Claims (30)
- Regeleinrichtung für die Einstellung/Regelung des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles mindestens eines Qualitätsmerkmales beim Papierherstellungsprozeß mit:1.1 einer Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung (20) zur Ansteuerung/Regelung mindestens eines Stellgliedes (17,44) zur Beeinflussung des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles des mindestens einen Qualitätsmerkmales;1.2 mindestens einem ersten Sensor (30), der ein erstes Meßsignal des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles eines ersten Qualitätsmerkmales der produzierten Papierbahn innerhalb der Papiermaschine aufnimmt, das der Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung (20) zugeführt wird;1.3 mindestens einem weiteren Sensor (21) zur Aufnahme eines weiteren Meßsignales für die Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung (20) zur Ansteuerung/Regelung des mindestens einen Stellgliedes (17, 40) zur Beeinflussung des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles des ersten Qualitätsmerkmales vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.4 der weitere Sensor (31) ein anderes Qualitätsmerkmal als der erste Sensor (30) mißt. - Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei der Sensoren (30, 31) traversieren.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der weiteren Sensoren (31) fest installiert ist und das andere Qualitätsmerkmal an einer festen Stelle in der Papiermaschine mißt.
- Regeleinrichtung für die Einstellung/Regelung des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles mindestens eines Qualitätsmerkmales beim Papierherstellungsprozeß mit:4.1 einer Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung (20) zur Ansteuerung/Regelung mindestens eines Stellgliedes (17, 44) zur Beeinflussung des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles des mindestens einen Qualitätsmerkmales;4.2 mindestens einen Sensor (30), der ein erstes Meßsignal des Quer und/oder Längsprofiles des Qualitätsmerkmales der produzierten Papierbahn innerhalb der Papiermaschine aufnimmt, das der Steuer/Regeleinrichtung (20) zugeführt wird;4.3 mindestens einen weiteren Sensor (31) zur Aufnahme eines weiteren Meßsignales für die Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung zur Ansteuerung/Regelung des mindestens einen Stellgliedes (17, 44) zur Beeinflussung des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles des mindestens einen Qualitätsmerkmales;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß4.4 mindestens zwei der Sensoren (39, 31) über die Bahnbreite traversieren können. - Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei der Sensoren über ein Mittel verfügen, das eine zumindest zeitweise gegenläufige Bewegungsrichtung ermöglicht.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und das weitere(n) Meßsignal(e) in der Steuer-/Regeleinrichtung (20) in ein Längs- und Quersignalanteil aufgespalten werden.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Längssignalanteil einem Regler für den Längsanteil (40) und der Quersignalanteil einem Regler für den Queranteil (19) zugeführt wird.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regler für den Längsanteil (40) mindestens ein Längsanteilstellglied (44) anspricht und der Regler für den Querteil mindestens ein Queranteilstellglied (17) anspricht.
- Regeleinrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Queranteilstellglied (17) ein stoffdichtegeregelter Stoffauflauf (2) ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der weiteren Sensoren oder der weitere Sensor (31, 100) ein im Naßteil der Papiermaschine angeordneter Sensor ist, der das Quer- und/oder Längsprofil des Qualitätsmerkmales im Naßteil der Papiermaschine mißt.
- Regeleinrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer der weiteren Sensoren oder der weitere Sensor (100) in mindestens einer der Zufuhrleitungen (11) oder der gemeinsamen Zufuhrleitung (10) angeordnet ist.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Qualitätsmerkmal die Papierformation umfaßt.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Qualitätsmerkmal die Asche umfaßt.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Qualitätsmerkmal die Papierdicke umfaßt.
- Regeleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Qualitätsmerkmal die Feuchte der Papierbahn umfaßt.

radiometrischer Messung. - Verfahren zur Einstellung/Regelung eines Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles eines Qualitätsmerkmales beim Papierherstellungsprozeß umfassend die folgenden Schritte:25.1 Messen des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles des einen Qualitätsmerkmales an mindestens einer Stelle in der Papiermaschine;25.2 zusätzlich zu dem mindestens an einer Stelle aufgenommenen Quer- und/oder Längsprofil des einen Qualitätsmerkmales beim Papierherstellungsprozeß, Aufnahme mindestens einer weiteren Meßgröße, die charakteristisch für das Quer- und/oder Längsprofil eines weiteren Qualitätsmerkmales ist;25.3 Verarbeiten dieser Meßsignale in einer Rechnereinrichtung und25.4 Ansteuern mindestens eines Stellgliedes durch mindestens eine Reglereinrichtung zur Beeinflussung des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles eines der gemessenen Qualitätsmerkmale beim Papierherstellungsprozeß.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens zwei Meßsignale der mindestens zwei Sensoren in der Rechnereinrichtung in ein Längs- und ein Queranteilsignal aufgespalten werden.
- Verfahren zur Einstellung/Regelung eines Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles eines Qualitätsmerkmales beim Papierherstellungsprozeß umfassend die folgenden Schritte:27.1 Messen von mindestens zwei Profilen mit Quer- und Längsanteilen mindestens eines Qualitätsmerkmales an mindestens einer Stelle in der Papiermaschine;27.2 Verarbeiten dieser Meßsignale in einer Rechnereinrichtung zur Berechnung der reinen Quer- und Längsprofile des oder der Qualitätsmerkmale und27.3 Ansteuern mindestens eines Stellgliedes durch mindestens eine Reglereinrichtung zur Beeinflussung des Quer- und/oder Längsprofiles eines der gemessenen Qualitätsmerkmale beim Papierherstellungsprozeß.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 25 - 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsanteilsignal einem Regler für den Längsanteil und das Queranteilsignal einem Regler für den Queranteil zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stellglied für das Querprofil ein stoffdichtegeregelter Stoffauflauf ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der stoffdichtegeregelte Stoffauflauf in jeder Verdünnungsmittelzufuhrleitung, die in eine Zufuhrleitung für die Papierstoffsuspension des Stoffauflaufes mündet, ein Stellventil umfaßt.
