Diese sind bei dem gezeigten Beispiel (Fig. 3) an der Rückseite der Verpackungsmaschine 10 angeordnet. Jedem Schrankabschnitt 19, 20, 21 kann eine Klappe 22 zugeordnet sein, die um obere, horizontal verlaufende Scharniere schwenkbar sind und so den leichten Zugang zum Inhalt der Schrankabschnitte 19, 20, 21 gewährleisten. Die Gestaltung und Anordnung des Schaltschranks 14 erlaubt weitere Besonderheiten hinsichtlich der Unterbringung von Steuermitteln. Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, ist am oberen Teilschrank, nämlich am Querschrank 17, ein aufrechter Kanalschrank 23 angeordnet. Dieser ist mit einem der Schrankabschnitte 19, 20, 21 verbunden. Der Kanalschrank 23 dient beispielsweise zur Aufnahme von Steuerleitungen, die zu Antriebsmotoren für die bewegten Organe, wie Faltrevolver, Förderer etc. führen. Der Teilschrank 16 kann an der Innenseite der Schranktür 18 Steuermittel 26 aufnehmen, nämlich beispielsweise einen Motorschutzschalter, einen Frequenzumrichter, Anschlußklemmen für die Motoren sowie Motorschütze. Bei den im feststehenden Bereich des Teilschranks 16 untergebrachten Organen bzw. Steuermitteln 27 kann es sich um einen Hauptschalter, um Hauptsicherungen, Servosteller für den Hauptantrieb, Servosteller für Nebenantriebe sowie Schütze für die Servosteller handeln. Schließlich können im oberen Querschrank 17 Steuermitttel für die Düsenbeleimung sowie weitere Anschlußklemmen angeordnet sein. Claims (5)

  1. Packaging machine, in particular for producing cigarette packs, having a plurality of interacting machine assemblies, in particular a folding turret, cigarette magazine and conveying elements for cigarettes or packs, which are enclosed by a machine housing and/or by interconnected assembly housings (11, 12, 13), a switchgear cabinet (14) for accommodating electrical control means, for example control elements, electric lines etc., being connected to the machine housing to form a unit, characterized by the following features:
    a) the switchgear cabinet (14) is of essentially U-shaped design with two upright sub-cabinets (15, 16) and a third sub-cabinet which connects these to one another, namely a top, approximately horizontally running transverse cabinet (17),
    b) the two upright sub-cabinets (15, 16) are arranged on mutually opposite sides of the packaging machine (10) and are connected to the machine housing,
    c) the transverse cabinet (17) runs above the packaging machine and/or the machine housing, to be precise at a distance therefrom,
    d) the sub-cabinets (15, 16) are open with respect to the transverse cabinet (17),
    e) the two upright sub-cabinets (15, 16) have, on their outside in each case, a cabinet door (18), which is designed as a box-like hollow body with control means and control elements arranged on the inside.
  2. Packaging machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that further assemblies, in particular a fan housing (24) and/or a main switch (25), are fitted on the outside of a cabinet door (18).
  3. Packaging machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the transverse cabinet (17), which runs above the packaging machine (10), comprises interconnected cabinet sections (19, 20, 21), and adjacent adjoining cabinet sections (19, 20, 21) are open with respect to one another.
  4. Packaging machine according to Claim 3, characterized in that each cabinet section (19, 20, 21) has at least one flap (22).
  5. Packaging machine according to Claim 1 or one of the further claims, characterized in that an upright duct cabinet (23) is arranged on the transverse cabinet (17) for the purpose of accommodating electric lines, in particular of accommodating control lines, which lead to drive motors for folding turrets, conveyors or the like in the region of the packaging machine.
