Description

Fahrzeug, insbesondere SchienenfahrzeugVehicle, in particular rail vehicle
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a vehicle, in particular a rail vehicle, formed from at least two vehicle sections which are connected to one another in an articulated manner and between which there is an intermediate space which is dimensioned in accordance with the relative movements when cornering and when driving in hollows or crests, the vehicle sections having at least one, for example in the roof area extending line for electrical current, air or hydraulic fluid is assigned, which has a line section compensating for the relative movements of the vehicle sections.
Dieser Mindestradius kann dazu führen, daß der Zwischenraum zwischen denIn known vehicles with the aforementioned features, the line section compensating for the relative movements of the vehicle sections is designed as an approximately semicircular arch that either projects downward into the space between the vehicle sections (DE-PS 237 458) or in the roof area of the vehicle pointing above across the gap (DE-GM 1 793 336; ZEV + DET Glasers Annalen 1995 No. 3 page 81 picture 1 and page 82 picture 2). In both arrangements, a minimum radius must be observed for the line section, which damages the line section - e.g. B. kinks of a thicker electric cable - excludes all relative movements of the vehicle sections. This minimum radius can lead to the gap between the
The entire vehicle becomes longer as a result, but without offering an increase in passenger space. The arrangement of the line section pointing upward above the vehicle roof is also considered unfavorable for optical and aerodynamic reasons.
The invention has for its object to provide a vehicle of the generic type in a simple manner so that a shorter space can be realized for the vehicle sections, the elastic line section being protected from damage and an optically and aerodynamically favorable design being achieved should.
This object is achieved in that the space between the vehicle sections is bridged by a sleeve enveloping the line and connected to it in a shear-resistant manner, the line section compensating the relative movements of the vehicle sections running outside the sleeve in a horizontal arrangement.
B. Gummi oder PVC.In order to be able to compensate torsion of the vehicle sections without further ado, according to one embodiment of the invention, the sleeve consists of an elastic material, such as, for. B. rubber or PVC.
According to a next embodiment of the invention it is provided that the sleeve is fastened to one vehicle section and slidably guided relative to the other vehicle section (fixed bearing and floating bearing). The sleeve can therefore only move towards a vehicle section, so that the sleeve can be fastened in the immediate vicinity of the intermediate space on the one hand, and on the other hand the length of the sliding side can be increased.
An alternative embodiment of the invention, which is particularly advantageous for lines with a considerable diameter, is that the sleeve is slidably guided relative to both vehicle sections (two floating bearings), with a horizontal line section compensating the relative movements of the vehicle sections at both ends of the sleeve connects.
In view of a wear-free use for as long as possible, in a further development according to the invention it is given that the sleeve has a friction-reducing coating corresponding to the length of its sliding path and / or the vehicle section in the area of the sliding guide.
If several lines are to be routed across the intermediate space, it is advisable in terms of integration to design the cross section of the sleeve according to an addition according to the invention. As a stiffening of such a sleeve, in particular made of elastic material against bending, there is a vertical web which runs inside the sleeve. An additional function of the web can be achieved in that the web projects past at least one end of the sleeve and is set up there for the shear-resistant connection of the line.
The advantages which can be achieved with the object according to the invention consist in particular in that the vehicle sections can be connected to one another in a particularly narrow manner, that is to say with only a short space. This results in a shorter overall length of the vehicle or, with the same length, a larger passenger compartment within the vehicle sections. Are further cheap with the Vehicle according to the invention reliably protects the lines from damage and is arranged optically and aerodynamically favorably.

Between the vehicle sections 2 and 3 as well as 3 and 4 there are gaps 5 and 6, respectively, which are dimensioned in accordance with the relative movements occurring when cornering as well as when going downhill and uphill. In the roof area of the vehicle sections 2, 3 and 4, for example, two lines 14 and 15 (see FIG. 2) extend for electrical current, air or hydraulic fluid, with line crossovers 9 and 10 being provided in the area of the spaces 5 and 6. The lines 14 and 15 and the line crossovers 9 and 10 can either be placed in addition to the arrangement described above in the roof area or alternatively in replacement of this arrangement at any height of the vehicle 1, for example underfloor in the area of the couplings 7 and 8. 2, the line transfers 9 and 10 each contain a sleeve 11 and 12 made of elastic material, for. Der Steg 18 ragt aus den Enden der Hülse 11 heraus, so daß dort ein bei der Montage einfach zugänglicher schubfester Anschluß der Leitungen herstellbar ist, beispielsweise mittels der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Halterungen 13.3 and 4 illustrate a possibility for the design of the sleeve 11 (as well as the sleeve 12) and its mounting or mounting on the vehicle. Deviating from a conceivable tube shape, the sleeve 11 is oval in cross section. This oval sleeve 11 contains a vertical web 18, which increases the dimensional stability and creates two chambers, so to speak, for the accommodation of lines consisting, for example, of cable harnesses (not shown). The web 18 protrudes from the ends of the sleeve 11, so that a shear-resistant connection of the lines that is easily accessible during assembly can be produced there, for example by means of the brackets 13 shown in FIG. 2.
As can also be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the vehicle sections 3 and 4 have end frames 19 and 20 made of extruded profiles or sheet metal construction, which are provided with openings for the passage of the sleeve 11. Collars 21 are welded into these openings, the collar 21 of the vehicle section 4 being designed as an elongated hole 22 with regard to the lateral movements of the sleeve 11. The sleeve 11 is attached to the end frame 19 of the vehicle section 3 by means of a Screw-on plate 23, which is firmly connected to the sleeve 11, for. B. by gluing or vulcanizing. For the horizontal guidance of the sleeve 11 relative to the vehicle section 4, the collars 21 are encompassed by U-profiles 24 which have a friction-reducing coating 17. In addition, the sleeve 11 is provided with such a coating 17, namely over the length of its sliding path relative to the U-profiles 24 of the vehicle section 4, the length of the coating corresponding to approximately half of the total sleeve length.
As an alternative to the receptacle 11 shown in FIG. 3 in a fixed bearing (left part of the picture) and in a floating bearing (right part of the picture), an embodiment with two floating bearings is possible. In this case, the right part of the picture could also be realized on the left side.
Für den Fall, daß die Fahrzeugsektionen 2, 3 und 4 im Betrieb häufiger entkuppelt werden sollen, besteht dieIn the event that vehicle sections 2, 3 and 4 are to be uncoupled more frequently during operation, there is
Possibility to make the sleeve 11 separable in the manner of a plug connection and to use simple round plugs. The sleeve 11 then not only takes on the function of guiding one or more lines, but also to establish their contact.
