Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Innenbeschichtung von Zylinderlaufflächen, insbesondere Aluminium-Laufflächen.The invention relates to a method for internal coating of cylinder treads, especially aluminum treads.
Um das Fahrzeuggewicht und damit den Kraftstoffverbrauch zu senken, werden Aluminium-Motorblöcke eingesetzt. Die Zylinder-Laufflächen aus Aluminiumguß sind allerdings nicht mit ausreichender Verschleißbeständigkeit herstellbar, so daß Gußeiseneinsätze angewendet werden oder eine chemische Oberflächenbehandlung durchgeführt werden muß. Durch die Veröffentlichung "Rotaplasma Applications in the Automotive Industry" von G. Barbezat, S. Keller und K.H. Wegner, Proceedings of ITSC, Mai 1995, Seite 9 ff. ist ein Verfahren zur Oberflächenbeschichtung durch thermisches Spritzen mittels Rotationsplasmabrennen bekannt.About the vehicle weight and thus the fuel consumption to lower, aluminum engine blocks are used.
