Kunststoff geformte Trägerplatte 4 ausgebildet
sind. Die Höhe h der Borstenleisten 3 in Richtung der
Borsten 5 ist groß im Verhältnis zur Dicke d der Trägerplatte
4. Nichtsdestoweniger ist das Bauteil Trägerplatte 4
mit Borstenleisten 3 bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Saugkopf 1
ausreichend steif. Dazu sind die Borstenleistenrücken 6 und
die Trägerplatten 4 stoffschlüssig verbunden. Ferner ist
die Auslegung so getroffen, daß die Borstenleistenrücken 6
die Trägerplatte 4 gegen beanspruchungsbedingte Verformungen
aus der Plattenebene heraus und die Trägerplatte 4 die
Borstenleistenrücken 6 gegen beanspruchungsbedingte Verformungen

Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1 bis 3 sind die
Borstenleistenrücken 6 in angeformte Randnuten 7 der

sind die Borsten 5 in randseitige Stege der einstückigen
Trägerplatte eingebettet. Die Stege bilden Versteifungsrandelemente
und zugleich die Borstenleistenrücken 6. Der
in den Fig. 4 und 5 dargestellte Gegenstand ist durch
Extrusion und damit in einem Arbeitsgang herstellbar. Der
Borstenleistenrücken 6 kann aus aufgeschmolzenem Borstenmaterial
bestehen; er kann aber auch aus Material , z. B.
Recyclat, bestehen, welches während der Extrusion beigefüttert
wird. Die Trägerplatte 4 mit den angeformten Borstenleisten
bilden ein einstückiges Bauteil. Der fertigungs- und
montagtechnische Aufwand ist im Vergleich zum Stand der
