Claims (13)
- Magnetisierbares flächiges Dämpfungselement mit einer akustische Wellen von Gegenständen (6) dämpfenden bzw. dämmenden Dämmschicht, mit einer mit dieser verbundenen Haftschicht (2) und mit magnetisierbaren Teilchen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haftschicht als Außenschicht angeordnet ist und zum Ankleben an die Gegenstände (6) dienende klebende Eigenschaften aufweist, für die eine wässrige Dispersion als Bindemittel verwendet ist, in welche die magnetisierbaren Teilchen (3) eingebettet sind. - Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die magnetischen Teilchen (3) in als Bindemittel dienendem Dispersionsmittel dispergiert sind. - Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein wässriges Dispersionsmittel angewendet ist, das nach dem Trocknen selbstklebende Eigenschaften aufweist. - Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Acrylat als Dispersionsmittel verwendet ist. - Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Bariumferrit als magnetische Teilchen (3) verwendet ist. - Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Strontiumferrit als magnetische Teilchen (3) verwendet ist. - Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Eisenoxidpulver als magnetische Teilchen (3) verwendet ist. - Dämpfungselement nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Gemisch aus Ferriten und Eisenpulver als magnetische Teilchen (3) verwendet ist. - Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anteil von magnetischen Teilchen (3) an der Haftschicht (2) zwischen 20 und 80 Gewichtsprozent beträgt. - Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die durchschnittliche Teilchengröße der magnetischen Teilchen (3) zwischen 0,01 und 0,4 mm beträgt. - Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Dispersionsmittel Acrylat und/oder carboxylgruppenhaltige Acrylsäureestercopolymere aufweist. - Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Dispersionsmittel Naturharze, wie Kolophoniumharze, als Klebemittel aufweist. - Dämpfungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Dispersionsmittel synthetische Harze, wie Rumaron-Indien-Harze oder Polyterpenharze, als Klebemittel aufweist.
