Description
US-A-4 429 648).The invention relates to a bar with modules for tufting tools, especially needle bar with needle modules, at the tufting tools with one end in a plate-shaped Base body of the module are cast, the Length a multiple of the center distance of the cast Corresponds to tufting tools and at least one continuous one Has a hole through which a fastening screw can pass and can be screwed into the bar (see e.g. US-A-4 429 648).
It is known to use a number of tufting, knitting or rustling tools, e.g. Needles or grippers, precisely placed in to pour a module base and later the from the Tools and the existing module base modules a bar, e.g. the needle bar of a tufting machine fasten. The module base is for fixing to the bar provided with a hole through which one Screw is passed through. There is a corresponding one in the bar Threaded hole provided. In addition, the Module base formed on a rectangular stop bar the module should fix in the direction of the bar and the force from the module towards the tools transfers to the bar.
On a bar, which can be up to 5 m long, is therefore attach a number of modules. Due to the existing Tolerances often occur at the tool level for a slight offset of the tools against each other. The tools are then not exactly in one Row, resulting in an irregular product image when manufactured Tuftingware leads.
The invention has for its object the modules or form the bars so that a slight adjustment the tool level in relation to the bar is possible.

befestigt. The module shown in the figures has a base body 1,
in which the tufting needles 2 are cast. The basic body

In the conventional fastening, the base body 1
