Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Zahnradpumpe zur Förderung von flüssigen Medien, wobei die Zahnradpumpe ein Pumpengehäuse (G) mit mindestens zwei Bohrungen aufweist, in denen mindestens zwei ineinandergreifende Zahnräder (Z1, Z2) mit Zahnköpfen (ZK) enthalten sind. Erfindungsgemäss sind die Zahnräder (Z1, Z2) über Lagerflächen radial gelagert, die auf der einen Seite aus Bereichen der Zahnköpfe (ZK) und auf der anderen Seite aus Bereichen der Innenseite der Bohrungen bestehen. Die Erfindung weist den Vorteil auf, dass keine Gleitlager im herkömmlichen Sinn verwendet werden, was zu einer kleineren Anzahl an Pumpenbauteilen und somit zu geringeren Herstellungskosten führt.
