Abstract

Eine Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise eine Flexodruckmaschine, besteht aus mindestens einem Gegendruckzylinder (3) und mehreren Druckwerken, wobei die Lagerungen der Druckzylinder (6) und die Farbwerksböcke (5) mit den Farbauftragswalzen (7) der einzelnen Druckwerke auf Führungen des Druckmaschinengestells (1) radial oder nahezu radial zu dem Gegendruckzylinder (3) verfahrbar sind. Der Antrieb der Druckzylinder (6) ist von einem zentralen Antrieb (13) abgeleitet. Um die Durchmesser der Druckzylinder (6) unabhängig von der Zahnteilung der zugehörigen Antriebszahnräder (19) wählen zu können, ist für die Druckzylinder (6) ein separater, gemeinsamer, steuerbarer Antrieb (14,15) vorgesehen. Zwischen dem Antriebszahnrad (19) und dem angetriebenen Wellenzapfen (20) jedes Druckzylinders (6) ist eine Parallelogramm-Kupplung (16) angeordnet.

A printing press, preferably a flexographic printing press, consists of at least one impression cylinder (3) and several printing units, the bearings of the printing cylinders (6) and the inking unit blocks (5) with the inking rollers (7) of the individual printing units being guided radially on guides of the printing machine frame (1) or can be moved almost radially to the impression cylinder (3). The drive of the pressure cylinder (6) is derived from a central drive (13). In order to be able to select the diameters of the printing cylinders (6) independently of the tooth pitch of the associated drive gear wheels (19), a separate, common, controllable drive (14, 15) is provided for the printing cylinders (6). A parallelogram coupling (16) is arranged between the drive gear (19) and the driven shaft journal (20) of each pressure cylinder (6).
