the transverse rib 3a. The edge of the recess 5 of the welding vane 3 has approximately the same shape or contour as that projected onto a plane Edge line 6 of the shading nose 4a of the anti-dazzle device 1. Zu Both sides of the recess 5 each remain on the cross rib 3a protruding and belonging to the welding flag 3 7a, 7b. These webs 7a, 7b are sufficient as an approach for the gripping tools the assembly and production machines. The largest length dimension the anti-dazzle device 1, in the longitudinal direction of the shading nose 4a to the outer edge running perpendicular to the mirror plane A-A the webs 7a, 7b measured 12.7 mm. The maximum depth the recess 5 is 1.7 mm. The depth of the tub-like anti-dazzle device 1, without considering the welding beads 2a, about 2.7 mm. The maximum height of the shading nose 4a is Measured from floor 2 approx. 4.1 mm. The shading nose looms over it 4a the remaining wall areas 4b in height by approximately 1.4 mm.

The anti-dazzle caps 1, 1 ', 1 "according to the invention are in the same orientation from a molybdenum sheet strip 8 in the same Working step shaped and punched out (Fig. 4). Here is the distance two immediately successive anti-dazzle devices 1, 1 ' or 1 ', 1 "smaller than the largest length dimension of a dimming cap 1, 1 ', 1 ". When punching out, the welding lug 3, 3' each anti-dazzle device 1, 1 'has a recess 5, 5' into which the immediately engages the following anti-dazzle cap 1 ', 1 ". The shading nose 4a ', 4a "of the next anti-dazzle device 1', 1" is thereby made that from the welding lug 3, 3 'of the immediately preceding one Anti-dazzle device 1, 1 'formed from stamped sheet metal material. Form the recess 5, 5 'in the welding lug 3, 3' is thus through Edge of the shading nose 4a ', 4a ". All anti-dazzle caps 1, 1 ', 1 "are shaped identically. The edge of the recess 5 in the Welding vane 3 therefore has approximately the same shape as the edge line 6 of the shading nose 4a projected onto a plane Dimming cap 1. The agreement is only approximate because the shading nose 4a at the same time during the stamping process is subjected to a shaping process.

The invention is not limited to that explained in more detail above Embodiment.
